Complaint: [redacted]They have been telling me this for weeks.  As of today it is still showing "Your claim is awaiting review by one of our specialist".  As I clearly stated in the original complaint, they started telling me that it was approved on January 6th.  So one month and a week, I'm still getting the same it's being processed.  This was started in NOVEMBER!!!!

call [redacted]."  Alcon stands by our decision to deny this rebate claim as her online retailer is not a participating retailer in our rebate process.  Again, we regret her experience with this process was less than optimal.  Alcon now considers this matter as closed.Thank you,Alcon Laboratories, Inc.

Reaching out to our Rebate Vendor, this is the timeline of events: [redacted] submitted to receive a $35.00 Alcon Prepaid Card for the purchase of AirOptix N&D Contact Lens from...

MY EYE DR on August 21, 2015. The rebate request was data entered and made valid. Records indicate that on September 17, 2015, the $35.00 Prepaid Card was shipped. Records also indicate that a bonus rebate for $30.00 was also submitted, but this rebate submission did not qualify for the bonus. The $30.00 bonus was only valid for purchases made between April 1, 2015 and June 30, 2015. This consumer's purchase was made in August of 2015, outside of the date range to qualify for the bonus. We regret any misunderstanding that may have transpired and have attached a copy of the rebate form clearly showing buy dates.
Since this consumer did get their prepaid card for their purchase and facts show the purchase did not meet the guideline for the bonus, Alcon now considers this matter as closed.

I am rejecting this response because:As I said originally the rebate was approved and I met all the requirements but I was unable to claim it from the links I was given and when I wanted to spend it I couldn't access it. It may be that I just have forgotten my login info, I am unsure since it has been awhile since I went through the process. The response doesn't resolve the issue at all.

receipt of Ms. [redacted] complaint, we contacted our rebate vendor to obtain
information concerning the...

rebate submission.  Below is the information we received on her submission:Submission date: 2-24-2018Purchase date: 1-13-2018Exam/Lens fitting date: 12-04-2017Declined: 3-19-2018 for "Quantity not eligible for rebate"Product purchased: AO Night & Day and AO for AstigmatismBased on the information
received from our Rebate Vendor, Ms. [redacted] does not qualify for a $60 rebate, however we have asked that  her rebate submission be
validated for a $50 payment. Ms. [redacted] should be receiving
a Visa Prepaid Card within the next 2-3  weeks.
Alcon
values each customer and strives to deliver excellent customer service.  We
regret that Ms. [redacted] had a less than optimal experience with our rebate
process. If Ms. [redacted] has any further concerns, we ask that she please call Alcon’s

They changed the status of my claim from denied to approved and payment issued couple of days after I filed this complaint and I'm 100% sure purely because I filed this complaint. I never received a $200 credit in 2016 but that's fine. I had already let that go. I'm still waiting to receive the $120 card they supposedly sent me. I still don't have it and I won't close this complaint until I have it in my hand.
