Affordable Spa Covers

I received a custom order form this company. The item does not fit properly and the company is stonewalling me on the issue.

I contacted the Affordable Spa Cover Company located in *** Florida on 31 May 2017. I placed an order for a custom sized swim spa cover and a custom all-weather cover to protect against the elements. The order was placed via phone due to the custom size. Oder Numbers***(spa cover) and ***(all-weather cover)
I received my custom sized order from the Affordable Spa Cover Company on 13 July 2017. The swim spa cover, order # XXXXX, appeared to be well made and fit the swim spa as expected. The all-weather cover, order # XXXXX, looked well-constructed, however it did not fit over the new swim spa cover or the cabinet of the sim spa. I contacted the Affordable Spa Cover Company immediately via e-mail to address my concerns regarding the all-weather cover. I included photos depicting the failure of the all-weather cover to property fit over the swim spa cover and cabinet as it was designed to do.
I corresponded with the Affordable Spa Cover Company sales department for approximately a week via e-mail and phone conversations. I provided numerous photos and measurements at the request of the Affordable Spa Cover Company. This dialogue continued until 21 July 2017. At that point, the communications seemed to shift at the Affordable Spa Cover Company's end. I continued to request status on the issue via phone and e-mail. The Affordable Spa Cover Company continued to state they were looking into the issue. I sent several requests to resolve the issue via e-mail and received what appeared to be stonewalling tactics on the part of the Affordable Spa Cover Company's Sales Department.
It has now been over four weeks. I have received no pertinent information from the Affordable Spa Cover Company. I have not been afforded any opportunity to speak to any manager or anyone at the Affordable Spa Cover Company with the positional authority to make a decision in the matter.
I have acted in good faith while attempting to continue a dialog with the Affordable Spa Cover Company. It seems at this point they are simply ignoring my requests to resolve this issue. Any reasonable person would deduce that four weeks is a sufficient time-period to resolve this issue. I am asking for the Revdex.coms assistance in this matter

According to the website the expected delivery for orders is approx. 2.5 weeks. Placed my order on 6/20/2017 and did not receive until 7/20/2017, my disappointment is that if you are not truly providing the product within time frame DON'T advertise as such, I needed this product within the specified time and had I known it was not possible I would have not ordered with this company.

Would not deliver cover as ordered. Would not take direction on it's completion, rude, canceled order, did refund, but it took 5 weeks to not build.
I ordered a 5 sided (corner cut) spa cover online. Over a week later, they sent a note saying it was going into production. 4 weeks after that, we got an email saying the measurements didn't work. ("if we use the cut corner measurement, then one leg is 10" shorter and the other is 10" longer") I explained to them that this was simple geometry and the fellow doing the work just needed a little schooling on this simple process. I further explained that the cut corner (5th side) was unimportant. Just make a rectangle with 90 degree corners, measure 36" down one side, 62" down the other and draw a line between the points. Viola' the remainder is 46"! I explained that I wanted to help, but did not appreciate waiting 4 weeks to find out they had no idea how to do simple math. To this I got a passive aggressive response from Stacy, who is more concerned with the employees than any customer. She was a *** with limited math skills herself, so it all came to nothing. I explained how to do this a dozen times in emails and on the phone, but they decided that I was too much trouble or too picky and declined to do my cover after 5 weeks. All I asked was for someone who was not an it to train these guys on what constitutes a minimal math problem that they run into all the time. I asked them to take a piece of paper and cut it to scale and it will work just great! No wonder they have complaints! Taking $12 in foam, wrapping it in cheap vinyl and selling it for hundreds... That's great and more power to them, but to disrespect a customer who offers a real solution and tries to help, that's just way beyond ignorant. I'll find a cover, that's not an issue, but be aware that if you have a complicated cover or if you want it this century, you will be disappointed, deeply disappointed.
