Review: 3G Collect has called and text my cell number multiple days/times. I have tried to contact someone, a live person, to obtain an explaination of what services I allegedly received that I allegedly owe them for. I can not get any information from their website, even though the website has a place where you can obtain information about "your account" the website claims, "You can view the details of the call by logging in with your mobile number and auth code that is in the text message. You can also hear the recorded authorization, date, time, amount due and duration of the call along with the number the call came from and the recorded message from the caller. In order to do so, you need a code and the website instructs you and directs you to where you can have the code emailed to you and I have requested the code to be emailed to me throught the website multiple times but have not received a code via my email dispite multiple requests. This has been going on for several days. This is a form of harassment and I am requesting that the harassment stop immediately.Desired Settlement: I do not deserve to be harassed by phone calls demanding payment for alleged services that I have not received.

I do not deserve to be harassed and threatened by text messages that "my account is going to collections" and that "action" will be taken when I have not received services from this company.

I am demanding a billing adjustment and that harassing phone calls and harassing text messages cease immediately.

We firstly would like to apologize for this late response to the complaint. The complaint filed by [redacted] states that she has tried to contact us on our website to obtain her authorization code but had never received an email back from us. We sincerely apologize for that and will look into this matter to see if there is any issues on our website that would have caused us not to receive [redacted]'s email. It appears that a collect call was made and authorized on [redacted]'s phone number on 1/**/2015 from phone number ###-###-#### and the call lasted 2.9 minutes. [redacted] can view her account on our website at [redacted] by entering her phone number that the collect call was authorized on and by entering her authorization code which is [redacted]. 3G Collect gives the caller up to 30 minutes of talk time for a flat rate fee of $15.99 plus $5.76 in taxes and fees for a total fee of $21.75. If [redacted] looks up her account on our website she will see that her balance is $61.75. This is due to late fee's on her account as it remains unpaid since January. We are willing to accept the original fee of $21.75 if she sends a check or money order to the address listed above being sure to note her phone number or authorization code on the payment to ensure it gets applied to her account correctly. Review: I have a prepaid phone and tried to accept a collect call from someone. I couldn't accept the call. I thought this was due to me using a prepaid phone. Some how, 3G collect says I owe $19.63 now. I receive texts and calls from an automated service about this payment every single day. I have tried calling 3G Collect and have even sent them two emails with no luck in resolving this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to stop texting and calling me.

Review: This company has begun texting and calling me every day and I have no idea what it's about. I did accept a collect call a couple weeks ago but it was not through them and the amount quoted was 15.99, but this company is asking for 21.99. It is my contention that these calls constitute harassment at this point and they will not stop despite repeated requests to do so. Please shut this business down.Desired Settlement: I want them to cease all contact with me and prefer to have their business shut down entirely.

On Oct [redacted], [redacted] accepted a collect call from [redacted]. the call was facilitated by 3G Collect and the called party, [redacted], accepted the call and agreed to pay for the charges which are clearly stated prior to the call connecting. We also have his recorded authorization which can be reviewed by going to www.3gcollect.com and using the information in the txt message. the collect call was over 26 minutes in duration so payment for services rendered are due. invoicing and all contact will cease when payment is received.

As expected, the business has entirely failed to address the facts that: 1. The collect call was quoted to cost 15.99, not over 23 as they are asking for currently (This is the only part of the recording that I could understand beyond her name; see below) 2. The collect call was NEVER clearly identified to be facilitated by 3gcollect and the quality of the call was so poor that my girlfriend and I could barely understand each other. Moreover, I could ONLY understand that it was her that was calling and accepted the call because she was in the hospital. Terms were NEVER clearly given for payment, including whom to pay or method of payment. 3. I continue to be harassed multiple times per day regarding this situation and have yet not been provided any sort of proof that this company facilitated the call nor that I am not handing credit card information to some sort of scam. The over 100 complaints regarding this company registered with the Revdex.com indicate that my experience is neither rare nor justified.

Review: I received a text message from 3g collect to pay for a collect call that I did not receive for 19.63 dollars that I refused to pay then a collection agency called and said I owed 89.00 dollars and played a recording of the phone conversation that I did not recognize either party

I told this to the collector she laughed and said it would be on my credit report now after 2 months the have harassed me again please have them stop texting me

Review: My sister called me from a hospital collect but the call never connected, but I am being billed for $21.75.

I have tried to resolve this issue via e-mail but the company has not responded to my e-mails and continue to call and text me.Desired Settlement: remove charges and discontinue calls and text messages to my phone.

Review: I received a scam call collect and now this company keeps harassing me demanding payment for the call. I get multiple calls and text messages, each from different numbers. Whenever I block one number I just get calls and texts from another.Desired Settlement: This company needs to stop contacting me.
