 Has been over 2 weeks and still no payment has been made to me. Each time I ask, where the payment is, I am given the same excuse and told to wait.

Qatar Airways has done absolutely nothing to reasonably address or settle this matter. I have also filed complaints with the USDOT, FAA, and HHS.  The health of me and my wife was put at risk by QA allowing 50+ refugees on the flight, many of which displayed signs of respiratory illness. I suffered financial burdens of nearly $1000 for a hotel and missed time with my elderly parents just to avoid exposing them to whatever illness we got on that flight.I suffered significant delays, inconvenience, loss of time (and MONEY) by a 6 day delay in my return flight which included 1. flight cancellation, 2. a replacement booking (on other airlines) that would have left me stranded in the wrong country (but I never received a notification) 3. a replacement booking (on other airlines) that I also never received a notification about, which departed before I returned to the airport *at the time instructed by qatar airways employees*  4. a replacement booking (with QA) that departed late, THEN my connecting flight was so badly delayed that I could not make the next connection BUT they almost sent me on the flight anyway (which would have stranded me in the wrong country for an undermined amount of time)  HOWEVER, they decided to pull my bags and strand me in Doha Qatar until a suitable replacement flight plan could be found to complete my travel.I *did* contact QA several times, and never got satisfactory resolution from anyone, INCLUDING Odette, who has once again shrugged this off with a one line reply. I want a full refund of both fares. My next step will be to contact the media about the refugee incident.

Once again I have just been blown off. I was quoted a checked bag price DIRECTLY FROM THE AIRLINE of $200 and was charged nearly four times that. The airline has done NOTHING to make this right. Not acceptable. I am willing to pay the $200. It is completely wrong to change the price later. The agent I first spoke to knew the exact flight I would be taking and class of service, and the price quoted to me should be honored.

Re: ID # [redacted]- Qatar Airways I submitted a prior complaint Revdex.com# [redacted] and a Odete C[redacted] Customer Relations Officer stated that he would email me about my prior complaint and getting a refund. But Odete Costeria never contacted me via email like he told the Revdex.com.

Qatar Airways is not taking accountability that the issue has happened due to misrepresentation of facts from their India staff.  It's a negligence of qatars staff , that has caused us monetary loss as mentioned in the original complaint.  We disagree with "no resolution" from Qatar Airways side.
