This customer purchased the [redacted] Gold policy through AA Auto Protection This policy is a stated component policy which means that the covered items are stated on the contract Any of those stated items are covered throughout the term of the contract Any item not listed on the contract would not be covered The shifter assembly is not a covered component by way of the Gold coverage Due to this fact [redacted] denied the claim Unfortunately, there is no way for us to make [redacted] pay for an item that is not supposed to be covered by the contract

This refund was issued back to the customer on 9/28/

This customer has stated on numerous occasions that her father worked for ** for years Surely he would have let you know that a timing belt would need to be changed during the maintenance interval otherwise it can cause extensive damage to the vehicle We did listen to the call recordings from the time of purchase You were told that the timing belt was a covered part by way of your contract and you were also told that the vehicle had to be maintained to the manufacturers specifications Both of these statements are 100% true There is no Vehicle Service Contract that you can buy that will pay for items that are not maintained properly.A full copy of the contract that the customer purchased was sent to her email days prior to the date she purchased the contract it was attached to the quote email she received She also received another email immediately upon purchasing the contract This confirmation email also has a copy of the full contract attached to it

This customer had a contract with [redacted] purchased through AA Auto Protection The customer cancelled the policy and was issued a pro-rated refund based on the terms and conditions of their contract Based on the contract this customer purchased, a full refund is available for policies cancelled inside the first days The customer cancelled the policy on the 95th day

This customer purchased a policy At that time a down payment was run to start the plan After the down payment was run, the customer called back and stated that she would like to cancel Her policy was cancelled and refunded the following business day and less than hours after purchase

This policy is cancelled The customer has done a chargeback with his credit card which we will not fight This means that he has been refunded all monies taken by AA Auto Protection

The refund calculations are done based on the exact verbiage inside the customers contract We fully understand that it would be extremely beneficial to consumers if they could take advantage of the benefits of the policy and then get refunded on top of that but that is simply not the way the state regulations are set up This customer used $1,of the policy based on the terms and conditions She only paid in $1, There is no refund owed to the customer in this case We have attached a copy of the customers contract for reference

A refund check in the amount of $1,is being mailed out on 12/14/ Refund can only be issued based on money actually paid by the customer and not money paid by AA Auto Protection towards the customers contract

This customer was asked if his vehicle had modifications He answered"no" to this question When we spoke to this customer after the incident had taken place he originally stated that the sales rep asked him if there were any modifications under the hood He has now changed his stance on that matter and states that we never asked him about modifications at allTo make matters worse, the customer stated that he had no idea that the inch wheels on the vehicle were not the stock size The allegations being made are not only but the customer admitted in his own words that he had no clue anyway The inch wheels on the vehicle is a 4.6% variance from the wheels and tires that are supposed to be on the vehicle This causes a 4.43% variance in his speedometer which in turn means that the actual mileage on the vehicle is not accurate Vehicle Service Contracts are based on liability which is calculated using the mileage of the vehicle, year of the vehicle and the stock options that the vehicle has from the manufacturer Having modifications like this completely changes those liabilities Due to this, Royal Administration was forced to cancel the customers policy Listed below are #and #from the Exclusions section of the customers contract: Vehicles modified from manufacturer’s specifications Any alterations which have been made to Your Vehicle and are not factory-installed; frame or suspension modifications; lift kits; oversized/undersized tires or wheels; trailer hitches; or any other modifications to any of Your Vehicle’s systems systems

After cancelling this warranty due to vehicle being sold This company still drafted a payment on a different day than was originally scheduled when I had coverage This extended coverage is a joke, there are alot of different other items that have to be in place for it to cover (which do not make sense) I would NOT recommend this warranty Easy to get but extremely hard to cancel Do NOT set up on automatic draft because they can go in any time to take your money

This customer had a [redacted] administration contract which he purchased through AA Auto Protection The policy cancelled due to lack of payment on July 15th, The last payment that was made on this account was May 15, The customer has a current approval for $that has not been collected on by the Repair Facility that called in the claim No new claims would be processed on a policy that is not being paid for
