Aardvark Research Group did a great job getting me the forms I have needed for weeks, when the general records dept. wouldn't/couldn't come through for me after 2 or more attempts, for some reason. Very impressed with Aardvark and highly recommended.

I misplaced my DD 214 and need a copy asap. Aardvark Research responded quickly and I received a certified copy of my DD 214 in a week. Very good communication between us. I highly recommend this company if you need to replace government documents quickly. Super service!

After paying 100.00 I was promised they would have my DD Form 214 sent to me after 7 business days, they claimed they didn't have the correct information, forwarded all my information once again to them and hadn't heard back. They are not good about following up with their customers as I keep having to email them for status. I placed my order on Nov 21st and currently it is Dec 12th with no results

This customer gave us inaccurate dates of service, which caused us to receive a negative search result. We emailed him asking him to verify his dates of service but he didn't respond. We were able to figure it out on our own, and we emailed him his DD214's on business day 7. Then he claimed he couldn't find the DD214's in his email, so we emailed them to him multiple times. Eventually he found the DD214's in his junk folder, along with all of our prior emails asking him to confirm his dates of service. Short of showing up at his house and showing him how to manage his own email account, we did everything we said we would do, and in the time we said we would do it. You can lead a horse to water...

These people are the best - especially since they found information from the Records who couldn't locate the documents themselves.

THIS COMPANY WORKED A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE. MY DD-214 WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND AT THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES. THEY KEPT SEARCHING AND WERE ABLE TO LOCATE THE DOCUMENT. NOW I CAN LOOK INTO GETTING A VA LOAN.
I AM EXTREMELY GRATEFUL TO THEM FOR ALL THEIR HARD WORK. WHEN THEY COULD'NT FIND IT AT THE ARCHIVES THEY COULD HAVE JUST TAKEN MY MONEY AND SAID THEY COULD'NT FIND IT. THEY KEPT LOOKING AND LOCATED IT FOR ME. THAT IS VERY COMENDABLE. I AM VERY GRATEFUL FOR THEIR HARD WORK AND PERSISTENCE.

I was in desperate need of a Member 4 copy of my DD214. I tried every other avenue and everyone was telling me anywhere from 30-90 days. I paid for the service on Thursday, November 1, 2018. I received an email on Friday requesting for me to re-sign (to deter it being rejected from National Archives), scan and e-mail back. I completed the request and received my Member 4 copy on Monday, November 5th. I highly recommend using their services, my experience exceeded my expectations.

I learned of this group, checked them out, and have a 92 year old father who did not get the DD214 (started about 1950) because he separated from service in 1945. They had to really dig through the archives, were immediately responsive on Emails, and came through.

My father and I both are grateful and highly recommend this group for military research needs.

This company is very, very good. I needed my DD214 within a couple of weeks, not a couple of months. Could not remember exact month I enlisted back in 1966, so made a best guess. Once I filled out the form, they followed up immediately with a minor issue I needed to resolve, and within two weeks I had received my DD214. I was off by a month on my enlistment date, and they were still able to get me a copy within eleven working days. And for the price, this was a real, real bargain.
If you need their service, do not hesitate to use this company. They deliver, they do what they say they will do, and if I were rating them for the Revdex.com it would definitely be an A+. One of my better decisions of late.

Contacted them, initially, on 8October, and have, at my disposal, PDFs of my DD214 and my discharge notice, as well, today, the 17th.

They’re putting hard copies in the mail tomorrow, so, I’ll likely have them by Saturday or Monday.

I think they’re worth the money, if only for the peace of mind.

Thanks for the review. October 8th was a Federal holiday, so we didn't actually order the record until October 9th.

I ordered DD 214 on May 21, 2018 and still waiting as of today 9/4/2018. There has been no reply nor the form dd 214 as promised.

We requested this customer's military records on May 20, 2018. On May 29, 2018, we received a letter from the National Archives indicating that his records were not found in their holdings. On May 30, 2019, we contacted the customer via email to confirm that he had given us accurate information about his military service, as a typo in a SSN, or inaccurate dates of service can cause a negative search result. He never responded.

On May 31, 2018, we made a second request for his records through the Department of the Air Force. On June 29, 2018, they also advised us that the search for his military personnel file was negative. On June 30th we emailed him a second time to confirm that the information he provided to us was accurate. He failed to respond. On July 5, 2018, we submitted a request for a "Verification Search" through the National Archives, which is a thorough background search of several federal agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in an attempt to confirm his service. The Verification Search should find him, even if his SSN is inaccurate, or his branch of service is incorrect. The Verification Search is still pending at this time.

During this process we have not heard from this customer at all. He has never emailed us to ask for an update, and he has never responded to our emails. He has not left a single voicemail on our phone, or contacted us via any means for an update. Given his failure to respond to our emails, and the fact that he has never contacted us for a status update, we have followed our normal procedures and continued searching for his records through all appropriate channels. If he wants to cancel he can, and we will give him a full refund minus our search fee, which we have more than earned.

I am rejecting this response because: I am curious to know if the Aadvaark has been sending to the correct email. I would have preferred a snail mail if they did not get my response. I called their Aardvaark phone number and there is no way their calls allows for a message to be left. The phone says to contact them by their website which I wonder is connected to anything because there is no immediate reply (1-2 days). Should Aadvaark be entitled to a fee which is likely to consume the entire amount I am curious in knowing what is their refund policy. It is not stated on their website or is it hidden.

I am very saddened that a veteran servicing his country thru active and reserve duty for 23 years has no record of servicing his county. Its a CROCK!!!....Sorry, but the records are out there but the system has either lost my records thru a flood, fire, or human incompetence. I am receiving military retirement pay so there has got to be a record of my service to my USA!

I ordered my DD214 on Aug 13. This company guarantees delivery in 7 days. We are past the 7 days and I have sent many emails to this company (per their request when you call their phone number) with NO response. I have left several phone messages as well and still NO response. Scam company.

This customer ordered her DD214 on August 13, 2018. We requested her military records the following morning, August 14, 2018. We received her personnel file on August 23, 2018, which was the 7th business day. The customer didn't have a DD214, because she didn't complete the required period of active duty. We copied the reserve separation document, and emailed her that same day, August 23, 2018, to let her know that she didn't have a DD214, and to advise her that we had a copy of her Reserve Discharge Order if she wanted it. She has yet to respond to our email.

The customer has not emailed us, or called us a single time or responded to our email to her.

We did exactly what we said we would do, in the time frame that we said we would do it. Nevertheless, because she wants to cancel, we will go ahead and cancel her order and give her a full refund minus our search fee.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. HOWEVER... at NO time did I ever receive ANY email other than the original order email. In order to resolve this matter quickly, I accept their offer for the full refund and I will keep Revdex.com advised of the so-called research fee...

Thanks for the review. This customer served in the Regular Army AND the ARNG. We provided him with several DD214's from his Regular Army service, AND his NGB22 to document his ARNG service. We completed both searches and emailed/mailed him his documents in 8 business days, which, to people in the know, is a very fast turnaround. ARNG requests take 90 days through the National Personnel Records Center.

Fast and easy. I ordered the DD214, and was emailed the doc 4 days later. Worth every penny!

I had a highly positive experience with Aardvark Research Group in obtaining My DD214 document and would recommend them to anyone needing a company for obtaining personal documents.

Aardvark Research Group is really awesome.
After another company I hired did absolutely nothing in 10 weeks time except take my money in the first 3 minutes. the Aardvark Research Group totally came through in under 3 weeks with all documents from my fathers military service in 2 wars. These documents were needed for my mother to receive Aid & Attendance benefits she desperately needs. Cannot say enough to Aardvark Research Group. So Thank You!

Now if we could just speed up the government agencies that do Aid & Attendance and Medicare benefits that would be great...
