Cody W. was the service pro assigned to my six month maintenance call recently. He was extremely professional, most friendly, and completely willing to explain all the data he had gathered while testing our A/C units. The rate was fair and I felt that only critical repair services were recommended.

I would use Wolfgang's again without hesitation.

Chris B. is a superb technician! He was one time, courteous and quite competent. He took his time explaining things to me and took pictures on his cell phone to help me understand my situation. I could not ask for a better person to help me with my a/c problem. The unit is 20 years old and he did his best to make it work as good as possible. I say, give this man a raise, he deserves it!

Rafael C. performed a checkup on our 3 air conditioners. He was courteous, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He was not pushy about additional service, unlike other companies we've used. I liked him well enough to sign up for Wolfgang's service agreement.

Within 5 min. of arrival, he had the air back on and was working on the overall problem that triggered the shut-off. He found the issue promptly and arranged to come back the next week to do the fix. My service tech was professional, very knowledgeable of the units, he suggested level of repairs/maintenance without being insistent, friendly, respectful of house hold and privacy-- and seems to enjoy his job.
