This is a 10 star review. VA home loan needed one thing, a copy of my DD214. Could not get status update from Government, kept dropping my call when I tried to contact them. We started to panic. Found Aardvark and they came through in less than a week. Over the moon happy! They are the reason we soon will be in our new home.

Needed DD214 paperwork to make arrangements for burying my father at the veteran's cemetery, and they provided much faster turnaround than trying to deal with the VA.

Thanks for the review.

I submitted an order on July 30th for a DD-214. They guaranteed 1 to 7 day turnaround based on my year of service.
I contacted them 7 days later and they told me that they would need a few more days I have all the email communications as proof.
This then added an extra 5 days to the process.
I was supposed to receive it according to their communication on August 12th.
I received an email from them stating that the process would take longer because I had attempted to get the DD-214 before paying them.
I informed them an email that I never completed the process or printed out the form and sent it out to the government office who handles that.
Now they're making this as an excuse to delay the process.
please don't guarantee 127 day turn around and then start using covid-19 as an excuse or the government buildings being shut down as an excuse or even saying that somehow it was my fault.
I'm going to make sure I let everyone know not to use this service especially when you're paying extra to expedite it ASAP.

This customer requested his records from the government before he ordered from us. When we ordered his records the fast way, the personnel file was unavailable because it had already been pulled to respond to his previous request. When we found out we couldn't help him we informed him why, and gave him a refund. I don't know what more we could have done. His complaint says more about him than it does about us.

I am rejecting this response because:

I NEVER submitted the order... which needed to be printed out and mailed or faxed as the V.A will Not accept it any other way (a hard copy).

I called 3 other companies who do this type of work and they ALL said that to guarantee anyone a 7 day turn around is False and misleading.

If you (The Revdex.com) look on their website you will see this claim by them. I saved the screenshot and all email communications with how unorganized, unprofessional and juvenile they are.

I asked all 3 of the other companies about my inquiry and they all stated that if I did not print out the form, send it via mail or fax that it wasn't a concern.

As a matter of fact when I asked one of the companies about this whole experience with aardvake (I never gave any of them the company name) they stated that it seemed to be some issues with them on meeting the deadline that THEY have on their website of 1 - 7 days.

My point to all this is (and ill gladly send you the email transcripts as I sent a copy to our Attorney General *** office) that they are misleading the public and you can see the other complaints having the same issue.

We explained the issue to the customer yesterday but he wouldn't accept it. He still won't accept it today. His prior request to the government prevented us from accessing the record, so WE GAVE HIM A FULL REFUND. There is nothing more we can do for him.

I contacted my credit card company and let them know that there was a "supposed" refund coming. *** cc company were told me they would let me know when and if the refund comes back.

I want an apology.
If I get an apology I'll let this go.
If you refuse to apologize then this'll go further.

Got my separation paperwork in 3 weeks, which is one week faster than the 4 weeks that say guard paper work can take. Fast and friendly service in the middle of a pandemic. These guys are lifesavers!

I waited 30 days for the National Archives to provide my DD 214, they wouldn't respond to any of my status requests other than to say it may take 90 days to receive the military separation documents I needed for my VA loan. My loan was in jeopardy if I couldn't close soon. Out of desperation, we found Aardvark Research Group. They came to the rescue and emailed my separation docs in 3 business days. If I could, I would award them 6 stars for their performance!

I ordered my DD 214 on a Monday and by Friday I had at the email copy. This was very important to me as I lost my documents in a fire. Aardvark did a great job responded quickly to my needs and I much appreciative.

The process for getting the DD214 in my hands could not have been better. The folks there provided very fast excellent service and answered any questions I had. They are very quickly responsive when you leave a message requesting a call back. They let me know as soon as they were uploading the document to my email, I uploaded it to my job applicatiion, and was hired the next day. Such a rellief, I had torn the house apart looking for for my discharge paperwork. It was worth the fee, because I got the job !

I ordered a copy of my DD214 form. It was promised in 7 days and took almost 2 months to get an emailed copy. I also paid $20.00 for priority shipping and never received a copy.

Based on his branch and dates of service this customer's DD214 search should have taken 14-28 business days. We ordered his DD214's on 12/17/19 and emailed and mailed them to him on 1/23/2020--which was the 23rd business day. His DD214's were not late.

They gave prompt and efficient service
Based on minimal information, they retrieved my husband's DD214 quickly and efficiently.

Aardvark Research did an outstanding job of helping me get my father's DD214 information. They were fast, efficient and professional. There was an error with the post office, which delivered the information that I was waiting for to a neighbor, who didn't let me know they had the information right away. When I reached back out to Aardvark Research, and let then know that I hadn't received the information that was sent, they were ready to resend a duplicate of the information at no cost to me.
We communicated by email, they were so supportive and never made me feel like I was being a pain.
I will be recommending them to anyone that needs help obtaining a DD214!! Thank you Aardvark Research again for providing an outstanding and professional experience!!

I would give this business 0 stars if possible . Placed an order for my DD-214 and got nothing back. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company and got it refunded. This company is a scam. Do not do business with them!

I did a random search and fount this company, I needed my DD214 so I took a chance. I read all the good and bad reviews. All I can say is that these guys are awesome. I even had a issue with my last name, so we went back and forth with couple emails and suddenly my DD214 was in my email. No issues, really good people to work with. I honestly didn't expect it to be this easy!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!

Aardvark Research Group advertises 1-7 days on their site, but I think that is from when they receive it, not from when you place your order. Customers need to be mindful to look at the part of their website that says "Turnaround Times," where it specifies how long it takes them to actually get the document in order to send it to you. They promptly emailed my copy as soon as they got it, which took about 13 business days (because we all know, you can't rush military admins). Other than that, when I called to inquire, they were very helpful and polite and gave me an accurate estimate of when they would receive the documents. I would absolutely use them again, but again, be mindful to check the part of their site that says "Turnaround Times" to prevent yourself from getting disgruntled.

Thanks for the review. Most requests take 1-7 business days, but some do take longer. We list the exceptions to the 1-7 business day rule on the Turnaround Times page of our website, so this customer's advice is on point.

After a house fire, all records of my dad's military service I thought were lost forever. But, Aardvark Research Group LLC was able to locate his WWII DD 214. I needed another copy of my DD214 (and pronto), because I am getting a VA home loan and couldn't find my original..
I saw the advertisement for speedy delivery and ordered online. Through my error, I ordered standard delivery instead of expedited, and sent an email to the company explaining my error.
I received an email in response from Jessica who informed me to just reorder the expedited version and that she would cancel and return my funds for the original mistake. (Once again, totally my error).
I did promptly receive not only my refund, but the emailed DD214 as well.
This is in my belief an honorable company, as personified by Jessica.

I used Aardvark Research Group to get a lost copy of my DD214 for employment, they retrieved it in the time frame they advertised (around 8 or 9 business days) even during the holiday season. I selected the email copy option so I had a digital copy almost immediately after it was pulled. I was initially pretty skeptical about using an expediting service, but I've already completed my employment paperwork for the new job fourteen days later where otherwise I would still be checking the mailbox every afternoon. They saved me a ton of time and headache, would definitely recommend.
