Fraudulent charges against customers when they decide to NO longer use their company. Unfair/unethical practices and they are really nasty to yo .
My grave concern is that they charged us with fraudulent charges when we moved out. First of all, I was in communication the property manager about when I was going to move out. She never said anything about a late fee in which they charged me 100 for. When we moved out they took the deposit and charged me extra for items that were noted in the move in documentation in which they supposedly lost because of their move to another location and the change of employees. They also charged me for leaving items in front of the home in which were left by the neighbor next door. Our neighborhood has large pick up days. The neighbor left it there for the Wednesday pickup time. I was charged with a disposal fee. I have pictures of someone picking up the furniture late Tuesday night. They charged me for a microwave in which I asked for them to replace and they never did. I have an emails that were sent to my property manager and placed in the portal. The glass slipped in the front. They lied and said I microwaved something of metal. This is not true. I left extra batteries & lightbulbs in the kitchen. I was never told to have the patio, driveway, walkway and porch pressure washed. They just take the residents deposit to do the things in which they are supposed to do out of the percentage in which they are charging their clients. They even charged me extra even after the mix up of my start date fo month to month. They never rectified the situation as noted in the comments on the webex.

Desired Outcome

I want to have the additional charges listed above removed and to have this taken off our credit reports because they are fraudulent charges. I do not owe them anything. I wish I would have known about their reviews prior to doing business with them. They never sent me a certified letter with a notification of being sent to creditors. I am thinking of contacting the owners to have a conversation with them as well. Please help.

All charges applied to tenant's account were valid in accordance to Lease Agreement and Notices provided to tenant throughout tenancy. Contrary to tenant's claims, she only had one Property Manager (the same PM who moved her in was the same one who moved her out) - we are still managing this unit. Attached is the move-in inspection received from the tenant (never properly completed and no written issues noted). Tenant indeed received 7-Day notices for the patio/porch pressuring washing issues (picture and notices attached). Trash was indeed left outside unit, which had to be removed. Prior to move out, we even sent tenant the 30-day notice move out procedures that specifically address all of these items to help avoid or minimize issues after move out. Again all charges were address properly on our end through the Security Claim's process last year. Tenant's issue seems to be the impact on credit report since the outstanding balance were reported successfully on behalf of the Landlord. Again all charges were valid. However, as a courtesy on our end and to extend an olive branch, we are willing to waive the final late fee ($100) from tenant's account for the rent that was never paid (had to be deducted from security deposit). We have already forgiven the smoke detector charges (batteries and replacement) in good faith. All other charges noted will stand. Thanks again for your time.

Please see the attached billing from this business and the details in my letter sent to them. The owner of the house was a racist with me.
I lived in this house since Feb 2018 after the lease contract I paid $125 dollars more for a home with many electrical issues and bears in the neighborhood destroying cars, fences and trash cans. I was given a puppy and they charged me $350.00 for a service Dog, I am a disabled Veteran. I only had the puppy there for five months because I have been dealing with PSTD. The owner claimed my deposit with lies and bad issues, imagine this the home did not have a microwave, no washer and dryer. the garage door system looked like is was from 1988 when they built the home. I left the owner two garage door remotes and a microwave, and a toaster and he wants to charge me $85 dollars for removing it? $150 for cleaning the garage when I paid someone to clean the entire house for $100 the house is only 1600 sq ft. They charged me $200 for the bear issue please see the picture.
I lives in many areas in my life and never had to deal with an issue like this in my life someone stealing from me with lies. Please help me get my deposit back I contacted the All County Manager via email and voicemails and she never contacted me so I guess she supports lies and racists clients. I want my $920 back thanks!!

We've attached the response sent to Tenant after receipt of their dispute, which was done in accordance to Florida Law. Please note that we originally received Tenant's dispute in our office on Friday afternoon of 1/3. On 1/6 the Property Manager replied via email to inform Tenant that she was waiting to hear back from the owners on their dispute and would follow up accordingly. The attached response/document was sent on 1/8 after hearing back from the owners about the fence and screens. Communications were email (kept bouncing back per document), then mailed, so that tenant could be informed promptly. Again, please review attachments; let us know if you have any other questions.

I received first a check for $419.00 and then a $285.00 total of $841, my deposit for this home was $1550.00. Keeping $846 dollars accusing a rental will lies is not is good. I paid $125 dollars more a month after one year and $350 for having a puppy for a few months.

please note that paying the month-to-month fee and pet fee for your dog were requirements of your lease agreement and are separate and apart from the security deposit claim process. The Landlord is claiming damage to their property in accordance to the law and as outlined in the mailed correspondence. You have yet to provide any proof to the contrary as required. Simply not agreeing with charges that were due to damage cause to the property is not a sufficient in light of evidence provided. Therefore no additional refund will be provided and this will conclude the Landlord's response in the matter. We wish you the best of luck in the future and have no ill will at the conclusion of this process.

First of all I need to see the receipts of the things your paid for the house. especially 150 dollars of a company cleaning a small old garage? the door that was in the garage that was not broken and the windows? The All County Manager came one day to inspect the house did she find or see anything that's being stolen from a disabled veteran and a CHAPLAIN?? Stelling a bad customer service and SIN!!
