*** from Al Coronado Plumbing, came out early in the morning to help with a flooding problem I had He diagnosed the problem quickly, and performed an inspection of the plumbing in the house to make sure there were no other problems He was extremely professional and gave me some tips that I appreciated as a new homeowner
I found it easy to schedule an appointment with Al Coronado, and would recommend their services
A new comer to Tucson, I called Al Coronado Plumbing because of their TV addI was not disappointed Kevin came to my home to explain my problem and what it would take to fix it He was very detailed in his explanation and he was in no rush, his only concern was me and my problem Later that day Miguel showed up to install a new hot water heater He was very meticulous in his work and did not finish until about pm Then he showed me and explained in detail what he had done and cleaned up the area before he left I would not hesitate to call them again if needed
*** was sent out to my house to fix a water volume problem that was caused by the water company when they change out the meter at the street! *** did not let me explain what the water company did, or why they said to call a plumber to fix the problemHe told me he didnt feel He was the right person for this job and I said okHe left and when I called the office to tell them what happen and how unprofessional he was, I was told that he called in and said he felt like I was in a bad mood and was taking it out on him! I barely said anything and he came with attitude! He also felt that he was going to have to fix something that another company messed up! Well I told them that, when I called and asked if this was something they did! When I called back in, the lady who answered the phone offered to send someone else out, but I dont want to take a chance of getting someone else this unprofessional again!
Just had a new hot water heater installed and could not have asked for better service*** *** was our service pro and he walked us through all the options available to us, was very professional in his presentation and has been quick to answer all questions Our installer was Rosendo and he was also very professional in his work and explaining what he was doingI would highly recommend Al Coronado Plumbing and especially *** and *** Thanks for a great job!

Price gouging and theft of personal property
On 10/29/we called Al Coronado plumbing out to repair a leak in a pipe They charged $just to come out ( little high) This I can see as we live in Mammoth It was a minute dig but and a half hour walking back and forth between the hole and their truck not having the right parts to cap it They borrowed parts from me, did not use them but took them with them when they left They charged $for the minute dig They were going to charge over $but I raised concern so he reduced it to I had asked them on the phone to repair a ball valve while out here but after this bill I was not going to let them The co worker out with the other worker thought the charge was high and said he would talk to his bosses on Mon I was charged $on 11/1/
*** and *** did an excellent job repiping my houseThey worked very hard, diligently and expertlyThey are an excellent example for there company, Al Coronado Plumbing and they are welcome to my house if I should have any plumbing problems in the futureThank you for a job very well done
