On 06/24/2020, she requested her account closed and received a confirmation that her account would be closed and has received a full refund. took $77 out of my bank account for their Genius service. I've texted six times to cancel. I want my money back!
After stating that the Genius service was free for the first month, I was charged two weeks later for a service I didn't even use. I've texted multiple times to cancel and no response. It states on the app that your full refund would be given after cancellation within the first month. Well it's been less than that, I would like my money back in my account.

Ms. had two profiles with *** and has been in contact with our customer support department. On 06/13/2020, she requested one of her accounts to be closed and received a confirmation that her subscription fee would be canceled. On 06/22/2020, Ms. requested that her subscription be canceled and received confirmation that her subscription fee would be refunded for the duplicate profile. Ms. is a current active user of the Instant feature and can text our customer support department at ***-37 for additional information on the status of her account.

On 06/15/20 an amount of $88 was withdrawn from an account associated with my bank login that had no transactions with Albert, the withdrawal caused a negative balance on top of $32 overdraft fees. I texted customer service for hours, they responded initially them stopped responding altogether. I requested any kind of subscription to be cancelled, still no response!

I want the account credited back the $88 that was taken without authorization

She has received a text verification that her subscription has been canceled and a full refund has been issued. I was charged 5 dollars from this app and I dont even have the app anymore. I never purchased anything.

Mr. signed up for the app and the Savings feature on 06/10/2020 which automatically withdraws small amounts from the connected bank account to a savings account for the user. Mr. has a positive Savings balance on the app and can contact us by texting XXX-XX or emailing *** with instructions on how to close his account and withdraw his balance.

will not answer my messages to cancel my account! I don't want to be charged $80. Scamming me.
I signed up for this service 6/13/20 and realized 5 mins after they were gonna charge me almost $80 the next day so I immediately messaged them trying to cancel (6 times) while they have service reps active. No response. They won't cancel my service until they charge me the $80. This is a complete scam and unlawful business tactics. Terrible service. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I signed up for a free trial, ended my subscription through their customer service email, and have been charged for months! Still in dispute.
I filled fraud with my bank account because all of these charges are unauthorized. There are over $900 of charges. How ironic that a "savings company" is now committing fraud. They are random charges, around four a month for $68. The bank is only entitled to a 118 day look back period for suspicious charges, the rest of the time is up to the merchant. This account is an emergency fund that they decided to charge, I don't check it often and goes unused. Over all the charges minus the approved dispute charge leave a 770 balance that Albert owes!! They made the account go under the minimum limit and now I'm getting charges from my bank. I'd like to be refunded the three charges of 12 monthly fee. This has been a nightmare. All because they have access to my banking information for "saving" purposes. No, it's so they can charge you in hopes it goes unnoticed. I have emailed their support address three unique times - no response.

signed up for the app on 05/18/2019 and has been utilizing the Savings feature which deposits funds into a savings account for the user. Savings transactions have been active on ***'s account beginning 06/17/2019 and on 05/21/2020, the total balance saved in her account was withdrawn and returned to the connected bank account. *** did not pay any subscription or service fees to Albert for this feature and she has logged into and deactivated her account. *** can contact our customer support department by texting *** or emailing *** for additional information on her account.

I've never downloaded or heard of this app before but they took $60 out of my bank account and I'd like a refund

The app has withdrawn money from my *** account of 88 dollars two times for the subscription.
I wish for my money to be refunded of 88 dollars with my transfer fees of 4.95 each so in total $96.85. This seems to be a problem because I did not ask for this subscription to be made on my account. This is basically stealing money.

took money from my bank acct and then suspended my account, locking me out. Won't respond to repeated attempts to contact.
On May 1, *** withdrew money from my bank acct to open a savings account with them, without my consent. I turned off automatic savings when I downloaded the app. This caused my account to overdraw. I attempted to withdraw the money from the "savings account" and return it to my bank account and received an error message telling me my account was suspended. I was told to contact customer support, but without account access, the only way to contact them is via email. I have reachedout3 timwsnowto attemptto recover my money and they will not respond. I just want my money back and this account closed so they have no further access to my bank account!!!!

Albert said there was an issue with my bank. A reset of my bank pw did not fix the issue. I tried their troubleshooting steps to no avail. I am upset

Albert said there was an issue with my bank. I reset my bank pw and tried inputting it into Albert. It kept saying it was invalid. I spoke to their customer service and tried all of their troubleshooting steps. I added my wifes bank info and it looked like it worked. I withdrew the cash that I had in albert. % minutes later it said there was an error with both bank accounts now and now i'm wondering if the hundreds of dollars I had in there are lost in thin air. I believe the customer service is horrible as they offer a text account for help which sometimes takes hours and hours or even days for a response back. They offer no help as my Navy Federal said they can talk with them on a call with myself, bu Albert does not offer phone help. So in the end I think i'm screwed.

I didn't wanna sign up for Albert Genius and I cannot get through to anyone I want my money back this is a awful app don't ever download.

About the second week of April I downloaded an app called albert onto my phone it was supposed to help me budget my money and let me know when Bill's were due and just help with my finances now I did link my bank account information which is my fault , I kept the app for about a week before I logged off and uninstalled my app, now initially I never agreed to any kind of money being taken out of my account t they abused the information I had given them and in 4-28-20 they took 88 dollars out of my chime checking account and then they suspended my account so I couldn't even do what there fake website told me to do and now I'm going back and forth thru text with I dont know who trying to get my money back my next step is to file a small claims case and sue the company for everything because it's a scam

I had $500+ saved in my account. Now I cannot access the account and no one has replied to emails!
I downloaded *** a couple months ago thinking it would be a great way to save money. It was going great. I had over almost $600 saved to my account. However, a couple days ago I got logged out of my account. After attempting to enter my username and password several times, I tried changing my password. It would not send me an email giving the option to change my password. I tried deleting the app from phone and re-downloading it to access. Now it is saying my account balance is $0. I need that money!!

Connection to my bank is broken, and I have no recourse to fix it. No number to call, no response to multiple emails.
The connection to my bank/checking account was disrupted. I have attempted numerous times to fix the connection, but the Albert app tells me my credentials are not correct. I am in fact using the correct credentials. I have used the support 'text' number and I have also sent numerous emails to *** None have been responded to.
I have *** I need to transfer to my bank account and I need to terminate the service.

I need to have my connection to my bank re-established so I can transfer the monies I have with Albert and close my account.

The texts sent by the company did not provide any recourse for fixing the link between my bank account and the application to enable me to transfer any money.
Repeated emails to the address outlined above have gone unanswered.
A company that deals with people's money, that doesn't have any way of speaking to a live customer service representative is very troubling.
My issue has not been resolved, and Albert continues to retain my money.
