Recently we had a problem with the water pressure to our house, since our house was over years old we made a call to Al Coronado PlumbingOur service advisor called before he came out and identified himself, which is very important in our senior community After arriving he was like a surgeon and checked out our water pressure using the latest in technology After going over what needed to be done to fix we were promised about a 24-hour turnaround The technician came out the following day, which was *** and he was so professional from the time he rang the doorbell to let us know he was starting the work until he finished in seemingly record time This is the second time we have used this company for work in our home and both times they nothing less than efficient and super professional I would use this company again and again if necessary

The date was February 05,Service man *** *** was Al Coronado employeeHe arrived at about amMy trouble was that the restroom-tub water would not drain at all.Service Invoice notes are as follows: Estimate to "cable out the tub and the kitchen line" But he could not pass or clear the tub drainSo I recommended to the customer (me) to dig down and repairHe gave me a estimate on replacing the whole sewer line for the inside of the houseThere is only restroom and the kitchen all on the same wallSo we will dig and repair from the kitchen side and I charge for my time today but I will credit back the to the bigger jobHe stated at am and departed the house at about 4-4:pmWhat I mean by bigger job is that he had quoted me a larger amount of 10,for yr warranty repair or 13,for life time

We called and contacted *** *** who came to our home as advertised, and analyzed our problem in an efficient professional mannerLaid out cost options, and made it relatively easy to make a decision without shopping around
The next day, again as advertised, *** *** proceeded to do the heavy lifting so to speak, as he installed a new hot water heating unitOnce again, most impressive!

1) Al Coronado promised me monetary reimbursement after damaging my porch for plumbing work and then not repairing itWe agreed that I could select the repairman and that his company would pay the billI have text messages between us that verify this as truthThe cost of the porch repair was $He has not paid me this amount
2) In February we paid $for a hydro jetting service and installation of three clean outs to fix the blockage issues we were having with our sewer/plumbingThis work came with a year warranty guaranteeing that we would experience no problems with our plumbingLess than a year later we were having the same plumbing issues that the hydro jetting and clean out work was supposed to resolveAgain, this work came with a ten year warrantyI have
*** replaced our garbage disposal on December He was professional and did the job most expeditiouslyHe also left the area that he was working in cleaner than when he arrivedWe are very pleased
