Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The response from the AIRBNB host was that nothing can be done. They have a strict cancellation policy and they are not refunding any funds. Let me know if you need any additional information. All of the messaging between myself, AIRBNB and the host is kept on the AIRBNB website.Sincerely,*** ***

Following my initial Revdex.com complaint (#***), I have not heard back from AirBNB regarding my refund on the terrible stay I had at the host *** houseI followed their request to have my bank stop the refund process and have emailed them three times in the emails they sent to meMy emailed have not been responded toThe persons I have sent emails to are members of staff called **, and ***I had pictures of the aparment on my cell phone but my phone was stolen so I don’t have any photosWhen I booked a stay at *** home in August in Los Angeles, Ca, I was expecting a good home to stay in for the weekThe apartment was dirty*** posted pictures onlineThere were ants in the bedroom in the wardrobe and on the bedThe bath tub had brown stains on them and her hair was clogged in the drainMoreover, she left dirty dishes in the sink and I had to wash them and find clean pots and pans to use to cookShe told me she would clean up her aparment but did not do soI took it upon myself to do basic cleaning because the place was so dirtyShe left dirty clothes in the living room as well*** was sleeping on the couch and I was given the bedroomI woke up one night to hear noiseI went to the living room thinking someone broke inTo my surprise it was *** having loud *** with her lover in the living roomIt was shockingI also had my service dog with me and told *** not to bother my dog or feed the dog as I had already done soShe did not listen instead put food and water for the dog which goes against my service dog strict health regimeThe aparment was host and I could not get some sleep because I was sweating*** yelled and shouted at me for when I increased the thermostat stating that she has no money to pay billsAdditionally, I bumped into the building manager when I lost the key to the aparmentI told him I was renting *** place for the week via AirBnBHe made it known that the property does not allow such things and let me in as a courtesyI apologized to *** on the key and offered to pay for itFinally, *** asked me to leave despite my stay not being completeShe called the policeI had only two hours to find a new place to stayThe internet service was badI came back and could not find my things in the hallway where I left themI would learn later that my belongings were thrown away by the custodian of the building*** also threw away my service dogs crateThroughout all this ordeal, I contacted AirBnB support to get help and to find a new pace to stayThey did not offer any helpI would like a full refund as I plan on never using their services again
I want a full refund

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Airbnb sided with a first-time host who had absolutely no track record with the companyAirbnb took the word of an incompetent, willfully malicious host over mine, despite the extensive evidence I provided of the host's terroristic wrong-doingFurthermore, I had offered to provide additional third-party evidence of the illegality my host engaged in, and Airbnb's lazy, inept customer service department utterly failed to take that evidence into account during their utterly worthless, totally superficial "investigation." The company, months after I first reported the host's offenses, came up with measly $refund, as opposed a more substantial sum that this particular case meritedAirbnb is totally corrupt and unethicalIf *** or the other execs had to endure weeks of a monster who taped up the thermostat so that I couldn't lower the heat and who installed a security camera on the dining room table, which is to say nothing of the incredible disrespect that was shown to me in myriad other ways, they would all clamor for a 50% refund as well.Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I did not ask for a refund or partial refundI asked to address advertising across state linesThis is a felony and not something that an offer of $or $coversDespite my investing a lot of time, and clearly documenting the direct impact on my experience as a client and citizen, they would NEVER allow a discussion of this topic I am tempted to believe this is now called whistleblowing as airbnb is consistently engaging of an internal, circle the wagons, cover up of a common company policy which is to commit a felony across state linesThey have not addressed, discussed or taken this complaint seriously They do not have the right to unilaterally provide a random settlement and then close a case like this.
I will next approach the state attorney and hope Revdex.com will partner in this effort.
I do not seek personal gain but want airbnb - a global big business - to take responsibility for this, address it with me in a real conversation with their legal department and show that they have stopped this illegal practice Sincerely,*** ***

Airbnb tried to reaolve the matter by offering me 1/of my money backI initially declined their bribe to drop the investigation with the Revdex.com and Ibecause I would have rather had all of my money back or, hopefully, seen some proactive measures taken by Airbnb to preven fraudI was told in Multiple emails that they did not have to give any of my money back, per theor "Terms of Service." They then pulled their offer off of the tableI was then contacted by another member of Airbnb that stated they would again offer me $to drop the investigation but they weren't required to by their "Terms of Service." I then filled out the Payment Agreement" and emailed it to the individual that reached out to me the 2nd timeThat agreement was sent November 16, and as of today, November 24, 2015, I have yet to receive any compensationI would like to continue the investigation into the business of Airbnb
