Our office representatives do not threaten lawsuits. There is no record of the conversation in question, If a date and time can be provided I will be glad to find the call and reprimand that employee immediately if that is found to be true as that behavior is neither condoned nor normal business practice. As with any account that we set payment up for we have a recorded authorization call of [redacted] agreeing to the arrangement put in place. It appears her first payment which was set up for today 4/7/16 has returned as insufficient funds and if that arrangement is now not affordable for [redacted]e will be glad to make other arrangements.
