We sent a repairman to the home and offered to repair the shingles but were declined by the customer The shingles were nailed four nails across in proper alignment.The issue with some loose vinyl tile flooring has been reported to the manufacturer and I supplied the customer with the contact information for the service department of the manufacturer

The consumer purchased items in March of and called in with a complaint that the items were peeling and fading in The items in question only have a year warranty on the leather which is stated in our important customer information pamphletThe extended warranty covers only what is listed and peeling and fading our not on thereAs a courtesy we sent out a technician to see what could be done and the customer refused and type of touch upI will enclose a copy of the warranty and the pamphletThank you The Roomstore

The above referenced customer came and the store and wanted her monies back because her name was not embroidered on her jacket; just her logo was embroidered My girl ran the refund for the name however upon closing out for the day she realized that she had not refunded the customer for the name; but had run the charge again My honest employee called the customer to let her know that she had made a mistake and would be refunding the amount to her card She alerted me right away and I called or cc processing company They told us it might take - days for the customer to see it however they sent me an emailed confirmation The customer called screaming and swearing at me (Dawn [redacted] ) as she was at my staff member when she was in my store I told her if she did not stop yelling and screaming that I would not speak with her further however it had been processed This customer continued to curse and scream as I had indicated; I hung up the phone and terminated our conversation Her boyfriend called me back a short while later and spoke with me very professionally I assured him that the cc company had been alerted to the mistake and the $was being refunded to her cardWe had received an email confirmation We will no longer accept business from this customer

The RoomStore would like to apologize for the delay with the parts order we have had problems with getting the parts but we have now been told they should be here by the end of next week(August 3rd to the 7th)We have offered to bring items into our warehouse to repair and have offered a reselection and the customer refusedAt this point we are at the mercy of the manufactureAs soon as we get the parts we will contact the customer Thank You The RoomStore

At this time it is in the hands of the courts and the RoomStore has no say at this point however as the courts let us know what we can do we will be contacting our customers Thank You The RoomStore

This is my second response and as I explained in my first response the consumer signed for what she purchased new what she was getting and the RoomStore has done nothing wrong and it seems that they are just not happy with what they purchasedThe RoomStore has not received any calls from the consumer to the corporate office trying to work with usAgain if there is any question please call our corporate office Thank You The RoomStore

The RoomStore would like to apologize for the delays with your product and with the lack of information that was given to you and for the sales person who should have been following up with youSome of our manufactures give us an estimate on the arrival time however this may changeI do know that your item should be here by the end of next week Thank you The RoomStore

The consumer in their reply show that they do have a copy of the year warranty and under the heading plan covers upholstered fabric and leather furniture and it list what is coveredThe fading and peeling of the leather is not listed there for it would not be coveredThank You The RoomStore

When contacted about some shingles needing repaired after a very strong wind storm I advised them to contact their insurance company - act of God Evidentially their insurance company does not stand behind them as they denied their claim When they informed me they were denied I did contact our carpenders who has over thirty years experience and he went the next morning to look at what needed to be repaired on the roofHe offered to make the repairs on the next day warm enough which was two days later on a Sunday But the home owners called and said they had a friend look at it and he wanted an amount equal to about $1,per bundle to fix it I refused, we offered to make the repairs but if they want to hire their own repairmen that is their decision The issue with some vinyl tiles being loose has been reported to the manufacturer several times over the past yearI also am annoyed at the manufacturer for not having taken care of this issue I will contact them again over this matter

The Consumer is reselecting on her items so I really don't understand why there is a complaint and if there is a misunderstanding please call customer service at ###-###-####Thank You The RoomStore

The consumer had items delivered March 25th they also purchased and extended warranty with the items The year extended warranty covers only what is listed on the plan I will enclose a copy of the warrantyPeeling and fading are not listed on the warranty there for would not be coveredThe RoomStore warranties all items for years against manufactures defects and the consumer called in to report this after the yearsAS for the chair-a- medic I can not see how they could determine any out come from just picturesAT this time The RoomStore has stood behind ether warranties and policies if there are any further questions please call our customer service at ###-###-#### Thank You The RoomStore

The Roomstore has filed bankruptcy and the courts will be deciding what we can do with our customer who have a warranty with us however at this time I do not know what can be doneAs soon as we hear from the courts we will have more answersThe RoomStore would like to apologize fro the inconvenience Thank You The RoomStore
