Review: Regardless of late delivery and very poor communication at the time I first ordered their evaluation service, now WES left me stuck at a dead end. I applied to a university and used their highest evaluation package report (costs $250) for admission and the school asked for course descriptions to be able to get me admitted because their report is useless without describing what each subject means or at least include a copy of the syllabus I sent them in the first place in the envelope they will send to the school. I emailed them once and they answered: "Please note that we do not provide the course descriptions.". I called their phone twice and was left waiting for more than 20 minutes each call with no answer, I emailed them again that my admission process is on hold because the evaluation report is not complete and they didn't even bother replying, I regret paying them 250 dollars for useless report and wish I went for a different and professional company.Desired Settlement: I need the syllabus course description document that I sent them to be mailed either to [redacted] or to me so I can get my admission completed and they should treat their customers more professionally. I don't have another copy of it and I'm stuck in a dead end.

Please note that [redacted] was selected as a duplicate report in 2015. At no time did we indicate that we would include the syllabus in our envelope to the universities. This is the responsibility of the applicant. As a courtesy we will send the applicant his copies of the syllabus to supply to his new third party recipient. Review: Dear Revdex.com,Greetings,I sent my degree certificate and transcript to World Education Services for evaluation. I paid the fees $220 in advance and in full on August **,2014.1- Very poor customer service. They put me on hold for 45 mins.every time I call.2- I called and sent several emails as a follow up on my application for evaluation.Finally, they are claiming that they haven't received my transcript. Although it was sent in a sealed envelop directly from the University ( as per their requirements).Had to wait for 3 months, so I decided to use another company. I paid the fees again and had no problem getting my degree evaluated.I requested to get a full refund and my documents back. They emailed me stating a $50 administration fees will be deducted from the amount and not returning my documents as per the policy. What!!!!, I lost my job, time, and money waiting for nothing. Review: I requested evaluation services from WES in September, 2010 for my pre-doctoral internship application (Reference Number: [redacted]). Although WES accepted the masters transcripts from my university in India, it did not accept the bachelors transcript issued by the same university (M. S. University of Baroda). After a couple email exchanges and calls to their customer service, I gathered that the reason for rejecting the transcript was that it was attested by the Dean of the University and not the "controller of examination" or the registrar. In addition to multiple calls to their customer service agents, emails, and fax letters WES does not seem to understand that transcript from M. S. University are signed by the Dean, who is considered the controller of examination as well as other administrative issues. I also tried to communicate with my university to fix this issue but nothing came out of it. In all my communications I informed WES that universities in India (including M. S. University) does not yet have an online system of requesting transcripts. For the initial transcript request, I had to arrange for a friend to personally travel 6 hour (from my city to where the University is located) by a local [redacted] train in order to request them and have them directly mailed to WES. My family lives in a different state from the state in which my University is Located and the process of requesting transcripts is not as streamlined as it is in the U.S. After all these efforts the process took over 2 months before WES initially received the transcripts. When I explained all this to their brilliant customer service representative, she had suggested that I should go to India and get them signed by the registrar!

Due to the long wait period, my internship agency decided to waive the evaluation requirements for me and I was able to complete my internship and doctoral program. Currently, I need evaluation of my masters and bachelors transcripts for employment related purpose and WES is still not ready to offer services. When I re-requested this service in my most recent conversation with WES, I received the following message: "If your university does not have a Controller of Examinations you may have it attested by the Registrar. There are no exceptions for WES document requirements. If you are unable to comply with these requirements for your Bachelor’s degree you may request to cancel your evaluation." I am just appalled at their reply and that they place the onus of this responsibility on me! I understand that it is my responsibility to arrange for transcripts to be sent to WES directly by my university, but how am I fail to understand how am I responsible if my university policy does not require the registrar to sign on transcripts? Ignoring their lack of sensitivity, I wrote back to them explaining the situation and requesting their support in resolving this issues and offered possible solutions: 1. Evaluating my transcripts and including in the report that the bachelors transcript does not meet their standards and the reason for the same; 2. ignore the bachelors transcript and evaluate only the masters transcript which meets their standards; 3. Offer a refund. I have still not heard any reply from them following this email.

It is seriously frustrating and I feel helpless that my needs are being ignored due to systemic issues between WES requirements and my university policies. Although WES claims to offer "World" and"international" educational services, I fail to understand how can they expect American university policy/standards for transcripts from other countries. If they are really "international" as they claim to be, they need to be aware about educational policies and practices in other countries and try to actively solve problems when discrepancies arise rather then raise their hands and blame the customer.Desired Settlement: As stated above, I would like WES to understand the systemic issues and actively make an attempt to problem solve the situation with me. Some possible solutions that I can think about are as follow:

1. Recognize that the transcripts are official and have been sent directly by the university. If needed determine the authenticity of the documents by communicating with the university and evaluate my transcripts.

2. Evaluate the transcripts and include in the report that the bachelors transcript does not meet their standards and the reason for the same.

3. Ignore the bachelors transcript and evaluate only the masters transcript which meets their standards.

4. Offer a refund.

This is the first time that I am hearing that WES did not receive my Fist Year mark-sheets. I was told by their costumer care representative that they had received the markseets but had not accepted it due to lack of signatures by the Controller of Examination. I am glad that this communication has finally reached me.

Review: Used WES service for "course by course" international credit evaluation. Submitted official [redacted] transcripts to WES as requested and heard no response about receipt or notice of when it would be completed (despite a 1 week turnaround time). It turned out no updates were made because an "english" version of transcript was not submitted (which they did not ask for and obviously, school did not provide). The "english translations" were sent, and they essentially copied the document word for word, and made "equivalent" credit coursework evaluations, with no understanding of the coursework or credit hours. For Example, one coursework in [redacted] was considered 6 credits, and evaluated for 3 credits; then another 6 credit [redacted] coursework was evaluated for 4 credits. There were no standardization efforts in the quality of work in evaluation. As a result, a re-evaluation at the [redacted] was required (aka running from transfer office to each specific department and asking them to take a closer review of the coursework and educational abilities that WES failed to show), and because of the poorly translated evaluations, some departments such as the Math Department, would continue only accept WES evaluations despite agreeing that there were number discrepancies.

As an international transfer student, it is already difficult navigating the US university system, and the first step to the university experience is with credit evaluation -- and the quality level, and the resulting complications from the poor evaluation has continued to create issues even 3 months into the school semester causing a delay in selecting future class coursework and expected graduation date.Desired Settlement: Unfortunately it is highly doubtful WES can go back and "fix" the problem. A refund of $205 for the lacking quality of work would be appropriate; if the WES quality was known beforehand, that money could have been spent at another international credit evaluation service that would be able to save on the long term quality and hassle of trying to receive the necessary US credit equivalent.

I applied on May ** and paid $194 for one evaluation degree. I sent a copy of my degree the same day. The next day WES asked me for the additional documents which had to be sent directly to WES from my alma mater. The customer service representative gave me the fax number where Paris 8 University could send the paper, which is ###-###-####.

On May [redacted] , my school sent the fax with all required documents and WES received them; and asked (again) for the documents about my [redacted]. I sent another message to my school . On the [redacted] of May, my school received an email from WES about another student in order to make a verification. Meanwhile I asked for an email from WES so that we can communicate easier and no one wanted to provide me with one. I advised my school to send the same requested documents via email ([redacted]) to WES . And they did. On the [redacted] of May, my school sent all of the necessary documents to WES (my [redacted] and my masters). On May [redacted] , WES asked me for the same documents that they received multiple times. And the paper that they are asking for specifically is on the very first page of the documents I have already sent.

Meanwhile, the other student's documents from my alma mater are all cleared by WES . Their documents were sent by the same person who sent my papers to WES. Now my school is complaining about the harassment from WES concerning my file . This not fair.

I even offered to send you my original [redacted] but you refused, you only wanted a copy and that you would verify yourself. I also sent you a translation and evaluation from GLOBE, which is also an accredited program to evaluate and diplomas from abroad. But for some reason you do not want to do my evaluation.

On your website you guarantee a minimum of 24-48 hours and maximum of 7 days for an evaluation and now it has been two weeks. Yet everything is paid for and you have several copies of all of the necessary documents. You have had more than enough time to give me an evaluation especially since you knew , from the very beginning, that I will be starting school on June [redacted]. You are denying me the right to start school and this is an issue which is why I am taking this case to the Revdex.com. They too will be receiving this email.

Please note that yes faxes were received, but received by an unknown and non identifiable source. It should also be mentioned that the verification email which the university has now given the applicant has been jeopardized. This email was a online source for Universities and should not have been shared with former students. It is not in our practice to accept verification letters from the university especially when we never wrote to them concerning this applicant. During my call with [redacted] I informed him that we have specific information in the letters which needs to be quoted in the verification response, hence the reason why we never accepted the email.

Thank you so much for your help in this matter. [redacted] and all the people from customer service are big liars, mean , and [redacted]. Everything that she wrote to you is a pure lie from the beginning to the end. I am not a magician to know the fax of their offices, therefor the fax was given to me by someone at their office to give to my school . As proof, their fax is not on their website. Second, these people from WES are very mean. Especially when they have to deal with someone who speaks english with an accent. They rarely answer you. They have the most mediocre customer service I have ever had to deal with , especially for an institution that works internationally.Have you ever even heard of an anonymous fax? Faxes always send the information from the sender and WES knew that the fax came from the school because it was a french number and it was given to them by me.On top of that, the faxes that were sent all had my information with my first and last name on them, so how could it possibly have been anonymous? I have the original diploma for my doctorate, that a very similar company has used to translate and evaluate . I sent this to them to make it easier for WES to evaluate my diploma. They refused my original diploma and they waited until the week before I started my classes to send me a letter saying when they would finally send me my evaluation. They sent an email to my school for another student for verification, my school used this opportunity to send the two documents, mine and his. Meanwhile I was asking for their email address for weeks. What made them send an email address to another student when they didnt send it to me? Especially when they already took the money from the very beginning. Was I not good enough for them? Because of my accent?

They denied me the right to go to school.

I must also mention that the first time they ever called or email me was after I sent the first email to the Revdex.com. It has been a month since they received all of the documents and I STILL haven't gotten my evaluation. They are making sure they I don't start school.

At this point, I would just like my money back. I no longer need my evaluation since I was not even able to go to school anyways. I am tired and exhausted having to call them everyday and getting no response. And the few times I did speak to them, I dealt with rudeness. I just wanted to be a good example for my children. Just tell them to give me my money back and I wont go to school and look for something else to do.

They don't even have a working office, so they can make a selection on who they deal with and who they don't deal with. But I saw no selection when they decided to take my money on that first day.

I know my rights.

Review: I just want to raise awareness about this company. Unfortunately I didn't do a research, just followed the advice from my university's admissions office. Later, after submission, I've found 31 complaints on one website, and several more on another. I needed to complete an evaluation of my diploma, which I've earned in my country. They require sending an original document over the mail. Before sending, I've called them, just to make sure I send everything that required, I was waiting 20 minutes on hold, but finally the lady approved my package, and I've sent it by express mail. 8 DAYS LATER!!! I received the e-mail, that my diploma cannot be accepted. I was shocked; the deadline for admission was approaching. The problem with my diploma was that I've sent it myself, they require all the original documents sent by Authority, that issued the document, and it has to be with APOSTILLE. If you really try hard, you can find that information on their website. They refused to do the evaluation and suggested to send it back to my country for Apostille. Of course I demanded to cancel any services and send my original diploma back to me. It took them about a week to process my request. They don’t do anything by phone and ask you to send them an e-mail that they would respond in a couple of days. Every time I’ve called them, I was waiting for 20 min in average for the respond. The last thing was that they sent my original documents with UPS GROUND, and UPS GROUND just left it on the stairs without my signature, so I am pretty lucky, that I’ve got it back, it easily could be lost. I’ve contacted another company, and they will do the job for about twice as cheaper, and with no unnecessary bureaucracy involved. CONCLUSION: I don’t remember myself being thaT angry and emotional with anyone else, and thanks God I’ve started the admission process in advance, so now hopefully I’ll be able to make it. But I had a thought about thousands of international students, which directed by various universities to WES, and then WES refuses to evaluate genuine document, just because the envelope wasn’t sealed with apostille. And later those students miss a deadline for admission, and don’t get a scholarship, or even worse, wait another year to apply again. Time is our most precious commodity, and this company will not do the work, they will just waste your time and nerves. PLEASE CHECK OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE SENDING ANYTHING TO THEM! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! IT IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAD TO DEAL WITH, AND I DON’T UNDERSTAND, HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.Desired Settlement: 1. Review: I wanted to get my Credentials evaluated. I went to WES website and I didn't find my University listed in their online list whom WES do credit evaluations.

I called their customer service and spoke to Customer service person name "[redacted]". I asked her if WES will do credit evaluation for the university which is not listed on WES website. She said if university isn't listed that doesn't mean WES doesn't do evaluation for that university. I discussed with her further, how my sister credits were evaluated back in 2005 from same university. I specifically asked her to check with evaluator only if its possible for WES to perform evaluation then I will start the process of Application and time taking process of getting documents to WES. [redacted] said she will talk to Evaluator and will call me back later. She did call me back on 6-*-2015 and informed me that she did check with evaluator and they will do evaluation. Later she called me back again and asked for my sister's information just to have it as a reference that WES did evaluation in past for the university. [redacted] did check in a system and was happy to find that evaluation for my sister was in a system and it wasn't before 1999 ( I don't know why she said that, but that must be some policy that WES had it in place).

After getting confirmation from [redacted], I submitted an application and started getting documents to be delivered to WES. It was time taking process and required so much of the money to spent. I even had to have some body fly to my country to get the documents done.

Finally, WES received documents in mail on 6-**-2015 and the same day I received an email saying that WES doesn't evaluate credentials from my university. I called customer service on 6-**-2015 and left message to [redacted]. She called me back in an hour and apologized that she gave me wrong information and actually she wanted to contact me right after I filed application to tell me that WES will not do evaluation. She said she missed my contact number and couldn't reach me. This doesn't make any sense. WES has my contact info in file. Like they contacted me via email about denial of application. I asked [redacted] that I wasted 3 weeks in this process, it required lots of money and energy to get the documents to WES. I requested to ask the supervisor and she said she will discuss with supervisor and will have him/her call me. I waited 24 hours and then call again. The lady I spoke to didn't wanted me to talk to [redacted] who knows the case completely and she also was adamant not to transfer me to Supervisor. On my repeated request she transferred me to supervisor voice mail.

My complaints are (1) I understand that my university isn't listed on WES website, but I called and checked with a person named [redacted] and she did check with evaluator and did agree that I can start the process and evaluator will do evaluational, Now WES is denying. If this was [redacted]'s mistake ( which by the way she did say on the phone that it was her mistake, why she didn't contacted me right away) WES now needs to do evaluation as I have lost so much time and money in this process. I am not in a position to start the process of evaluation somewhere else as I will miss semester admission. Even today 6-**-2015 I am still waiting for a call back from Supervisor !Desired Settlement: I need WES to do my credentials evaluations ASAP, which they agreed for at the beginning.

Otherwise they need to compensate me for $250 spent on getting documents to WES and my semester admission fee which I will miss due to WES.

It seems like a customer service manager either didnt read the whole complaint ot intentionally ignoring the base of complaint.So he does agree that I was misinformed.Again let me explain this briefly. WES website has list of universities which they evaluate. Please read this carefully ! I CALLED WES AND SPOKE TO [redacted] WHO CLEARLY STATED THAT, AND THESE WERE HER WORDS - " IF YOUR UNIVERSITY IS NOT LISTED ON OUR WEBITE, THAT DOESNT MEAN WE DONT EVALUATE YOUR UNIVERSITY".[redacted] checked with Evaluator and confirmed me to start the process of Application.I spent hard earned money on getting documents to WES and lost precious time just to find out that WES will not evaluate my credentials as my university isnt listed on their website.I started process after getting approval from [redacted] and after having discussion that my university is not in the list.I lost my admission to fall semester due to ignorance of unprofessional staff and arrogant customer service.After my multiple calls and leaving messages to supervisor they didnt even bother to call me back.I need compensation for my money spent in getting documents to WES and time. Review: I ordered an evaluation of my PhD diploma, and submitted all the paperwork required by WES to get my degree recognized on the US. WES kept changing their requirements to get my diploma evaluated after I started the process. They needed a letter from the University who issued my diploma, stating that they indeed issued the diploma. The letter should be sent by the University to them directly. After the letter (original, with letterhead, officials stamps and signatures) arrived to them, it was labelled as unacceptable because it wasn't in an "official sealed envelope", but on the courier's sealed envelope. WES's initial request never mentioned the need of an official sealed envelope (I do have a PDF that was generated by their website with the instructions of what should be sent to them) and usually courier services request that you should use their envelopes. They then requested the letter to be sent again or to be sent by fax. At a certain point I found a form in their website. The form labelled "Confirmation of Doctoral Degree Conferral" is to be used by Universities to confirm PhD degrees and then sent to them by fax or mail. The filled form is supposed to be sent from the University's fax number to them. The University filled the form and faxed to them. This document was again considered unacceptable and I was never told why. I asked for a refund twice already but still was not able to get one. Contacting the company is extremely difficult, since they don't answer to emails in a timely manner, have very limited telephone hours (especially for a client on the west coast) and every single time I called them I was put on hold for ~30 minutes. They are also extremely unprofessional on the phone to say the least. They almost made me lose my job offer because of how delayed I got to provide a validation of my PhD and I felt completely cheated by them, since they charged me $154 (plus $100 that I paid to my University for the express courier service) and never ever gave me back the promised service. How convenient is that? You charge your client in advance and then keep changing the rules to validate their degree, making them lose precious time. This is plainly ridiculous and the best way to label this behaviour is by calling it a scam.Desired Settlement: Please, I would like to get my refund in full as soon as possible. I already asked for a refund twice and I do not need their service anymore. Another company was hired to perform the same job and it was finally done by reliable professionals in a timely fashion. I do not have time to keep dealing with those people and I don't see why I should. I am also considering to file a police incident report if necessary. In summary, I've been waiting to get my refund. Review: Once they received payment, WES changed the requirements for processing my application, adding the need for me to send in a translation of the transcript they ask be sent directly to them from the institutions (notice the kafkaian impossibility). This translation was never mentioned when filing my application. When I tried to get information on how to proceed, they never answered. Also, they pretended not to have received some documents that one of the institutions sent to them twice. When after three months I got tired of their failure to answer emails and concerns, I asked for a refund. Suddenly the response was immediate, they were glad to cancel, but they kept 50$. Nowhere in the French version of the form I had to send my universities was there ever mention of the need for an English translation. They received it on [redacted] January and I have received my evaluation reports on february [redacted] 2015 as per IST by wes. Not only that, I have an entire chain of emails I had sent across to wes in which I have repeatedly stressed on the fact that I have a strict deadline of submitting my evaluation to [redacted] University which was January [redacted], and if the documents do not reach CMU by this date it would not be useful for me, wes customer service replied saying that they have a heavy inflow of applications and are sorry for the inconvenience caused, and did not provide me with any meaningful solution, instead they did not even reply to a lot of my messages thereafter wes’s behavior has been shocking to say the least, their customer service is highly erratic as mentioned previously by many others as well and to reach out to them on phone takes hours of call waiting and to get a timely response to email is also a tedious task. Because of this delay in my evaluation report, I have missed out on my CMU deadline and wasted a large sum of my money as well. In the end I have seeked the assistance of Revdex.com and want a refund from wes asap.

Not just this in their evaluation some courses are named differently as well such as applied mathematics-I is used but in case of digital circuits I and II the roman numerals are just not there which creates ambiguity again.

WES failed to deliver the services I paid, resulting me over 6 hours of customer services calls and 10 customer services emails. Yet after 3 months, WES still haven't provided the services. Hence, I want my diplomas to be sent back, and want a refund.

One of the required documents were missing from my application, hence WES said that they will send my diplomas back to me, so that I obtain the required paperwork and send them back. Mind you, I'm in Mongolia and calling WES from Mongolia is very costly. I did speak to the customer services about 5 or 6 times, and they consistently lied and delayed sending my original diplomas. Review: First their customer service, before I used the service until today. If I email them, they don't reply you back, if you call them. Stay on hold for 30 min - 1 hours. Either phone will drop and if someone really answer, they would be super fast and just trying to get off the phone. Very rarely, I found 1-2 person who is really willing to help. I spoke with WES before doing paper work & payment about my education and classes. They asked me to go with Course-By-Course & I-Cap to store information online in file. Paid money back in June [redacted], 2014 around $290 and sent documents. Found after a week that documents I sent was not in their format and need to ask my college again to send the mark sheet because what they issued, WES doesn't accept. My College put all 3 mark sheets details in one but WES wants individual. Paid again to my college and finally got it and sent.

Received the report online and mail after few days but Secondary Education missing in report completely. It doesn't even say that I even done Secondary Education, Subjects are missing completely. Online it shows Secondary Education but subject are missing. All they are showing my 4 Subject I completed in College and that is all for $300 + Money I sent with college and having my father go back and forth to college again and again + stress.

Tried calling again, staying on hold all the time plus their hours. They open only 4-5 hours and it's hard to call when you work 8-5 PM, only call on Lunch Break and just stay on hold. Close on weekend and if you email, they didn't reply. Auto-Response comes right away but they don't reply back over email. I sent about 4 emails and got answer of only one saying that we are working on it. Spoke with One college, they want the transcript. Since I paid for I-Cap, I asked college to use AccessWes and they were getting error that Student have to ask WES to give access. Email sent to WES last week and no reply yet. When I was paying for their service, prices were $12 (UPS Ground Shipping), I received report from USPS which is a lot cheaper than UPS. It shows online that Report Sent thru UPS and here is the link, if you click on it. It bring you on USPS Website. So they lie about shipping carrier to save cost. I emailed them about it last week that they should refund me the difference and no reply yet.

Biggest issue, whole report. Now If I try to use their IGPA calculator online to see how much my degree worth, it is under review. It didn't work when they generated my report. I spoke with College by sending the online screenshot, which shows that I have completed only 4 classes. They are making me do all the basic classes, when I specially asked them before paying about how can I get my all subjects. They asked Course-By-Course, that is what I did and paid extra. College have no idea about my subject, other than 4 subject. It doesn't cover basic subject, it doesn't even give me associate degree. I still have to do all those classes to get any degree here. I am glad that they kept all the Records of the email, so as far as email concern. I have attached the document which is Auto Response of my email I sent to WES on Aug [redacted] 2014. They have never responded my question/acknowledge and today is Sep [redacted] 2014. I can't attach what I wrote because to ask anything, I had to go on WES website and put my reference number & question and they don't share email addresses with Customer. Just send email using website and wait for reply.

Another side, WES mentioned that, all my emails were acknowledged/answered. If I read the documents they attached, I started sending email about the Evaluation issues starting Aug 7th and got reply saying we will review the evaluation report. Today is Sept [redacted] (About 1 month) and never received any answer on the same concern (other than we will review and correct it). I had to email back again and again but never came with answer other than we will review or correct it. I had to pickup classes since this quarter classes starts on Sept [redacted] and If I don't pick classes, I loose one quarter which I did because of WES & pending report. It always says online "File Under Review" as I have attached the screenshot for the same as well.

Also WES mentioned that they offer 3 types of Evaluation Packages. I wish if they can pull the call recordings as well and found where their Agent giving wrong information to customers. That was my very first question before using WES about my Secondary & High School Classes. Over the phone, they ask one thing, what is the purpose of my Evaluation. Immigration, further studies and something else. If you say Further Studies, their reply is go with Course & Course (Which I did) and that is most expensive they had. I asked and confirm many times about my basic classes (Math, Science & English) by calling over the phone and they confirmed that I should do course by course to get it all done. Please have them pull up the calls if possible so they would realize their mistake.

If you read the email on same documents WES Attached on Jan [redacted] 2014. I asked same question.. Their agent name [redacted] pasted 3 links, one link shows me required documents I need to submit to complete the process, another link says fees, and last link says Frequently asked question. Doesn't even reply what I asked, just COPY & Paste.

Not sure how I can prove their agent who hangup calls right after pickup, being rude over the phone instead of explaining things to new customer. Hopefully they would understand for a customer who have to pay online money and can't even well customer Customer Service and over the email all we gets is either link or we will review instead of doing followup on issues.

I was given completely wrong information (since first day) with Pathetic Customer Service. Spent so much in the whole process including paying to WES (World Education Services), expecting that I will get what I am promisted with Trust on WES. Now getting all new information and totally wasted my money. Now when it comes to refund, it's denied ? Doesn't make sense and I am not agree with it. I should be claiming all the money I spent plus time on WES but they are not even refunding me what I paid. Either I need my money back or what I was promisted. I am sure you guys record all of your calls, listen them and blaim on your own agents for giving wrong information isntead of coming to Customer. If I don't get my money back, I will go to my lawyer for this issue.

Review: I have ordered evaluation service for my academic degree with WES (World Education Services). They notified in my account at their website that the evaluation was completed and mailed out on January *, 2015. However, until now Feb.[redacted], 2015 I still don't receive such a mentioned report - none of mails from WES.

I have attempted to contact with WES' customer services a couple of times via their online form, as instructed. One customer service staff named [redacted] responded by email on Jan. [redacted] that "WES can resend another copy of the report to the recipient . Please allow approximately 3-10 business days for standard delivery". As such, I requested a resend confirmation. Then, a week later, another customer service staff named [redacted] responded in contrast to what that [redacted] informed me, meaning that they refused to resend the report in order to make up for the missing one! I also have continued to send my request on Feb [redacted]. But they keep quiet until now!

My schools and I have paid so much times and costly procedures in order to satisfy WES's requirement of documents. Worse still, they charged me a highest service fee and delivered NOTHING to me!Desired Settlement: WES fail to deliver a service as promised to customers. I wish them would pay respect to customers by provide a service which is worth of customers' money.

Before the report was completed the applicant changed the address to an address in Westminster California and now that the file is completed we see a new address in Los Angeles. Review: Since March 2014 I have started the process to verify and translate my Bachelor and Master degree from The Netherlands.

They tell me they have received the materials I have sent from Florida (my current location). I have paid the fee $ 185.00 for the service to translate my degrees into a US equivalent.

After being informed to have an original document -Academic Record- sent from my institution where I obtained my degree, I have contacted my Dutch Institution. They have sent the papers however this is, after I inquired their response:

Thank you for your message. According to your file, WES has yet to receive

any documents directly from that institution. The instituion's change of

name is already in our system. If you have a tracking number, please

forward it to WES at your earliest convenience on [redacted] This is to advise that effective December [redacted] 2007, WES evaluation reports

have been changed. All evaluations will now specify the manner in which

each credential was authenticated. To meet this new standard, WES

requires that academic records be received in the manner specified for

each country of education.

In August I have again my Institution sent information, that is still not received. In September ** the staff member in the Netherlands has sent it to 2 different addresses for WES. Up until now, Oct*, I have heard nothing. I have contacted them via the website contact form. No response.

They are have my work situation on hold!

This cost me money not to join the workforce.

I have negative emotions about this as it stretches on all sides of my life.Desired Settlement: I want an answer, my papers which I have submitted back and my money back so I can use another translation service.
