Review: MY WES reference number is [redacted]. One of the US universities in which I am applying requires that foreign students submit their transcripts through evaluating agencies such as WES. So I registered to WES and paid $272 online for their service and sent my transcripts and certificates to WES for evaluation. They received my transcripts on October **. After a few days they sent my transcripts for verification to my university. I contacted my university and my university told me that they have received the email from WES but that email does not contain any attachment of my transcripts and certificates. They also said that it is not only me, WES has not sent attachment of a few other students as well. My university officials are very upset about the service of WES. They told me that WES does not respond to any of their queries. Then I tried to contact WES through their online complaint section but did not get any response from them even after several attempts. Then I called them over the phone and after 20-25 minutes of hold time, one of the customer representatives received the phone and I explained to him about the situation. He said that they would send another email with attachment today.

So the next day I went to my university again (which takes an hour and 30 minutes drive) and found out that their new email also does not have any attachment of my transcripts. Then I called them over the phone again and told them that they have done the same mistake twice and they told me they would send the email one more time. But since then they have send 5-6 emails to my university and none of those emails had any attachment of the transcripts. They told me that they have sent mail and fax as well but my university has not received any of those. Actually fax can go missing in my university. My university officials check the email regularly for these kind of correspondence. So, basically email is the only safe way of communication. I initially thought that they are not receiving the attachment probably because of some kind of firewall or something. But that cannot be the reason because my university receives other emails from WES for other students' verifications.

So my university official adviced me to send WES my transcripts one more time as the whole system is automated and may be next time the problem will not happen. So I did that and they received my transcripts for the second time on November **. Then on november **, I was notified by their email that they have sent email to my university for verification one more time. So the next day I went to my university again to find out that they have not received my email from them but they have received two other emails from WES.

The deadline of the university I was planning to apply has passed. So I explained that university about the situation and they told me that they will accept my application if I can send it before November **, 2013. Otherwise, I will have to wait for another 8 months until the next fall semester. So WES's poor service will cost me 8 months of my life.Desired Settlement: Finish the job within November ** or refund the payment. I think it is still possible to finish the verification if they seriously take this matter. They will have to see manually where is the problem...

As my university did not receive the attachments even after a few attempts by WES, my university on November **, 2013 emailed them scanned copies of my transcripts and certificates in response to one of the emails sent by WES. So, WES now can check my transcripts and certificates with the scanned copies of my transcripts and certificates sent by my university and complete the verification process. One of the customer representatives suggested me to ask my university to email my transcripts and certificates, so I did that. But even that has not worked so far. (WES Reference # [redacted])

Review: I have submitted my high school certificate for evaluation to this company and I've requested that they send it back to me because it was supposed to be sent by a third-party, however they refused to return my original certificate because they claim they do not return documents when received.

Why can't this company return a document at my plead since they have no need for my document which was sent directly from me by accident?

The customer service is the worst and they claim that I am not allowed to speak with a supervisor!

What kind of company is this?

I really would like my document be returned to me and the Shipping cost will be my responsibility! !

[ Thank you for your effort to get this resolve, however The WES have told me that they will not send my original copy back to me because it's not their policy when I spoke to two of their representative, they do not have a fair staff and it is very rude and without consciousness that they would see an original copy of my transcript and discard it... I understand that it's not their fault but as I am in desperate need of getting my evaluation done I sent in my original transcript.It is very sad to know that without any form of consideration these people just discard of my transcript after constant request. If I Should Get Another Copy Of My Transcript It It Will Cost Me Over $300.00. Who will be paying this?I think they should change their policy or make it as an important headline rather than putting their requirements under helpful hints. Review: I am a US citizen who attended [redacted] in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

On November **, 2008, I requested [redacted] to mail my official transcript

to the World Education Services in New York to do a credential evaluation.

In December 2008, I confirmed with WES by phone that they did receive my transcript

from [redacted] and they provided me a Transcript ID number.

On December **, 2013, I sent an email to WES with my Transcript ID number on it

to find out if they still have my transcript on file so I can apply to a college or university in the US for the Spring 2014 semester.

They refused to respond to the email.

On January **, 2014, I attempted to contact WES by phone and I was unable to find a customer service representative.

As a result, I sent another email to WES.

On January **, 2014, I received an email from WES but they failed to tell me if they still had my transcript on file.Desired Settlement: Given the failure of WES to provide me the assistance that I requested from December **, 2013,

I lost a semester of school attendance which delays the time for me to graduate.

With that said, I would want them to provide me free service to do a credential evaluation and void any expenses

required to sent the transcripts to any colleges and universities of my choice.

In addition, if WES no longer has the transcript from December 2008, I would want them to refund

me $ 6.00 for the expenses incurred.

Review: This business makes it incredibly hard for customers to speak with agents regarding services already paid for. I have called this service on at least 15 different occasions, and each at a different time of the day, and ALWAYS receive the message that the business is experiencing unusually high call volume, making speaking with a representative nearly impossible.

Today I called at around 4:30 and spoke with service agent "[redacted]" who would not provide me with her last name. I asked to speak with her [redacted], and she said she would put me through to her voicemail. I still had several more questions I needed answered before their close of business at 5:00, so I asked her not to put me to voicemail but instead to please answer my questions or transfer me to speak with her [redacted].. She said her [redacted] "[redacted]" was not available, and transferred me to her voicemail even though I specifically asked her not to do so.

I had to call the business back. It was 4:56, and the recording said that their business hours were 9-5, and that I should call back within business hours. Clearly 4:56 is within business hours.Desired Settlement: I want to speak with a [redacted]. I want the [redacted] to clearly and in plain English explain to me what other documents I must provide for my transcript translation request to be completed. I have already paid for this service, but have not been delivered the product (my transcript translated) because it is impossible to understand the required documentation I must provide, and the customer service is intentionally unhelpful and impossible to reach.

Review: I submitted the documents to World Education Service (WES) on November [redacted] 2013 (Ref #[redacted]). All the documents were the translated and certified copies of my original school leaving certificate, university diploma and PhD diploma. Even though all the diplomas were previously additionally certified by [redacted], I was still asked to submit the originals of my Diplomas. I sent the originals of my diplomas to WES via FedEx and received the confirmation of the receipt on December*, 2013. The service was provided and on December [redacted] I received the documents back. My PhD diploma was missing from the pack documents that I received. After several calls to WES (waiting time on each call is approximately 15-25 minutes) the original of my PhD diploma was not found at their office. To get the new Diploma I will have to travel to the Ukraine, order a new Diploma, and wait approximately 4-6 months to receive it, then I will have to submit it for the apostille in the Ukraine and wait for another 2 months to have it approved. Right now I have job interviews where I eventually have to submit my PhD diploma to the employer, what do I do then? I would really appreciate if the following actions could be taken:

1) Getting the original of my diploma back from WES would be my top priority.

2) I also requested to have the service called "document by document evaluation" but WES rejected to provide me with one since another type of evaluation was already provided to my documents. I wonder if WES is able to provide me with "document by document evaluation" if the original of my PhD diploma is not found (Reference #[redacted]).

3) If my PhD Diploma is not found, I will have to order a new Diploma in the Ukraine which can be only done in person. What type of refund can I get from WES to cover my upcoming trip expenses?

Moreover, WES is well known for its poor service and lost documents. Sometimes the whole packages are lots and I was actually lucky to see some of my Diplomas back. I am attaching the first hits from [redacted] on WES service. I believe that to be able to work with the original documents, this company should reconsider its attitute to the customers (provide a contact email, shorten the waiting time on the phone, stop losing the original documents etc) or maybe they should not work with the originals whatsoever. Their service so far has harmed a number of their customers. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would need WES to deliver the original of my PhD diploma to my mail adress as soon as possible or a refund on my trip to the Ukraine to order a new PhD Diploma ( I can only do it in person), translate the new document and pay for the apostille.

Review: I had applied for WES evaluation service to have a course by course evaluation of my academic credentials (ICAP).Then at the same time made a request from the University I graduated (University of Benin, Nigeria) that my transcript be processed and sent directly to WES. However after some weeks I learnt that the transcript had been sent through the regular mail all the way from Africa, My University did not inform me that I had an option of sending the transcript directly to WES through a courier service. It can be very challenging communicating with my school most especially when you are not in the school .From time past mails sent through the regular mail from Nigeria to Am[redacted] takes several months or might not even get to their destination in Am[redacted] because of the mail system available in my country .And so because of this I had another copy which was notarized but not the original copy sent to WES from my school through the courier service.

On receipt of the second copy of my transcript which was sent through courier service, WES communicated with my school and then tagged my documents as been "Forged" and "Not Authentic". This is most likely because it was either notarized or not the original copy. I have informed WES of this complained about the current status of my account and how I want them to review my CASE and either await that original initial copy of my transcript to arrive to their office or preferably I could have another original copy sent directly to their office from my school and this time through the courier service. WES customer service representative tells me there is nothing she can do as a customer service representative and that I should write a complaint to WES and to this moment I have not received any reply from WES concerning my case.

This is the letter I sent to WES and I received an auto response from them that they have received it but I am yet to receive any response, this is getting worrisome because I have school deadline to meet up with. This is the letter I sent to WES

"Hi,

Gooday Sir/Madam, Please I spoke with your customer service representative concerning my case, I have some issues with my transcript evaluation. I ordered an initial copy of my academic transcript to be sent directly to your [redacted] office but then I was not informed by my school that I had to pay for an express courier service so they sent it through the regular mail.

And so when I learnt it was sent through the regular mail, I had a copy which was notarized by the Records office in my home country and had it sent directly it to you because I did not know how long it would take the initial copy which was sent through the regular mail to get to you. Sometimes it could take several months. Please I already spoke with your customer service representative and she advised I write an explanation to your office and have it sent to you.

My status is currently "cancelled" and tagged as "Forgery". Please I don’t know how the verification process works with your office but I can assure you that what was sent was not a forged copy as all grades were same as the initial copy. I don’t know if you verify each and every grade as they are all accurate as they were in the initial copy which was sent by the regular mail.

I was also told by your customer service representative that as it is presently I cannot be rendered any service until I make a complaint. Please I would like for my refile to be reopened and await that initial copy which was sent by regular mail. I also sent photocopies of my medical practicing license to your office but don’t know if you are yet to receive them,

I also sent photocopies of my medical licenses and statement of Degree Awarded from my school but WES did not acknowledge receipt of any of those documents and my account status is current still being tagged as “Forgery”. The customer service representative I spoke with said my account has been cancelled and further correspondence from my school will be neglected and not acted upon and that my money for the service cannot be refunded even though I wanted a refund.Desired Settlement: please I want WES to enable me order an another original copy of my transcript from my school and this time I would ensure that I request sending it through the courier service and I could request that my school makes a cover note explaining to WES that the initial copy was notarized as it’s a different section of the Records office in my School that handles the notarization. I am more concerned about WES rendering me the service as refund of the money would not even solve my problem because I have school deadline to meet up with. I want WES to finish the service I ordered for and enable me order another original transcript from my school directly to them and change the status of my account from “cancelled-Forgery”

I would also want WES to reopen my file and remove the status of "Forgery" from my account status because my university transcript was not "Forged". I uphold decorum as preached by my medical profession.

On April **, 2014 we received academic credentials with the letter head of the University of Benin for [redacted] In following with our company practices, the evaluator sent a copy of the transcripts along with a verification letter to the University of Benin.

On May **, 2014 we received a verification response from the Deputy Registrar of the University of Benin. The letter states that the documents presented for evaluation were not authentic.

When any document submitted for an evaluation is found to have been altered, tampered with or forged, WES cancels the application and retains all the documents. We reserve the right not to accept any new transcripts since the last set was reported as not authentic.

I spoke with the applicant today and informed him that submitting a new set of credentials will not change the current status of the file. Since the case is deemed as closed it will now be the responsibility of the applicant to follow up with his former university and find out the reason for the negative response.

Should the university of Benin decide to retract their initial statement WES will be contact with them again for more details. A final decision concerning the status will be determined by the Director of Evaluations. The applicant should be advised that this may be a timely process.

Review: I paid so much money to WES to do my Course-by-Course Evaluation. I started sending my documents to WES and my University (outside of the country) sent the transcripts to WES. WES got my University docs and they said it was not according to WES requirements. So far it's OK! I thought some documents could be missing or someone from my University forgot to sign some paper, I don't know, so many thoughts. I asked to my University to re-send. My mom went to my University to check all the documents with them. They made sure everything was perfect, the way WES wanted. WES got the documents and AGAIN they said the documents were not according to WES. I called WES to ask why not but they barely know how to explain what was going on. The costumer service lady told me that the transcript was not original. COME ON! I earned my degree 9 years ago. How come am I gonna get an original transcript to send to WES????? Of course my University sent photocopies. I told that to the lady then she told "oh, it is missing stamps". HELLO!?!?!? It's more than 200 pages, who is going to stamp page by page? All the documents are original/real (nothing is fake) and I have how to prove that. WES never said all the pages needed to be stamped before. They tell so many [redacted] and [redacted] their customers. I don't think they really want to do Evaluation. They just want an easy way to make money!!!! Now I asking my money back and they won't give me the total amount of refund. They will keep $50 (fifty dollars) with them. They get $50 dollars to do nothing beside pissed of theirs customers and also made me spent $200 dollars with transcripts in my University + International Shipping. I am very very upset!!!! I won't recommend WES even to my enemies.Desired Settlement: I want WES to give me the full refund $252 (that what I paid them) and give me back all my documents already sent. Everything!

Review: I ordered international transcripts to be evaluated on October *, 2013. I paid for them to be expedited and delivered by courier to the University of the District of Columbia. WES sent them via [redacted] and they were delivered on October [redacted] to an unknown address. The proof of delivery says they were left at the dock and signed for by [redacted] in Washington DC. This is not an actual address, and certainly not the address or the attention to that I provided to WES.

I got confirmation from [redacted] that they did not receive the transcripts and the delivery address WES used is a fake address not associated with [redacted]. When I called WES I was told by customer service that I had to take it up with [redacted]. However, I did not contract with [redacted], or directly provide them with a mailing address. I contracted with WES to have the package delivered to the correct address. Since the package did not make it to [redacted], I missed the October **, 2013 application deadline. My transcripts were not received by [redacted] until late January and not posted to the [redacted] website until January **, 2014. I missed both the fall and spring deadline for [redacted] because transcripts were never properly delivered.

I called WES at least a dozen times from October-December 2013 to try and have this matter resolved and was blown off by customer service every time. I have written four letters to try and get a refund and have not had a single response. WES failed to keep up their end of the contract and did not deliver the services that were paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $392.00 for failure to uphold their end of the contract.

If the applicant did not meet her deadline it is not at the fault of WES.

I decided to delve a little deeper into this case and had one of our regional directors contact the university. The university has mentioned that they indeed received the report and unfortunately there was a bit of confusion on their part, thus the reason for the late follow up. My colleague has alerted me that someone who works with transfer students at the [redacted] will contact [redacted] directly.

We have complied and completed the evaluation on time. We however have no control over the end user or how they process the evaluations internally. There will be no refunds granted for this case. If the applicants has any further questions she is welcomed to contact me directly.

All of this is a complete and utter lie. WES has never communicated with me or responded to my complaints. I made $195 for the application to be expedited. It did not get received by [redacted] on time. I missed the application deadline because WES did not do what I paid them to do. I confirmed with [redacted] that the address was incorrect. This is just WES trying to steal my money.

I will continue to fight to get my money back and am going to file a complaint with the Attorney General of New York.

As mentioned previously the university quoted that it was their error why [redacted]’s evaluation was not updated in their system in a timely fashion. Nevertheless, the file for [redacted] will be cancelled and refunded. Should the applicant require a duplicate she will have to apply for a new evaluation.

Review: I consulted WES to evaluate my education credentials to help my application process for a Ph.D. program on January [redacted], 2014. I paid the fee of $279.00 and received a ref # of [redacted]. In the process I had to get my institution to release my academic credentials to WES using WES' forms and procedure. This was done accordingly. Forms were sent to Trinity Theological Seminary in Ghana; upon receipt of the forms [redacted], the vice president of the seminary filled out and mailed the form including my transcripts to WES. But on February [redacted]2014, WES sent copies of the transcripts back to Trinity Theological Seminary for "verification" before contacting me. I again consulted the vice president who stated he had seen the email and was working on it. He then told me the verification was done and emailed back to WES as directed. I then contacted WES regarding the status of the evaluation, but the same auto email sent the first time informing me of the need for verification was sent to me again. I responded that the seminary has emailed the verification back to them, but in response I still received the same automated email from them. I even advised that I'm getting frustrated with them and that I am going to report to Revdex.com, but guess what I received another email, and it's the same automated response. Apart from the fact that my transcripts have been accepted at the universities, and I also have been offered admissions from reputed grad schools, that was the only way I can get transcripts from my university. I have to go in person, order transcripts, and collect them a week later. They don't ship my transcripts to a US address! First, I had to file an application online and pay a 100 dollar fee. Then, I sent them my two documents for the evaluation. In about a week I got an email back saying that I was missing some documents. The document that I was missing was a certified degree document that had to be sent from my high school which is the same document I already sent them. I am a prospective student from India planning to apply to US universities for Masters degree. Some of the universities have asked for my credential evaluation from WES(World Education Services, Inc.). After accepting the service and paying them a sum of 278$ for the service and some duplicate copies(WES reference number - [redacted]), I mailed WES the university sealed transcripts through DHL courier service from Bangalore,India. DHL promptly delivered the packet to the WES office in New York to [redacted] with WES(probably).

But the WES website still shows the Evaluation Status as "Waiting for required documents" for more than 15 days. Not knowing the infamous WES service, I tried getting in touch with them through various ways. I tried calling them from India multiple number of times (ISD call) by shelling out more than 50$ and the call was on hold/waiting for ages(more than 30 minutes, twice) without any representative answering. I am sure there isn't any representative sitting there!!!

I also tried reaching them by complaining through their website, but we receive only automated messages but no followup assistance. Its high time now if they put up a working email address on the site to help us.

For me, staying in India, there is no other way to get in touch with this organization to know why only transcripts are shown as not received but the photocopy of my marks are received. I shell out 278$ of my hard earned money for a service and no there is one to help!! WES, Please look into this. Review: I originally purchased a translation of my foreign (UK) undergraduate transcripts for applications to US graduate schools in 2007. I paid for the application fee and ordered several copies of the complete application to be sent to several graduate schools. As requested, I had my school send my provisional transcripts at the time of application and my completed transcripts at the completion of my degree program later that year. In June 2014 I ordered and paid for two additional copies of my translated transcripts for job applications. When I received the reports they were based on my incomplete provisional transcript and not my final transcript. After several attempts to contact the company about this mistake, I was finally able to get a response that WES had never received my final transcript and had sent the same incomplete transcript translation for all the orders I had made (10+ orders). Up to this point, they had never notified me that I was paying for incomplete reports nor that they had never received my transcripts. I paid for expedited shipping to have my undergraduate institution re-send transcripts (2014) and asked that they complete the evaluation and send off the completed reports at no extra charge as I had already paid for them to send completed transcript translations (the employer is unable to use the incomplete translations) and I would have never approved them sending incomplete reports. They reported that they had not received my transcripts (my school has records of WES' recipt of the transcripts) and they notified me that I would be charged for the completion of the translation (despite this charge already having been paid in 2007) and I would also have to pay for the completed reports to be re-sent to the 2014 recipients. I attempted several times to follow-up with the company, see if they got the transcripts, and explain my situation to try to reach a reasonable solution. They were near impossible to reach via email or phone, very rude in telephone interactions, and refused to offer any compromise regarding the charges they were proposing.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the original evaluation application which was paid in full in 2007 and was supposed to cover the fee of a completed translation report which I never received. I would also like a full refund for all the copies of the reports I ordered in 2007 and 2014 as they sent out incomplete reports without ever notifying me 1) that they had not completed the evaluation (or that they had not received my final transcripts) and 2) that they were sending incomplete reports (which I would have never ordered/paid for.

While it is true that I received the evaluation by mail both in 2006 and 2014, I had to pay for this and I was not aware that viewing my report online was an option--I went online today and am not able to find the electronic copy of the report [redacted] is referring to. When I click the "view report" link I get a document defining the WES evaluation terms only.

Secondly, when I look at the status of the documents listed in the original order (December, 2006), they stated that all required documents (i.e., transcripts) have been received. There is no notification that these are incomplete transcripts and that an incomplete report would be generated. When I originally put in the order, I was led to believe that an "in process" report would be generated and then updated when my final transcripts arrive (which were sent by my school at the time of my matriculation from the program). I had assumed that complete reports would then be sent to the recipients of the "in process" report. Neither did I get my degree fully translated, nor did the recipients receive full evaluation reports. Again, at no point in this process did WES inform me that they had not received my final transcripts and that final evaluations had not been sent out.

With regards to paying $80 to "upgrade," it is incorrect to call the completed transcript a "new transcript," it is in fact, the original transcript for which I already paid the full translation price in December 2006.

Please provide either:

1) a complete evaluation of my undergraduate degree (all courses) and copies to the recipients from the 2014 order at no charge (as these have already been paid for in full)

OR

2) please refund me the $255 spent in 2006 and the $94 spent in 2014 ($349), as you failed to provide the complete evaluation and copies of said evaluation which I originally paid for.

about it’s so-called right to destroy documents of the customers.

WES

requested additional translations. Since obtaining it wasn’t difficult, I sent

them different translations as well. I have received e-mail from WES, stating

that translations were accepted.

Therefore,

[redacted] had all documents necessary to proceed with evaluation, however refused to

do it. By unexplained reason [redacted] named my original documents as

“photocopies”(was it total incompetency, demonstrating absence of knowledge

about documents, or mix-up with somebody else’s files) and started to demand

additional apostille.

While

researching about apostille, according to the website, it was not clear how to

obtain it. My impression was if agency decided that they needed additional

proof, they would try to obtain additional apostille through business

connections. At least the [redacted] website before changing indicated that. I did

evaluation a few years ago with the different agency, and the agency made

itself the entire search, which they considered necessary, and obtained all

supportive documents for evaluation without imposing on me unexpected hidden

charges. My expectations were that

evaluation would be done within 1 week period for 160$ as was posted (total

charge before work was done: $204). When [redacted] demanded from me additional

apostille, I discovered that it would be impossible to obtain it for the

following reasons:

As an individual I would need to spend up to $4000

for the trip to Ukraine. It wasn't safe in time of revolution, when Ukrainian

agencies even didn’t work. It would take up to 2 month to obtain it. I haven’t

been in Ukraine for 19 years and didn’t have anyone to help me on friendly

basis. Besides, as an American citizen,

I didn’t want to be engaged in giving bribes to Ukrainian officials in order to

obtain additional apostilles. I have 7 kids, and I just could not meet such

burdensome and expensive demand, which I didn’t expect to be handled by any

customer (not business) at all.

Therefore,

I decided to cancel the order and pursue it with the different agency. The

cancellation policy wasn’t clearly stated, and I couldn’t find it. Please note,

that [redacted] website was changed not long ago, and multiple times, when I started to demand refund and

complained about destroyed documents. My problems created by [redacted] bad business far

exceed $204.00 plus postage charges. Documents were requested, hard to obtain,

but destroyed by [redacted] without my permission. I expected all documents to be

returned, but received back only part of them. More than four hours on hold on

long-distance number were wasted. I have to manage unexpected significant

delays in my school start, as the evaluation didn’t come in time. Nevertheless,

I agreed to settle on $204.00, which I paid originally. About so called

“processing fee” I learned in time of cancellation and I didn’t see it on

website until the most recent change of the website.

Review: The following is the nature and details of my dispute with the merchant, World Education Services, herein referred to as "WES": On January **, 2013, I submitted an application to WES for the educational evaluation of my foreign academic credentials and ordered the WES ICAP course-by-course evaluation for a total cost of $212. This type of evaluation serves the purpose of representing my foreign academic degree to universities in the U.S. equivalent format. After carefully following WES instructions for submitting documents, the university I attended had sent to WES an official French-language academic transcripts FOR ALL YEARS OF STUDY showing all subjects studied and grades obtained, issued and sent directly by the institution attended. The university also filled out, signed and stamp a WES form corfirming that I had attended the school. Documents must be delivered in a sealed envelope bearing the institution's official stationary, stamp and/or seal. However, on June **, 2013, WES sent an automatic e-mail to notify that they received the document and are not going to prepare my credential evaluation because they are requesting the document that I mentioned above that had already been submitted by my institution. I tried to contact WES by sending an e-mail but until today I haven't heard from them and I also tried to call but was unable to reach them.Desired Settlement: The University sent to WES all the necessary documents that would help WES prepare a complete and accurate evaluation. Please WES should accept the document. If WES don't accept the document, I would like to ask for a refund of my $212 please since WES hasn't evaluated or proceeded to the evaluation.

In our efforts to assist [redacted], we inadvertently delayed her file. An evaluation will be processed and a full refund will be issued. However, I would like to add an additional document. I have sent to Revdex.com an e-mail on 07/**/2013 to notify World Education Services to hold because in order to complete the evaluation report scheduled for 07/**/2013, WES might probably need a new copy of the English translation of the French academic transcripts issued to them by the University.
