I am rejecting this response until my vehicle is back to it's original condition prior to the accident: I still do not accept that I was 40% liable as Alliance United's insured should not have made a right turn, crossing 3 lanes coming from a driveway to get to the left turn lane which is probably less than a 100 ft from a main intersection. However, I'm considering accepting the 60% offer from Alliance United to cover the repairs of my vehicle at my selected Auto Body shop just so that I can get this chapter in my life over with. So if Alliance United's representative would like to contact me to discuss details, I'm willing to listen. But until my vehicle is back to the same condition it was prior to the accident, I'm keeping this complaint open.  I will update based on the outcome of when my vehicle is back to it's original condition prior to the accident and how soon that happens as Alliance United is very slow.

I am rejecting this response because: I was not told to send a faxed notice! To be perfectly clear I was told that your office did not have the ability to stop payment, which is why I choose to involve Revdex.com with that being said I could have easily sent such notice to your office.. if you would have given me that option I would have sent you that notice  to prevent future attempts from your office to automatically withdraw from my account yet again, which is why I called my bank and put a stop payment from your company I told them you refused to stop  withdrawing from my account they did say that was not right but they did manage to stop your company for both charges and any future attempts from your office sadly we are being charged for NSF when that shouldn't be.. I'm not looking for a fight I'm seeking honesty from your business, I would gladly fax you that please give me your direct fax number. I will fax that as soon as I am back in my office.

I am rejecting this response because: I called the shop yesterday 12/12/2016 and the shop told us that the third time United Alliance went back  to appraise the car the insurance told the shop that the car was total. I told the shop about the checks that the insurance say they send the shop confirm the checks and they are sending the checks back to the insurance since insurance confirm to them the total loss of my car and they say now that the resolution to all this mess is in hands of the insurance. We call insurance  today 12/13/2016 and like always they did not answer the phone so we left a voicemails. I am really hoping the insurance takes care of this matter ASAP. I am in really need of a car, I can't even go to work full time(my car is my source of income as a hospice nurse that do home visits to patients) because I am carless and bills are coming every month and I am sure the insurance will not pay for them.  So I really appreciate it if they take care of this soon. We have not receive a call or email from the insurance to lets know that status of the car what so ever. I think they should keep us inform about the whole situation and the person who is in charge of our case in the insurance have not bother to call us AT ALL. Thanks to you Revdex.com we are finally having some information coming our way other than we would still be in limbo because the insurance does not care.

As you know On February 17, 2016 we requested all medical records from your provider Foxworthy Chiropractic Center, as of today’s day they have not responded. Please contact your provider and ask that they cooperate so that we may move your claim to conclusion. on the 18th we called Foxworthy at ###-###-####, we left them a message asking the status of the medical records we had already requested. We faxed a copy of the medical authorization forms to ###-###-####, we then received a call from Dr Hirose, the fax did not go through, she asked us to email them to [redacted]@sbcglobal.net, we did so. We then called you and spoke to you directly at 10:40amand let you know;  we would review your medical records upon receipt and will call you to discuss the settlement of your claim. Thank you. I am rejecting this response because:Both of the points brought up are false. The adjuster for the girl at fault has answered my calls or called me back within an hour every time I have reached out. She has informed me that everything is ready to go just need my adjuster, T[redacted], to call them back. I have also obtained two copies of the police report myself. The one time I talked to T[redacted] she told me to send her certain info from the police instead of doing her own work and obtaining it. I sent her that information she asked for about three weeks ago. I still have yet to get an email or phone call back from T[redacted] or anyone in the company. All of the work is done and I have all of the documents, the other parties adjuster info and just need T[redacted] to call her back and look at the files I have sent to her. They are lying about the time-frame it takes because as I have already learned by doing my own work on this claim it should be closed. My car has been in the shop for 3 weeks and there is no need to drag it out any longer.

Our phone system did not record any return call from your number.

I am rejecting this response because: Alliance United states that they do not believe that their client was liable for my damages. Well, of course they would say that because that is in their interest not to pay out if they can get away with it. I believe that their client, and the client also agrees that because they chose Alliance United as the company to insure their automobile so that if it was responsible for any damage, then Alliance United, the insurance company that insured the vehicle would cover the damages. They became uncomunicative from the beginning, not returning any calls, and if I got through to someone I was not able to be connected to anyone because they were not in or not answering the phone. When I finally heard from someone, it was in a very negative derogatory manner saying that they would not pay because it was not their client in the vehicle when the damage occurred. They said that the person that gave me advice from another insurance company did not know what they were talking about. There appear to be around 350 other people that have had have very negative complaints about Alliance United that I have found on the internet and not one with either neutral or positive comments. I understand why now.

The documents of coverage is in their file, how come there is no progress.This company is not really working on my  claim. Until when will I wait to settle this. I am rejecting this response because: I have continued to be told this same step is what is holding up the process (waiting for all estimates from all parties), but there has been no progress on this step since June. When exactly will all of the estimates come in? When exactly will all of the letters be sent out? When exactly from then should we expect our reimbursements. I am requesting specific dates and time frames in which this matter will be resolved.
