Horrible customer service
You can't talk to a live person. Also they took 20.00 from my bank account to transfer to their savings program and caused me to overdraft. I've tried to text BECAUSE THATS ALL YOU CAN DO and NO response. You can't even delete your account unless you TEXT.

Genius overdraft my bank account!!!
I never signed up for this and agreed to pay anything. You took *** out twice. And today overdraft my account for *** and I'd greatly appreciate it if you would put it back rite now.

Ms. subscribed to the monthly subscription services on 03/13/2020 and was charged her first monthly fee on 04/13/2020. The payment was not completed by her bank and the system attempted to charge her again on 04/16/2020, which was again rejected by her bank. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund bank fees associated with the subscription fee which have not been completed, as this fee is agreed upon by the user on signup. Ms. can text our customer support department at XXX-XX for additional information.

It's not write that they did take money from my account and I do not remember seeing anything about being charged money monthly for this app. That app for trying multiple times a day to take money out of my bank account overdraft my bank over a *** that I can't afford because of not working due to the epidemic going on. And them not paying the fees is so unacceptable and just not write. I will make sure to tell everyone I know never to use that company or app. It's a terrible thing they are doing to me. I'm a single mother with very little income rite now and they completely took advantage.

A few weeks ago I downloaded the app for a borrowing feature I heard about. After I couldn't get it I deleted the app but it charged me 88 dollars.
I don't recall the exact date but I'm my bank account I have a charge on my account that I don't remember even doing. I only downloaded the app because I saw that it would loan you money until your next check and I was also told it was completely free Wednesday morning I woke up to see an $88.00 charge for something called Albert genius. I honestly still have no idea exactly what it is but I know I have no use for it and don't have interest spending 88 dollars on any kind of subscription. Nobody is answering phones when I call and I really just want my money back.

Albert withdrew money from my bank account causing an overdraft fee.
Albert has had multiple bugs and glitches since I downloaded the app.

Over the weekend, I received notifications that Albert has signed out of my bank account, and therefore, it was no longer in sync. I had to sign in three times to fix the issues, since Albert was having bug.

This morning, I wake up to see that Albert had withdrawn $50 from my bank account. I had a low bank account balance (under $200), and had entered all my upcoming bills into the budget app. Yet, however, Albert withdrew money from bank account regardless.

Because Albert withdrew $50 without my authorization, when my credit card payment hit, I was $45 short. This caused me to go into my overdraft, and occur and overdraft fee of $29.00.

Albert refuses to refund the overdraft fee. If Albert had not withdrawn the $50 from my bank account, I would have had enough to cover my credit card bill, and would not have gone into overdraft. However, Albert still refuses to refund my fee.

Albert customer service is extremely slow to respond via text. There is currently no landline through which to reach them.

For a banking app, they have incredibly sketchy policies.

I want two outcomes: 1. The $50 that Albert withdrew back into my account; 2. Albert to refund the overdraft fee that it caused.

On 04/07/2020, she was provided information on the Savings transaction of $50, which she was able to withdraw on 04/07/2020, as well as a $29 refund for her overdraft fee. *** can text our customer support department at *** for additional information on the status of her account.

The company has adhered to their mission and policy. However, they did not until I mentioned that I was submitting a case to the Revdex.com.

Our customer support department reviewed the details of her account and verified that a duplicate account had been created for the user which had been active since 11/2019. *** was provided with instructions on how to withdraw her Savings balance and was issued a one month refund. I DID NOT in fact sign up with Albert Genius yet they took *** out of my acct and they don't even have a phone number to call and find out what happen
I didn't sign up with them ever . They took *** out of my acct . I've had some fraud problems recently with my bank acct and I'm in the process of closing it. There is no customer service number for Albert Genius. Of they're going to take money out of my bank account I feel like there should be somebody I can talk to and find out what's going on.

I added this app to save money and start investing. It was said to be free like ***, but instead they have took *** dollars out of my account for a yearly service charge saying I signed up to genius I've never sign up for that nor do I want too! I want my account removed my banking information removed and my 55 dollars returned into my account. This is a fraud in my opinion they say you get *** dollar free gift then never let you withdraw it. Please return my money you took.

I sold my investments on the 5th at a $5 profit. Your company failed to initiate the sale at that strike price and closed the sale 3-4 days later at a negative $5. Now, I am showing a loss of $5 on my investments and am trying to withdraw my $95 and it's showing that I can only withdraw 75 cents.
Long story short, this is affirming my decision to close my accounts with you and never look back. Terrible reporting, terrible service, piss poor advisory. Really no strengths or advantages to this platform. My money is going straight into stash app.

Also, Albert has been known for inaccurate reporting of finances for each of their consumers. Even though they have access to bank account balances and information, they can't seem to track spending data. Which is just odd to me.

I opened the app in January when I was jobless trying to get some cash, but due to insufficient funds I wasn't able but now it took the cash from me.

I am missing $*** from my albert account, I have the bank statement to prove I put into my albert account on 2/4 and now it is missing!
I have had this app for almost a year and never had an issue until recently. I deposited $*** into my albert account on 2/4 as it shows on my bank statement. I went to check my account on 3/3 and all of a sudden $*** is missing from the account. I went to look at my albert documents which shows all deposits and withdrawals from the account. It doesn't show it ever being withdrawn or deposited now. I have contacted the support team at albert and they won't answer me back.

Taking money from account without authorization for months
I requested assistance in closing this account Over a year ago and when I received no help I just cancelled the card it is connected to. I have not used this service in months but I just realized $6/month has been removed from my other account for over a year. I would like my money back but there is no customer service number and when I text the link I get no response.
