The representative from the Qatar airways called me and explained to me that claims can only be made within daysIn my position there was no Qatar airways counter at the airport and I had no access to internet till I came back from the trip.I do not accept their explanation

The business had their chance to respond privately when I called customer service on the day of the incidentInstead the supervisor was rude and flat out lied to meWanting to respond via private email rather than respond through the proper channels and keep the Revdex.com looped in is the exact kind of shady tactic that lead to this filing in the first placeIt should also be noted that this isn't just a complaint by the "customer's son" as it was my parents who requested that I file on their behalf

Dear Revdex.com,As *** *** has indicated, we have reviewed the claim he filed.Customers should always refer to the itinerary they are sent for their ticket purchase which shows the baggage allowance. Some passengers may have a higher allowance than shown on the website due to the fare they
purchased.While we understand the decision rendered was not what he expected, it remains our final position. Terms and Conditions of online purchases are clearly shown as non-refundable.With Regards,Odete C***Customer Relations Officer
