This organization is outstanding. They kept me informed through the process, and did everything they said they would. And delivered on time.

Very professional, and I would recommend them without reservation to anyone who is in need of getting a copy of their DD 214.

I ordered and paid $89.00 to get paper work for my discharge from the army reserve and here I am 5 months later and no paper work or refund after many e-mails.

What an amazing company! These guys really get it right the first time. The timing is outstanding for the task at hand but they definitely delivered. If I ever need this type of service again I will use Aardvark! Excellent customer service and great communication. Five Stars!

I have been going round and round for years, trying to find out how to get my DD214. I know I could go to the local Army base and try to get it myself, but I've heard it can be a real hassle. So when I looked online and found this organization I was happy. The website is well laid out, and filling out the online form was a breeze. It was well worth the $89 to have my documents delivered online 10 days later with the hard copy on its way as I know it saved me considerable time and inconvenience.

Communication was quick, accurate, and I received my DD214 in days instead of months! Highly recommended.

Aside from some hoops to jump through (not unexpected but still) and a little pricey overall I received what I needed in in the time specified. I shouldn't need this service again but if I would happen to there are no other reasons to not use them.

I can not thank the Aardvark Research group enough for their help. I thought my records were destroyed or lost and they came through with my DD214 that I needed to get my VA loan. They also did it in a shorter period than they said they would. They get my highest recommendation.

We are very unhappy with this company. The one lady that finally called me after one submit after another on where my husband's DD214 was.........she was very snotty and said they were waiting for it and we would get the copy soon in the mail and then my husband can go out and party...What?????????? Paid the amount for speeding service. Kidding me, took their time. And what is this business that no one answers the phone? Would not tell anyone to use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

None of these comments are true. We did not say the things that are attributed to us. It is possible that they have us confused with someone else, or that they are mixed-up in general. We emailed them the DD214 on day 7 of an expected 7 day turnaround. They provided us with an incomplete address, so we had to mail them the USPS package twice. When they called we responded courteously, and emailed them the tracking information so they could track their hard copies. Some people are just confused and/or mean.

I am not mean nor am I confused. When the girl said it would be sent out and then my husband could party, I ask her to repeat what she said and she changed her tone. DO NOT call me a lair. And actually we got the copy on the 8th day, and then I had to email again about the hard copy. You never told me where you sent the 1st one, did you? NO . Thank goodness we don't have to do business with you again. I would tell everyone that needs one to go to the Vets office and do the paper work. Better people.

Aardvark Research Group was terrific. Tried the *** and several other groups without any success for several months (could not locate m*** Aardvark found and provided both after just a few weeks.

I recently ordered a copy of my DD-214 from ARG. It got there in the time the prescribed (28 or fewer business days), just as they promised. They also sent me a pdf copy in just under 3 weeks. When I informed them that I deleted it, along w/a whole bunch of spam, they resent me the pdf the very next day w/o any questions or hassles. They were helpful and efficient. I highly recommend them.

I received a response via E-Mail from a ***@stlouisRevdex.com.org. You can tell by the response this company is not taking responsibility for their incompetence. First I understand the name problem; however, when there was a problem this company did not notify me. I had to contact them multiple times after the first 7 day period and then they only sent me an E-mail telling me there was a problem. I would have never been contacted if I had not contacted them multiple times. You will also notice at the end of his statement he fails to tell me when I will receive my DD214. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when they told me everything was in order and it would be 7 days before I received my DD214. It is now going on 12 days and I have contacted multiple times and they will not return my phone calls. I don't think this is a matter of LIFE HAPPENS deal with it. It is more about this company Lying to me and not doing what they said they would do. I have requested a full refund because it is obvious to me this company lied to me when they said it would take 7 days. I still do not have my DD214!

We cancelled this customer's order and gave him a full refund minus our search fee.

I paid Aardvark Research group for expedited research. I told them my name was changed and I didn't know what name my DD214 was under. They told me what to submit. I did what they told me to do. I called 9 days later and they didn't know what was going on. Then they sent me an E-mail telling me I submitted the application wrong. (They told me how to submit it.) I complained and they told me another way to submit. So I did. The week before last they told me they had submitted my application and it would be 7 days. I am now on the twelve day and they will not respond to me. This company is really poor and they don't know what they are doing, nor do they help people correctly to get their DD214. I still don't have my DD214 and I paid for 7 day service on the 4rth of September. It is now the 25th and they are no longer responding to me.

When this customer ordered his records he mentioned that he had a name change at some point while he was in the military. This is an issue for us because the signature on the order form has to match the name on the military personnel file. Because he wasn't sure which name his military records were under, we went ahead and made the request for his records with the signature he had given us. 7 days later we were notified by the National Personnel Records Center that the signature didn't match the name on the records, so we had to contact him and get him to sign it under his other, previous name. Once he re-signed the form, we re-submitted the request. He did get all bent out of shape about it, but it wasn't our fault and we have explained all of this to him several times. We wish things always went perfectly, but in real life they don't, and in this case it was the customer's own situation that caused the delay.

I needed what I thought was my most recent DD 214, what I received back were copies of ALL 214 from my 21-year's in the US Army. I really appreciate ARG's commitment. It's truly refreshing to receive this level of help. I recommend their services without reservation.
