I cannot believe you have the nerve to call us LIARS! We spent a ton of money with the roomstore over the years and to see how you treat customers is shocking! I will be sure to let every complaint board there is know it as well! YOUR delivery drivers have done quite a number on thingsWHen they delivered the beds they broke the sign with our house number one it and the porch lightWe didn't complain and decided it is just an accidentThey PURPOSLY brought the WRONG bed times!!!! THey tried to get us to accept it and the salesmen even made us take a picture to prove it was wrong! You try to cheat people it seems in hindsight nowAfter seeing how you act with this small table and chairs it is obviousYou decided you got all the money from us you can and now want to steal and call us liars! That is shady business practiceThey also scratched the patio brick with this table when they moved our old table outsideI had to hire someone to clean the tile floors which is not cheap it is Saltilo after your deliveries kept coming since they came so often with the WRONG thing or damaged itemsSO, in your response, which, I need to comment, is TERRIBLE Grammar and not written correctlyI question if a manager or anyone with a kindergarten degree wrote it You say in your response you since have given the table and chairs to someone elseThey had dings and scratches and a terrible spot on topTHe legs also wobbled and were not rightTHe delivery guy told us to put paper under it! A NEW TABLE! FYI, IT WAS ALSO THE WRONG TABLE! We ordered marble and got a plastic one! Some people may be ok with things damaged I supposeI highly doubt it and will now call YOU THE LIARS since it is obvious you areYou are lying to whoever got the table as it is NOT new you left it at our home overnight and it was not completely new! YOU ARE CROOKED LIARS!The delivery driver banged so much on the door and windows and rang the bell non stop for minutes AFTER picking up EVERYTHINGHE was looking in the windows and trying the doorknobs! He was going to just walk in and why since he got EVERYTHING and I have a SIGNED PAPER PROVING THAT!!!!!!!! WE showed the store that so LIARS again! NO I'm not going to answer the door to crazy men who have no reason to come back to my home! THey also NEVER called except to leave a message of them banging on my door! OMG that is crazy and rudeI think I will call the police and have them take the fingerprints since they also tried to break in the window and it is still there! I guess the sherif needs to get involved since your delivery people are using the trucks to harass and break into the homes of people they deliver fromThey were mad they couldn't get in and then LEFT the chairs so close to our door we couldn't get outNow we see you wanted to say we never returned them and the drivers wanted an excuse as to why they were trying to break into our home!You don't take hands and put them next to your face and peek in windows, ring a bell over and over until the batteries are dead and literally non stop for minutes while banging on the doorThen come back later in the evening and do it all over again! There is something shady there as well As for the refund you have refused to give us we have not seen it and you yourself state here that you not only got the items back (which we had to BRING YOU) but that you RESOLD them to someoneTHAT IS FRAUD! GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our salesman was MOONTHe manager was Jeff and Alex and the girl who was on the phone I first tried to get help with was AshleyI'll throw you all out there if you want to call us liars and steal our money! I find it horrible that after we spent thousands of dollars in the past couple of months and were nice as could be that you would lie about things and steal our money! We told MOON we did not want the extended warranties, (we know the ROOMSTORE is not good for them especially now we see that), they are on there but we didn't get ANY paperwork until last weekHe walked around and blew us off until I had to get my son and told us to come back for it we finally got it but had to fight for thatWe were not given the paperwork or able to see what we were charged for until Oct 29th which at that time we again told him we didn't want the leather kit (we brought that back to the store as well) or the warranties we told him we told him at the time of the sale we didn't want them he just said we only had days to cancel them we didn't know we were charged for them since we had SAID WE DIDN"T WANT THEM! I also told him we did NOT need the $leather kit which we got when they delivered itWe asked for money back and he tried to say it was freeIt was notHe also said we only had days to cancel the warranties and kitWe never knew we were charged for them because we we're refused paperwork which had been redone and charged different for different thingsI do not know if the roomstore wants me to get the attorney involved that was helping in the other transactions or if you want to give the money back for the table and chars NOW and also the warranties and leather kit (FYI we never got anything leather so why the kit trying to rack up our [redacted] and steal again!) I will be contacting our attorney (***) if I do not get my money back and hear from you in the next days

I do not know how the consumer saw the same item on the floor as we no longer carry the item and the parts are on order with the manufacture and again the consumer did not want any other option so at this point we are waiting for the manufacture to send the parts Thank You The RoomStore

The items were purchased back in and the manufacture and informed us that the dye lot has changed and it may be darkerThe consumer still wanted parts ordered we have ordered the parts and when they come in we will contact the consumer and install.The consumer did not want any other

The amount of the paid claim for the furniture to include the dresser was $The amount for the dresser ando mirror combo was $I did take delivery of the mirror but believe the value of the dresser along that was not delivered as promised was $

I rejected the response from the unknown respondent from The Room StorePlease see the attachmentI have been understanding with the set backs from the manufacturer and have yet to be called back from anyone physically from either Christopher R*** ( who gained the most through sales incentives) and/or Mike N*** or Mark H*** from Corporate

The consumer purchased in April of and the items were under warranty for years the consumer called in with a complaint after the years and was told the items were not coveredAt the time of purchase the roomstore offered a year warranty for manufactures defects and the consumer was hand documents that state thisThe item is leather but bonded leather and it was delivered with the manufactures information attached to it

I told customer service I don't care of its same type of fabric...I would even take microfiber at this point I have the matching pillows to go with the fabric I have now When I just got informed the dye lot has changed they wouldnt even answer how much darker it is or anything I can't even sit on my couch bc the fabric is so rough The customer service rep made it sound like they are just now ordering the new dye lot and will take another 4-weeks for me to get Its very sad I had to make a Revdex.com complaint to get anything started on order after months of calling and getting the run around Funny thing is I was JUST in Roomstore and other stores that carried my same couch and the fabric was the exact same..down to the same pillows! Unless the dye lot is very very minor, it still matched the pillows that came with the couch, which is same fabric and comes stock with couch Getting my replacement shouldn't have been this difficult and handled.by customer.service in a precise manner I would get attitude from reps and told there were no managers go talk to every time I called They would sometimes.forward me to a managers voice mail and I would NEVER get a return call back

I reject The Roomstore's response, because it is apparent that the commitment to repair the sectional to the standard seen on the showroom floor is false. Half the couch was taken away for a second round of day repairs this week, and returned this morningThe pieces returned in exactly the same condition they leftThe end armrest still has different material than the originalThe broken wood inside one of the consoles is still brokenThe middle recliner still sits at a different angle than the other piecesThese pieces still do not line up with the original 3! I was reassured the previous day repairs were unacceptable and they would be double checked by a manager this timeOther than being plastic wrapped on return, there is no evidence they even made it off the delivery truck to be examined, let alone repairedThis entire process is unproductive, and a waste of everyone's time. The Roomstore would not have accepted that it was inconvenient for me to pay the full purchase price; I find it unacceptable that The Roomstore can deliver sub-par productThis sectional was an expensive purchaseAs such, I expect a sectional that closely resembles the standard I saw on the showroom floor, and repairs or replacements to actually be done as promised to achieve thisIf The Roomstore is unable to follow through on that, and I believe they have demonstrated that, they should return my money and take the sectional away

The consumer is receiving and exchange on all the items July 30th 2015 however the warranty will not start over it is from original deliverthe items were fixed times and it is happening again this is why we are exchanging the item per our warrantyThank You The RoomStore

The consumer had an invoice written up on 1-16-for a sofa chair and ottoman along with a year warrantyThe consumer then had that change on 1-24-to a loveseat chair and a year warrantyThe price of the total was less than the original but when she went form the year warranty to
the five year warranty that was a difference in price as wellWe do not see the over billing or know why she went with out the sofa but the invoices were signed by the consumer for the changesIf the are any further information please contact the RoomStoreThank You The RoomStore

The consumer claims the sale person misinformed her on her warranty however she was given a copy which explained what was covered and what was notThe consumer said its not her responsibility to read the warranty. At this time we have not done anything wrong but will refund the warranty
