I have had complete trust in Wolfgang's Cooling and Heating since I first dealt with the Company. Everyone is polite, knowledgeable and honest to deal with. I especially have been impressed with our service technician, Cody Westermeyer. He is very thorough and works to resolve even the smallest issues we have. We look forward to seeing him each time he comes to our house on our regular service contract. He has become part of our trusted family of business associates. Not only is he expert in what he does but his friendliness is very welcomed. I highly recommend both Cody and Wolfgang's Cooling and Heating.

[redacted] came to my house to fix a problem with the thermostat on my A/C unit. He asked pertinent questions and was able to diagnose and fix them problem in short order.

Wolfgang's Cooling & Heating has a dedicated service staff. Chris B. is our Service Pro. He is polite, detail oriented and truthful. He does not try to "upsell" any products. You can trust what he says actually needs to be done to your A/C. We have had Service Contract with Wolfgang's for several years and will continue to keep them for all of our cooling and heating system needs.

Justin arrived on time, completed the service in a timely and professional manner and was neat and tidy.

My service tech was professional, very knowledgeable of the units, he suggested level of repairs/maintenance without being insistent, friendly, respectful of house hold and privacy-- and seems to enjoy his job.

Cody was extremely professional. They sent him out and he had my problem fixed within 24 hours of my phone call. He took pictures of the problem, told me exactly what was wrong, and gave me options on how to fix it.

Our service tech, Cody W., from Wolfgangs Heating and Cooling was exceptional. He was courteous, professional and knowledgable. We plan to request him whenever our air conditioning units need service.

Justin did a great job providing preventive maintenance to our furnace. He was timely, thorough, and changed the filters.

Happy and satisfied with the service and dealings.

Professional every step of the way. Provided an easy-to-understand quote, took my needs into account, and provided a competitive bid. Quickly and efficiently installed two systems into my home. Responded responsibly to the one small glitch in the system. Continuing to provide follow-up servicing a year later per the agreement.

As usual Chris B and Wolfgang's were on time, efficient and in this case, had recently discovered I had a crimp in a condenser drain which could have been disastrous. It was fixed with no damage and no charge. The other equipment installed was done in a professional manner as well. Once again,I have used most of the "named" brand heating and cooling outfits in town and all have either consistently tried to upsell me or in the case of one, sold me a unit too small for my residence. In fact, my current AC unit was supposed to be on it's way out 5 years ago. It's amazing since Wolfgang's started servicing it, there have been no problems and no one telling me they think there may be one. Refreshing to say the least!

Chris B. is a superb technician! He was one time, courteous and quite competent. He took his time explaining things to me and took pictures on his cell phone to help me understand my situation. I could not ask for a better person to help me with my a/c problem. The unit is 20 years old and he did his best to make it work as good as possible. I say, give this man a raise, he deserves it!
