A # 1 Air responded to my call and dispatched a technician within 2 hours. The tech troubleshot, found the issue, and had my heating system functioning again in 20 minutes. Very reasonable price as well.
A # Air has proven several times to be one of the best AC companies time and time again in my opinion! They even put my unit in on Mother's Day and never complained and it was so hotI have maintained a warranty for service on my unit with them and they keep up with it for me....today Dustin came out and he was the nicest and most polite guy you'd ever want to meetI think I'm going to request that he comes out next timeI don't think you can go wrong with using this company!!

A#Air is amazing! Can you believe it's a degree day, a holiday weekend, a Saturday, and this company still came to our home an serviced our air-conditioner? Wow! Although it was the capacitor at the compressor (outside), Courtney, our A#Air Comfort Technician, still checked everything outHe wouldn't feel comfortable leaving if we were going to have trouble laterWe knew the system was 'on it's last leg', but tried to put it off until autumnWe discussed a little more, examined the photos of the rusted coils (which we knew about), and wellwe elected to have Courtney work us up a new system deal AND waive the fees for today's visitAll-in-all, it appears to have been the the right choice for us A#Air appears to be a company we feel good about using and the response time was very reasonable We anticipate a high-quality new system to be installed within the next calendar days, too! So far, so good! A#Air gets a 'thumbs up' from us! THANK YOU, COURTNEY, for your patience and courteous manners! This company appears to have THE BEST staff and their character outshines all others!

Mark Dwas the most professional and technically competent HVAC technician I have ever encountered Not only was he able to troubleshoot the primary issue (float switch cutoff), but was quick to address system performance issues as well I usually dread having to call for a repairman given prior experiences with other companies A#Air has developed a great process for setting a clear picture of what to expect during the service visit and for keeping the customer informed throughout They stand by their workmanship and provide great service Can't say enough about Mark's courteousness, competence, and overall outstanding service! I would most definitely call A#Air again

From the time we called to the time they startour new water heater we got nothing but professional and great serviceDorinda scheduled, followed and informed us of who was coming, what they were going to do and assured us that we would get service and possibly get the problem solved that same day Jeff [redacted] plumber, did the inspection and informed us of what needed to be done, why and how long it would takeHe then proceeded to give us a quote and clearly explained what the scope and cost of the work to be done wereWe accepted and even asked for an option he offeredJeff and his team then dismantled the old water heater, installed and started up the new heater in less than three hours!!!! We are really happy with the work that A#Air, Incdid for us Thanks!!!
