He explained our situation in detail, gave us options and was very efficient with repairs He went the extra step to research if some of our A/C parts were still under warranty, which saved us some money We were very grateful We highly recommend Li and would be happy to have him return for any of our HVAC concerns and maintenanceThe dispatch office staff with reminder calls, updates, etcare always polite and respectful as well
When I called, I was surprised that the technician arrived at my house in less than hr considering that it was a SatSince I had gone out to the library he explained the issue to my wife, and when I arrived later was courteous to repeat and show the cause of the problem in the unit, and what can be done to prevent in the future After fixing the issue, he checked the rest of the unit and stayed to make sure it was still working

Tremendous service from the company and technician I called on a busy Saturday for furnace repair The dispatchers kept me informed of eta via phone, and when a tech was delayed, they assigned a different one [redacted] came and was courteous, very knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly We were pleased to have the repair done that day, and at a reasonable price I highly recommend them
