He was very informative throughout the process, did a professional job, and made sure all my questions were answered afterwards He also gave me quotes for some additional future projects as well, which is great for budgeting The folks manning the switchboard at A #also did a great job, updating me when Jeff was going to arrive I wouldn't hesitate to use Jeff and A #again in the future
I called at 3:30pm on New Year's Eve and they offered to provide service that evening The crew arrived at 7pm and was out by 8:30pm Quick response at a very reasonable rate Very impressive!
I called A1+ Air on 12/6/and had an air conditioning technician at my house by 2:pm I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism and expertise of the technician He replaced a faulty igniter and checked both units for additional requirements I highly recommend this company and have contracted them to do the servicing of my units
The project estimator Kurt Kcame out and evaluated our year old A/C systems and our home's needs and then presented us a very detailed set of different options to replace all of our failing equipment with modern higher efficiency units Since we have not looked at A/C pricing in almost years, we obviously had a big case of sticker shock Kurt explained the various features and benefits of the different equipment options; we will now have to evaluate the options and develop a plan of action in the next few months Kurt was very professional and did not pressure us to make a decision right away
Austin, team member for A#Air, was very professional and knowledgeable with our home AC checkup Austin arrived earlier than the scheduled time, and completed the service call efficiently He was pleasant , and he offered to replaced ac filtersI am very satisfied with the work that Austin, and A#Air has done to keep my home cold this summer!
We had our two heating units serviced and we were very happy with our service technician. He was an excellent communicator and explained everything to us very well. We had to replace a part in one of our units and Dustin did a very good job of explaining the whole process to us. We are very happy customers.

Last night was a hot July, Saturday night in Texas heat when my a.cquit working When I called, a representative took my call - not some answering service Technician [redacted] M was at my door the next day (Sunday) before 1:pm True to A#standards, [redacted] was knowledgeable, professional and personable He explained to me what was happening with my a.c., and had it running smoothly again He did not try to pressure me into anything extra, but recommended some maintenance Their rates are very competitive, and their service & knowledge is beyond reproach!
