Century never offered to obtain the EOB numbers themselves They insisted that I had to obtain these numbers And after trying many times to contact the insurance company for this information, I decided to file this complaint with Revdex.com Can the adjuster please contact the insurance company?

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThey are correct in that the current and past policy were completed by the policy holders direct familyHowever, as I was the individual completing the current and past policy, I am still not satisfiedDuring the last policy, I was over charged for "paper work" I failed to receive and then send inThey started automatically debiting my account for more moneyI called the company and told them to take me off direct debit permanently, yet this did not happenThey did the same thing this policy, and without my active checking of bank accounts I would never have known.

We accommodated your request and canceled your policy effective September 3, 2014. On August 25, we released your unearned premium refund of $back to the credit card that we had on file. Depending on your financial institution, the entire process can take up to three to
five business days before you will see the credit on your account. We are very sorry for the delay in refunding the unearned premium

CHECK YOUR COVERAGES.........they lie!!
I had 60k/100k insurance, and was getting a quote to raise my limits to 100k/300k
I was quoted every mo
I stupidly switched and never read every work of lawyer talk
I was getting quotes from others as I do every year or so to see how competitive the rates are
Come to find out they were lowest legal 20k/50k coverage limits!!
I have switched to a more reputable dealer with a real location
Don't trust this fly by night company!!!!

As I said before, I had inquired about letting the policy go in November due to the fact that I was medically unable to to drive. After I inquired and had they told me that there would be a lapse fee I would have continued on with that initial planAt that time you gave me erroneous or at best unclear guidanceFor that you still owe me dollarsThen After I had called again about my credit card and ID theft and my questions about stopping the policy on my classic car and then with live chat about that you failed me once againYour custumer service is poor and abreviated and it seems that it is done this way in a nefarious manner to elicit revenueFor that reason I cancelled my policy with you.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]

primarily to a statewide rate revision, which may impact a policy regardless of
the claims historyWe acknowledge the insured’s frustration over the increase,
in addition to her excellent driving historyWe
regret that the insured’s email address was incorrectly modifiedThis was a
processing error that occurred subsequent to the policy cancellationHowever, it
does not appear that the insured’s cell phone was provided as a preferred

We reviewed the inquiry from Ms*** regarding the April 18, 2015, auto accident and appreciate the opportunity to review this matter and respondUpon receipt of the inquiry, Claims Manager *** *** spoke with Ms***
