Thanks for the feedback. We really appreciate it.

Recently leased a house from this company and the entire process was extremely efficient, smooth, professional and quick. Nish S is our property manager and has been wonderful. He also referred us to a moving company too, that was fantastic. He is very quick to take care of any questions or concerns that we have had. He also answers any emails or texts we have sent to him in a very timely manner, which is greatly appreciated He has been a pleasure to work with and hope to continue for many years to come. I would highly recommend All County Property Management and ask For Nish S.

Refusal to issue refund on my security deposit.
I leased a townhouse with allcounty cfl in 2015. I moved out June 2017. When I looked at the place nothing had been done. I was reassured that everything will be done and hardwood floors would be installed. Moved in and there was carpet. Walls were not painted with nails still intacted. Writing on the walls. Holes. The blinds were dirty and not functional. One of the spindles on the stairs was glued down instead of replaced. Appliances were dirty. Garage not cleaned. Rat issue. I complained to my property manager. Work order was placed to clean the appliances and pest control came out. Although nothing else was done the condition of the place was a known fact. So happen we changed property managers. Fast forward now, they took over $1,100 of my security deposit for damages I did not do. $735 for blinds! The stair spindle that was already broke! I was charged for damages to a sink that was done because of a leak that they needed to fix. No response in almost three weeks so I emailed Pranish. The new property manager, Pranish response, we are putting the claims on you. Do you have your proof? He was very short, refuse to answer my questions, and extremely cold. I'm assuming he was asking for pictures because everything else they would have. Wouldn't the move-in inspection that was turned in, be sufficient enough? What happened to the realty company looking out for their tenants? I find it hard to believe that a move-in inspection was not done by this company. Where is my move-in inspection? Where is the paper trail of emails? Do the property managers not communicate among one another before new placement? What about work orders? What about the previous tenants and/or owner. If I am arguing that the blinds were already broken prior to me moving in, I'm sure they were charged for them as wells. Is there no documentation of what was fixed prior to my move-in? Was an inspection not done? I feel like they don't care to look or investigate. He tells me that they keep their records. So you lost mines? Someone failed me. Why not investigate my claims. What can I show you!? I wouldn't wish this on anyone so please be careful when renting with allcounty cfl. I don't feel that it's fair for them to charge me for things that were already broke and damaged. If someone in your company dropped the ball don't hold the tenant responsible. Someone is dropping the ball and the tenants are suffering. In all the realty companies I have been with I have never been scammed. Please do your research. I didn't unfortunately. After reading 10 reviews between TWO sites this is a common problem with allcounty cfl. It saddens me that they are doing this to people. People are charged bogus charges to take their security deposits.

This is Parnish last email to me:

"Hello Miss ***,

I am not avoiding any questions, I do not have the responsibility to answer that question. I am simply informing you based off the information we have, we found it just to charge you for the work that needed to be done in the home after you moved out.

Again to re-iterate it is your responsibility to provide proof of your claims not ours."

How can you treat your tenants like this. Someone who was never late. He will not tell me where my move-in inspection is at. He will not tell if an inspection was done by them. This is someone who refuses to investigate my claims. They have the proof or lost the proof and would rather charge me. A move-in inspection is useless. My record of work orders is useless. The lack of communication amongst the managers is evident here.

Desired Outcome

Refund me for all charges disputed on my dispute letter.

Sorry for the delay, you have been playing catch up post Hurricane Irma. At any rate, we are looking to amicably resolve this outstanding issue with our former tenant. We are asking tenant to contact our General Manager directly for resolution at her earliest convenience. Thanks.
