Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:these basic factsThe refutable points are as followsThe airline does not deny that it has misinformation on the website The checked baggage matrix on the website does not clearly state that passengers should check their tickets for the baggage allowance and if it does, it will be in the notes somewhere without reference or footnote from the matrixThe airline does not deny that the ticket does not state "chebags" allowance I have been in situation where the ticket said three bags, only to be told at the airport that the third bag is chebag and I should always check the website.I'm not a lawyer, but the misinformation led me to purchase the excess baggage allowance Given the information was incorrect, the purchases agreement should be voidable by me In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com, [redacted] submitted his claim directly to Qatar Airways and it has been answered.The baggage allowance per customer is contractual 'per ticket' and we do not pool luggage for customers when they travel as a group Additionally there are limits imposed on the maximum weight of individual pieces of luggage for safety reasons.Our Customer Care team has replied to [redacted] and our decision remains final We cannot agree to his request on this occasion Regards,Odete C [redacted] Customer Relations Officer
