Throughout the re-model and as items came up considering I have an older home, Derek [redacted] with A#Air, Incwas remarkable with his workmanship, knowledge, patience, and ability to provide a fair and competitive quote Through the quality of work, safety, and thoroughness I have dropped my relationships the milestone and will only request Derek N with A#1, Inc for all projects He is a trusted, licensed election who feels like family and can be trusted in the home to complete a job as if it were his own home There was no mess, boxes and materials were picked up, walls clean, and no need for call backs because the work was done right!
I have been using Afor a few years now Its worth the small monthly fee to have a continued review of your A/C You cannot live without AC in Dallas, so it is crucial you keep them in top shape Very polite people to work with They work to meet your schedules Professional and knowledgeable people With A you will be taken good care of Its the best decision I made to start working with this company

MrLi Chen was the technician assigned to do the year inspection on our y.oevaporatorThe visit was included in the cost We found Li to be very pleasant, extremely courteous, and knowledgeableWe felt he was very thorough and watched as he examined all the different parts We asked so many questions and "looked over his shoulder" and he explained everything and didn't act as if he minded us doing so We would like to highly recommend this gentlemen's service and the company he works for We can say they were not the first we called, but they will be the lastThis was our 2nd experience with this company The first representative saved us thousands of dollarsWe had called "Milestone" and been told we needed a whole new system, which in our case, wasn't so Both representatives/techs never tried to "sell" us things we didn't need I so appreciate that!
