Rusty was here one day and diagnosed the problem with the furnace and ordered the parts, gave me a date and time he would be back to do the repair and the scheduled fall service Very nice young man who explained all the situations

*** was our service technician today doing the fall check on our heat pump and furnace *** did an excellent job Polite introduction of himself, said what he was going to do, and proceeded to clean and service the heart pump and furnace Explained and showed that a couple of repairs were needed and took care of it I found him knowledgeable and very competent *** demonstrates that Aksarben ARS continues to hire and train excellent people

We scheduled our furnace check through *** but we were treated as a customerThe technician was very thorough and showed us a few tips about our systemHe took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were familiar with our systemWe were very happy with the service

*** inspection, Tech left without turning the furnace back on On return he failed to reconnect the coupling and we had gas leak*** had to fix
***, ARS Tech *** did furnace inspectionHe failed to turn the furnace back on before he left, and we had no heat that niteCalled and complained the next day and he came back to turn furnace on This time, he failed to reconnect the union/coupling pipe, causing a gas leak throughout our home When I got home that night I smelled gas immediately on entering We called *** The *** technician said that the ARS tech had failed to reconnect the coupling, causing the gas to leak throughout our house The ARS tech could also not have tested the joints for leaning before he left It was frightening to realize that he left without completing these critical steps We could have died had we not called ***
We would like our furnace inspection fee returned, and people to know about this problem

Service Technician *** was very professional, performed the service work in timely and thoroughly and extremely knowledgable and informative

*** is a very prompt, pleasant and professional Technician He answered all my technical questions and explained the operational concept of my heating system He suggested and explained some homeowner maintenance actions He also described and offered an upgrade to the air filter unit I am pleased to have received the services of *** He is excellent
