To resolve this issue, all they did was apologize to me in a formal letter and AAA implied that because I did not want police presence, I was safeIf I say I am in the middle of the road with my hazards on, it should mean to them that they should arrive to me as soon as possibleIt became an unsafe situation for me after my battery died and my hazards turned off because I was waiting so long for themFrom there, I was left standing out in the cold and pouring rain directing cars around me due to the fact they took three hours to come assist meThey also assured to me that they spoke to a management team about the quality standards they set for service deliverySo far, this does not rectify the situation I experienced and by no means, makes up for the bad service that I pay for yearly.

As a consumer longtime member of yours,, it is your responsibilty to ensure you have investigated and thourougly reviewed all facts regarding the complaint, which you have failed to doFACT I, THE CONSUMER NEVER RECEIVED notification that my membership had lapse, obviously it is possible that it failed to be delivered to the addressFact I used and was authorized for road side assistance on May 12th, during the expiration dateAaa failed to make an attempt at that time to notify me that my membership lapsedFact I was signed up with auto pay for the last eight years without any prior discrepancies on my membershipFact I would have never known my membership if I didn't go to the branch to make a purchaseFact aaa policy states that u have months after a lapse to make payment to restore same membershipSo I missed it by a month, which brings ip the question, why I n six months was there no communication through phone, email or mail stating that my account was still lapseAfter reviewing all the facts after the investigation its clear that an exception can be made for your consers members, instead of the generic no

I write in reply to acknowledge this members concern about his membership that lapsed for non payment.Our policy states: "If you cancel or let your Plur or Premier Membership lapse and wish to rejoin, you may only rejoin as a Basic Member"Regrettably, this is a firm policy that is strictly adhered
