My account is not the account with the issue or at least so I believe. My complaint was that when I logged into AirBNB it opened someone else' account. I had all his personal information at my finger tips and if that happened to him how many other people is this happening to? I have contacted him in regard to the issues since I was able to see all his information. I want you to understand the severity of this issue. I could have taken this mans personal information, canceled his trips, booked new ones, etc. Please understand how severe this issue is. I will also be contacting your states Attorney General's Office to explain to situation to them just in case there is anything they can do in regard to the privacy of citizens that has been violated.

It appears that you are sending referal links to hosts, then becoming a co-host with them.
Per our policy: "Travel Credits may not be earned by creating multiple Airbnb Accounts. Travel Credits accrued in separate Airbnb accounts may not be combined into one Airbnb account."
When a new account is created and that referral account is linked to you, via co-host for an example, then the credit is no longer available.
