We discovered our water heater had failed suddenly on a Sunday and ended up with calling this company after failing to obtain any response from other companies They were very efficient about getting someone out to us And from the first contact with the phone person to the person Kevin Kwho came out and got us online again with some water and gave us a good selection of options for prompt replacement to the installation by Miguel, we were impressed While it may not be as inexpensive as some, the professionalism and follso far, has been superior

My hot water heater started leaking late on a Sunday nightLess than two hours after we called *** from Al Coronado was there turning off the water, assessing the damage and explaining to me what was neededThe next morning *** arrived and verified the work requiredHe provided us a cost estimate and a time line for the repairsHe also contacted a restoration company to fix the damaged wallboardAll service was performed on time and on budgetMiguel came out and did some unrelated pipe work at the same time he installed the hot water heaterEveryone was friendly, concerned and professionalAl Coronado Plumbing is now my plumber for life

We had a leak in a bathroom6/28/Al Coronado came in and immediately called in Steamy Concepts to do "restoration work" After they did their work, which I suspect was unnecessary, Al Coronado came backWe kept "needing" more and more workTo the point that they had us apply for a no interest line of credit to pay for it
When they wanted to replace a toilet flange for $I asked for a detailed, itemized list of all parts and labor costs*** the gentleman on sight called Al and handed me the phoneWhen I asked all for the itemized list, he got quite angry and said if I was going to nickle and dime on every item, he would just pull his guys out right then and not charge meI told him to pull his guys
I then found a plumber who told me the "restoration work" was unnecessary and did the job for $
