Be warnedAfter spending $on May 4th, ordering a certified copy of my DD-I learned on June 20th, they could not pull my DD- This "research company" failed to look at my years of enlistment in the USAF USAF records after are held at the personnel center AFTER doing my own research, I learned this information and was also told this company takes just as long as you requesting it yourself
I had sent numerous emails with poor response
I got a partial refund because of a $"processing fee."
WASTE OF TIME AND $$They obviously have integrity, there is no way they didn't know this information It should be posted to their website

I have used and referred clients to Aardvark for several years and they are an invaluable assetThanks again folks!

I requested the company to get a copy of my DD (LONG FORM) when I was called for active duty while I was in the army reserves I gave them dates when I was in activated and discharge All they have shown me was a copy of my discharge paper when I was in basic training I specifically asked them for the ddwhen I was activated First I was disappointed that they didn't get what I was asking for and second is they charge me $For what I asked them, they said it was the their "cost"

They found the document I needed from way back in and provided it to me within a few days Their service is extremely easy to use and they are very efficient Also, their price for expedited service is very reasonable They provide great service at a great value

Contacted them, initially, on 8October, and have, at my disposal, PDFs of my DDand my discharge notice, as well, today, the 17th
They’re putting hard copies in the mail tomorrow, so, I’ll likely have them by Saturday or Monday
I think they’re worth the money, if only for the peace of mind
