I downloaded Albert app to browse and possibly get a loan/advance to app said I wasn't qualified for the loan. DID NOT REQUEST THEM TO STEAL MY MONEY
They stole *** dollars out of my checking account and will not return or answer support questions or tell me anything!

Ms. signed up for the Savings feature on 06/30/2020 and a *** deposit into her Albert Savings account was completed on 07/14/2020. Ms. was in contact with the customer support department on 07/16/2020 and was provided information on how to withdraw her funds. The customer support department confirmed that the withdrawal request has been completed and her account closed. Signed up for the app and agreed to pay dollars monthly for the subscription. Woke up today and *** was taking out of my checking account.
They stole *** from my checking account and they will not respond back when I ask for a refund. There is no number to call only text. I want my money back. I didn't have the *** for them to take out of my account without my permission.

Ms. has been in contact with the customer support group and has received confirmation that the *** has been returned to her connected bank account and her account has been closed. Getting recurrent charges to a "savings" account that I am not able to see nor am I able to withdraw from. Customer service doesn't respond.
I turned off smart savings months ago, however, I am still seeing these charges to my account. I am seeing upwards of $100 per week taken from my account and put into a savings account that I can't see nor do I have access to. I have tried contacting the genius via text (that I pay $5/month for), but they do not respond. I find it discerning that I am losing so much money each week and have no idea where it goes and they don't want to show face to tell me about it. I'm unable to get any sort of information or to get MY money back. I would like to cancel my account AND withdrawal the thousands of dollars from my savings account, but they refuse to respond to any communication.

Desired Outcome

I want the all of the money that *** has been withdrawing from my bank account and to cancel my account. I would also like to speak directly with customer service, not the genius, about my money.

The user signed up for the subscription and the auto Savings feature on two separate accounts on 08/04/2018 and 01/28/2019. The user has been in contact with our customer support department and has been provided instructions on how to withdraw the Savings balances and has been provided a partial refund for the subscription charge on one of the accounts. Ms. signed up for the annual subscription on 06/30/2020 and was charged her first annual fee on 07/15/2020. Ms. contacted the customer support department and requested that her account be closed on 07/17/2020. On 07/18/2020, she received confirmation that her account had been closed and has received a full refund. Ms. can text our customer support department at ***-37 with any additional questions.

I didn't tell *** take no money out my account I don't even use *** at all & y'all took 41 out my account & now it's in overdraft.

I did not one genius with Albert app. I did it by mistake and now they charged me $88 and I want my money back and I cannot get ahold of them whatsoever to get my refund. I like my refund back but I cannot get ahold of them whatsoever please help me get my money back thank you sincerely yours

Customer support has been unable to verify the referenced transactions for a user with the stated identification information. Mr. can contact our customer support department by texting ***-37 or emailing support@*** and we will make every attempt to correct any issues.

This company deducted money from my account in small increments over the course of a year without my consent. I never signed up for their service!
I never signed up for this service and I do not have the app. I do not know how they got my bank information but they have deducted $450.00 from my account over the course of a year in small increments of $20.00 every week or every other week. My bank put a hold on the deductions but I cannot get a hold of anyone at the company and there is no response or way to talk with anyone over the phone. I traced the money to a Bridge Water Bank through Wells Fargo but none of the banks can help refund the money! I have no idea what this company is and no idea how they got my banking information! I demand a full refund of all the money they deducted since 2019.

I can provide all bank statements showing the deductions they made on my account that were not authorized by me. I want a complete refund of every deduction they made to my account. I do not even know what this company is or what service they provide!

Cancelled and they still took money and overdrafted my account.
I requested for them to cancel the *** Genius on 6/29/2020, twice! They then charged me on 7/7/2020 and overdrew my bank account. When I contacted them they stated via text that they would then cancel and return my charge but that they were not responsible for my overdraft fee of $35 since I had not canceled prior. I then sent them screenshots showing that I requested to be canceled on 6/29/2020. And screenshot proof of the other cancellation. At that point they stopped responding. I told them I am reporting this as fraud and filing with the Revdex.com as well as CFPB. I have all screenshots showing dates and times, so there is no lines they can use on me saying different!

Refund of the overdraft fee they cost me by charging AFTER my cancel request.

My bank account number was changed when I upgraded to a new checking account. I tried contacting customer service to change this with no response.
While I understand that supposed security implications, it seems bizarre to me that I cannot update my account number easily. Still, even when I tried to contact customer support, there was no response. I then have been trying to cancel my account, and again no response. I am very upset and worry that I will never get my savings back now. There is no phone number to call. After seeing all of the negative commentary on Revdex.com about this company, I am even more worried. It seems as if they are quite happy to contact me when they want my money, but in the other direction, there is zero contact or response.

The check withdrawal has been approved and currently in the process of being mailed to the requested address. 6/29/2020 I was finally able to cancel at 2.27 pm eastern time. but like I said it took me several attempts.. approximately 10 attempts.

$437 has been withdrawn from my account by *** over the course of 3 and a half weeks, and *** only has $150 available in my savings on their app
On june 10, 2020 my first savings withdrawal from *** took place of $50 since then a total of $437 has been withdrawn from my account by *** and put into "an *** savings" to which I cannot access to get my money back from them. it was not transferred to my own savings account, I have no idea what they did with it. the "savings" part of the app only shows they have $150 of that $437 and I want the remaining almost $300 refunded to me immediately. I have contacted *** support numerous times with absolutely no response. I have since halted all savings until I receive my money back & refuse to cancel my account until then because people are saying once they closed their account *** would not help. I want all of my money. I am in the free month, so none of the missing money is money that they would be taking as a membership fee. All of these withdrawals are out of my checking account & I want it back.
