Review: I received a collect call that lasted 1 min and a few seconds (I was unable to hear the caller very well). I did accept the call not knowing it was calling my cell phone. My cell is forwarded to a home phone as it is not working properly. There were no charge amounts disclosed. I received a text immediately after saying I owed $19.63. I tried to call the number sent to explain what had happened but just got a recording. I then looked up the website to see if I could contact them that way. The site wont let you see your "account" unless you accept their "terms and conditions". They are as follows...Your access to this web site signifies your consent to all of the foregoing terms and conditions contained in this Agreement between you and 3G Collect, Inc. Single Acceptance of a collect from 3G Collect, Inc. is the customers express consent to receive one invoice by text message (a.k.a. SMS) on the customer’s mobile device at the number provided during the process followed by a minimum of 25 additional “reminders” sent in the same format. Customer agrees to pay any/all resulting charges from the customers wireless service provider to receive “text” message along with any other incidental charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. The customers express consent is also given to 3G Collect, Inc. to contact the customer on the provided mobile device number with "automated dialers" using "prerecorded voice" prompts to provide the customer with payment options, and in pursuit of delinquent accounts, any charges incurred by the customer by their wireless service provider are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer also authorizes 3G Collect the sole right to use any information obtained during the process and billing process to use by any means needed throughout the internal or third partied collection efforts and also place derogatory payment information on credit reporting agencies and wireless carrier negative databases. I did not agree to this nor did I give permission to continually text and call my cell phone. Have received 3 in the last 26 hours. I do not feel I owe this bill as they failed to disclose information and bill me outrageous prices for a one minute call instate. I have replied with a "stop" message to the texts sent to no avail. If I thought paying them would stop this harrassment I would. However I am afraid to give such a shady company my bank information or credit card number. I have read all the complaints against them and not sure how to stop this. If I dont pay them here is thier "policy" on aditional fees. Fees and Surcharges: $0.65 Processing Fee Added to debit/credit card payments made through www.3GCollect.com $2.00 Processing Fee added to automated “Pay-by-Phone” Credit/Debit Card Payments $10.00 Late Fee for any outstanding charges not paid from day 26 to day 59 of first invoice $30.00 late fee will be assessed on all outstanding charges not paid within 60 days of first invoice $25.00 Returned/Insufficient Check Fee for all returned Bank Checks $1.99 Carrier Cost Recovery Fee* $0.50 Regulatory Compliance Fee**Desired Settlement: I would like my "account" removed from their business, a charge waiver as to what is owed (fraud), and this business to be shut down before it scams more and more people.

Review: I have a prepaid phone and tried to accept a collect call from someone. I couldn't accept the call. I thought this was due to me using a prepaid phone. Some how, 3G collect says I owe $19.63 now. I receive texts and calls from an automated service about this payment every single day. I have tried calling 3G Collect and have even sent them two emails with no luck in resolving this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to stop texting and calling me.

Review: This company has begun texting and calling me every day and I have no idea what it's about. I did accept a collect call a couple weeks ago but it was not through them and the amount quoted was 15.99, but this company is asking for 21.99. It is my contention that these calls constitute harassment at this point and they will not stop despite repeated requests to do so. Please shut this business down.Desired Settlement: I want them to cease all contact with me and prefer to have their business shut down entirely.

On Oct [redacted], [redacted] accepted a collect call from [redacted]. the call was facilitated by 3G Collect and the called party, [redacted], accepted the call and agreed to pay for the charges which are clearly stated prior to the call connecting. We also have his recorded authorization which can be reviewed by going to www.3gcollect.com and using the information in the txt message. the collect call was over 26 minutes in duration so payment for services rendered are due. invoicing and all contact will cease when payment is received.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

As expected, the business has entirely failed to address the facts that: 1. The collect call was quoted to cost 15.99, not over 23 as they are asking for currently (This is the only part of the recording that I could understand beyond her name; see below) 2. The collect call was NEVER clearly identified to be facilitated by 3gcollect and the quality of the call was so poor that my girlfriend and I could barely understand each other. Moreover, I could ONLY understand that it was her that was calling and accepted the call because she was in the hospital. Terms were NEVER clearly given for payment, including whom to pay or method of payment. 3. I continue to be harassed multiple times per day regarding this situation and have yet not been provided any sort of proof that this company facilitated the call nor that I am not handing credit card information to some sort of scam. The over 100 complaints regarding this company registered with the Revdex.com indicate that my experience is neither rare nor justified.

Review: I received a text message from 3g collect to pay for a collect call that I did not receive for 19.63 dollars that I refused to pay then a collection agency called and said I owed 89.00 dollars and played a recording of the phone conversation that I did not recognize either party

I told this to the collector she laughed and said it would be on my credit report now after 2 months the have harassed me again please have them stop texting me

Review: I received a scam call collect and now this company keeps harassing me demanding payment for the call. I get multiple calls and text messages, each from different numbers. Whenever I block one number I just get calls and texts from another.Desired Settlement: This company needs to stop contacting me. I do not owe them any money and I do not consent to being harassed by them.

Review: My sister called me from a hospital collect but the call never connected, but I am being billed for $21.75.

I have tried to resolve this issue via e-mail but the company has not responded to my e-mails and continue to call and text me.Desired Settlement: remove charges and discontinue calls and text messages to my phone.
