Justin W. was the service tech who performed the pre-season A/C check for my system under an annual maintenance contract. He was professional and efficient in going about the process of checking the thermostat and system operation. He and his assistant bootied up when coming into the house to set the thermostat and check the return air filter. They performed the exterior checks and cleaning, did their final clean up and write up of system condition and reviewed the finding with me. This allows me the opportunity to request immediate repair or adjustment.

Chris has serviced my units for several seasons and has always provided excellent care. He comes at the scheduled time, works without any breaks, and leaves the house in order.

Chris B. provided our spring service this morning and did an excellent job. He arrived when expected and performed the service in an efficient and professional manner. He asked me several times if I had any questions about my AC unit and his service. He was very personable and polite.

Have done business with Wolfgang's for 9 years. When repair work has been necessary, they have been very forthcoming in pointing out how how my warranty coverage was in effect, and saved me money. This time as always they were on time and professional. Work was prompt but thorough. Cody answered all my questions and concerns completely. Will continue to do business with them and recommend them to friends.

Justin W. arrived right on time to check our Trane cooling & heating system. He was very neat and put booties on to keep my floor clean. He explained what he found that was defective and replaced it. He also picked up after himself and left nothing for me to clean up. He was friendly and showed me the forms he had filled out for the service call and asked me to sign it. The Wolfgang Team has been servicing our Trane unit since they installed it over three years ago. We are very happy with this company.

He was very careful not to track water in the house after washing off the coils. He gave me suggestions for a better air filter which I appreciated. I would like to have him every time. As usual Chris B and Wolfgang's were on time, efficient and in this case, had recently discovered I had a crimp in a condenser drain which could have been disastrous. It was fixed with no damage and no charge. The other equipment installed was done in a professional manner as well. Once again,I have used most of the "named" brand heating and cooling outfits in town and all have either consistently tried to upsell me or in the case of one, sold me a unit too small for my residence. In fact, my current AC unit was supposed to be on it's way out 5 years ago. It's amazing since Wolfgang's started servicing it, there have been no problems and no one telling me they think there may be one. Refreshing to say the least!
