Cody W. did a great job on my pre-winter Heating Check Up. He was very professional, prompt, and efficient!

Wolfgang's has been servicing our Trane AC equipment for years. Their technicians are competent, courteous and always on time. We liked their service so much that we recently had them replace 17-year old Trane systems with new high efficiency units. We count on Wolfgang's to perform regular inspections of the units and are very pleased with the service provided by a technician named, Justin W.

service tech arrived on time, was well trained and pleasant. Job completed well and reasonably. would use him again!

Today 8/30/16 we had our newly purchased air conditioner installed by Khris, Cisco and Everett. They were on time and ready to work! Our air had been off for 6 days, and it was terrible in the house. Everette assured us the job would be done TODAY. They worked for hours and when the job was done they also cleaned up perfectly. Khris stayed and gave us a lesson on how the thermostat worked. He was so patient with us "old school" folks...and stayed with us until we felt comfortable to program it ourselves. There were many questions from us throughout the day and not one time did we feel that the questions did not matter!! We have been with Wolfgangs many years and their attention to details and excellent customer service is why we will continue.

I've had great experience with this company at two different homes.[redacted] serviced my AC units today, and as expected, he was helpful, thorough, and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I used to like this company but they disappointed us recently. We have 2 houses under their maintenance contracts but recently the AC stopped working in one of the houses. We had to call home warranty emergency line and [redacted] came. They told us that the RC22/freon was low.

Is it possible that the RC22 level dropped quickly in 1.5 month? Wolfgang's cooling came on 6/3 to do a bi-yearly maintenance. The AC stopped working on 7/23.

Shannon from Wolfgang's Cooling called me after reading my complaint and she kept saying the system was working on 6/3. I told her to just STOP. Did they miss it? They wouldn't say. All they kept saying the AC worked on 6/3. However, they didn't mention on their 6/3 report that RC22 was low and needed immediate attention. I am frustated.

Have done business with Wolfgang's for 9 years. When repair work has been necessary, they have been very forthcoming in pointing out how how my warranty coverage was in effect, and saved me money. This time as always they were on time and professional. Work was prompt but thorough. Cody answered all my questions and concerns completely. Will continue to do business with them and recommend them to friends.

Chris B. was my service pro this morning and he did an excellent service for me. He checked my a/c and heating very efficiently. I feel sure I will be in good shape for the summer here in AZ. He was very careful not to track water in the house after washing off the coils. He gave me suggestions for a better air filter which I appreciated. I would like to have him every time. He gets an A++++.

We recommend Wolfgang's to everyone in need of A/C service and repair. They are honest and reliable.

We had Wolfgang's install our Trane A/C about 5 or 6 yrs ago and we are so glad we chose them. Their service far exceed our expectations. One of their service techs, Justin W., is the absolute best we have encountered in our 24 yrs. here in the Valley. He has never failed to explain in detail exactly what service he has performed and exactly what we need to do to keep our A/C operating at peak performance. Ever since his first visit to our home my wife insists that Wolfgang's only send him.

As always Justin W. is very pleasant to work with. He's thorough, arrives on time, has an excellent personal and work ethic, explains each step he will take, reviews what he's noticed about the system and explained what he's done.

Justin W. arrived on time and completed the service call in a timely manner and a neat and clean fashion. He presented his findings and suggestions and was very courteous and professional. He answered all my questions.

Justin W. arrived right on time to check our Trane cooling & heating system. He was very neat and put booties on to keep my floor clean. He explained what he found that was defective and replaced it. He also picked up after himself and left nothing for me to clean up. He was friendly and showed me the forms he had filled out for the service call and asked me to sign it. The Wolfgang Team has been servicing our Trane unit since they installed it over three years ago. We are very happy with this company.

I am very happy with the service I receive. I feel they are a great company with very professional and helpful staff.

Always excellent service. Had bad experiences before I went with Wolfgangs around 20 some years ago. Never feel cheated. Good, honest service.
