The technician, Dustin B., was very polite and considerate of the fact that the rest of my family was sleeping due to the late hour He took the time to thoroughly evaluate every possible action instead of stopping short at the obvious (chewed wires in attic) and found a way to repair our system by utilizing our dual system A/C unit which I was unaware of (unable to direct him to additional control board) He saved us thousands!!! A#Air visited within hours of my call and kept me updated frequently by phone regarding the ETA All of my questions were answered completely and honestly Not one person tried to force unnceccesary work or products on us
A#Air did the annual maintenance service on our Tank-less Water-heaterThe service tech, Jon [redacted] , was professional, friendly, and efficientI am sure they will keep our Tank-less unit running great, as they also have with our Heating & Air Conditioning systems
