We revieved this former customer's file and confirm that the December 16, payment was declined by his bank. The company mailed a cancellation notice in advance of the policy cancelling, and we have proof that the notice was mailed. We are unable to reinstate
the policy

We are attempting to obtain additional details regarding Mr***'s claim so we may address his concerns. Given the age of this claim
from and the prior merger of Century Insurance's companies with Farmers' companies, it appears this particular claim was handled through an obsolete claims systemSpecifically, the policy number and claim number provided are not styled like our current numbers, which suggests this claim was handled via an old system. We are attempting to access this outdated system so we may review the claim, payments, etcand will contact Mr*** once we are able to obtain additional information. Unfortunately, we are unable to respond more specifically at this time and we apologize for Mr***'s frustration. Again, once we are able to access the necessary information we will contact him to discuss the matter further

Dear Revdex.com Serving Delaware,
We are writing in response to your correspondence dated November 2, 2016, wherein Ms*** *** outlined her disagreement with our response to her claim related concerns.
As outlined in our initial response, named insured *** *** contacted us on December 2, 2015, and advised they disagreed with the outcome of our investigation; therefore, we agreed to take have another adjuster reexamine and further investigate the claim as part of our reconsideration process.
Even though we made several attempts to work with Ms*** and obtain her recorded interview between early December and March 30, 2016, she did not respond to our offer to complete an additional investigation of her claim; therefore, we reaffirmed our claims decision based on the information we obtained between October 31, 2015, and December 2, 2015.
Furthermore, we acknowledge Ms***’ dissatisfaction with our investigation of her claim and that she believes her questions have not been answered; however, we have reviewed her claim and confirmed the decision(s) made on her claim took into consideration all information provided to us and/or which was discovered during our investigation. We also respectfully disagree with her statements regarding no investigation being completed and her implication we broke any law(s) in our investigation of her claim.
In response to Ms***’ statement that she will continue taking her concern to the highest levels possible until the at fault decision is removed from her record, we ask that she contact us so we can complete our reevaluation and reconsideration of her claim. As previously advised, Ms***’ claim is currently closed and if she would like to proceed with our reconsideration of her claim, we ask that she contact Claims Supervisor *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** ***
Once again, we appreciate the opportunity to review and respond to Ms***’ concerns and ask that she contact us so we can complete our reevaluation and reconsideration of her claim.
Sincerely,
*** *** *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Indeed my card had been lost and was replaced with the same exact card number and expiration date; therefore this was not the issue according to my bank. As I stated previously, the bank was NOT presented with the deduction and I have my billing statement as proof. It has been attached for everyone's review. The bank may be contacted at *** I cannot make the bank explain why the payment was not honored since it was NEVER PRESENTED!

RE: Revdex.com File Number: Regarding: *** ***
Policy Holder: *** ***
Claim Number: ***
Loss Date: August 10,
We are in receipt of the additional inquiry from *** ***After review of the additional information, our position remains unchanged Ms*** makes references to the specifics of the damages to both vehicles, however, the damages noted do not support one person’s version of the loss over the other person’s version.
Our policy states that we will pay in the event that our insured is found to be legally liable for damages. Based on our investigation of the statements and photographs, we determined that Ms*** was at fault for making an unsafe lane change
If Ms*** should have any further questions at this time, she may contact Claims Supervisor Claims Supervisor *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** *** ***

Tell us why here

I see why this company is not endorsed by the Revdex.com
I am shocked that the attorney General has allowed them to do business in California
They give u the runaround and ate looking for any detail not to make good on a bonafide claim
I compare them to a CasinoThey hate when the customer gets paid too!!!
As soon as my claim is settled I will get another insurance company
Buyers beware
They ate cheap but ypu get cheap results
Bad company with horrific customer service and support
I will file a greivance with the insurance boatd as they have days ti settle

the company provided a response saying that they “would look into it,” and never responded further. They have not contacted me, and I was waiting to hear more

Thank you for your correspondence posted on July 28, 2014, in which *** *** has expressed
dissatisfaction that our company did not pay for his rental expensesWe are pleased to report this matter
has now been resolved and we appreciate the opportunity to respond

*** *** contacted our Claims Contact Center on November 24, 2013, reporting glass damage to the
sunroof of his MercedesOur records show a rental vehicle was reserved for his use while the
repairs were being completedOn December 3, 2013, *** *** called back stating he had decided to
pursue Mercedes for the glass repairs, as he did not believe the glass had broken because of a rock or
falling objectThe comprehensive glass claim was withdrawn which also negated coverage for the rental
vehicle
A coverage investigation was later conducted verifying rental reimbursement coverage did not apply in
the absence of the glass claimOn June 25, 2014, the claims office sent *** *** a letter confirming
their conversation in which *** *** had understood he would be responsible for the rental charges.
However, on review of the concerns now expressed in *** ***’ complaint, the decision was made
to pay the $in rental charges, as we had previously authorized coverage for those charges.
We regret the confusion relating to coverage for this rental vehicle; however, we believe this issue has
been resolved appropriatelyShould *** *** have any additional questions about this matter, we
would encourage him to contact Claims Supervisor *** *** directly at (*** ***Any
questions about the vehicle repairs may be directed to *** *** at Mercedes Benz of Houston
*** ** *** ***It is our understanding *** *** also used a loaner vehicle provided by
the dealership during the repair processPlease direct any other inquiries regarding the contents of this
letter to me at the above toll free number, directly at *** *** ** ** *** **

We are in receipt of your recent inquiry to the Revdex.com regarding your accident on August 27, We appreciate the opportunity to review this matter and respondAccording to our records, you were the middle vehicle in a
three car rear-end accidentAs part of our investigation, we secured statements from all parties involvedThe driver of the vehicle behind you stated that she observed you strike the vehicle in front prior to your vehicle being struckThe driver of the vehicle in front of you confirmed feeling two impacts; one from being struck by you, the second when your vehicle was struck a second time and pushed into his vehicleBased upon this information, we accepted responsibility on your behalf for the damage to the vehicle in front of you to protect you from further action by that partyWe understand that you disagree with our decision; however, the facts presented in our investigation support that it was the best decision to resolve the claim for the front vehicleIn this situation, we were unable to pursue reimbursement for your deductible as the damage to the front of your vehicle was covered under your own Collision coverageOur records reflect that the damage to the rear of your vehicle was paid by the rear vehicle’s policyAgain, we appreciate the opportunity to respond to your concernsIf you have additional questions regarding this claim, we encourage you to contact Claims Supervisor *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** *** ***

Replying to 21st response,
21st never sent me an invoice or a letter acknowledging the alleged $clerical mistakeI received one vague document from a collection agency indicating that they have been empowered by 21st to collect a debtCompanies that have provided me with a service have always sent an invoice that included an itemized listDue to insurance costing a large percentage of my income, all documents received is placed in a folder and filed away in a locked cabinetAfter reviewing the 21st insurance folder--and the rest of my folders, it confirmed my recollection of not having received documentation of this matter
I am disappointed with 21st, due to their lack of communication skills, organizational skills, and unruly way they chose to handle this affairIt has been and will always be a number one priority of mine to reimburse businesses that have provided me with a serviceAllow 5-business days for a $check to arriveThis check is for insurance coverageI do not owe the additional $being requestedThe check was written to me intentionally, in order to alleviate the enormous premium increase on insuranceI discussed this, a long time ago, with a 21st repover the phone
I take this matter very seriously and I look forward to resolving our differences as soon as possibleIf you have any questions, comments or concerns, don't hesitate to contact me by phone *** or by email ***
