A few months ago, we were informed that the management company that we pay our rent through was changingI thought this was going to be a big inconvenienceI was wrongThe staff at ALL COUNTY CFL PROPERTY Management made the transition very transparent and easyThey provided step by step instructions on how to contact them, how to pay the rent going forward including the ability to pay online! A huge convenience vs having to obtain a cashiers check and mail it in or drop it off like the previous management companyThey are also very quick to respond to any questions I have had

I recently rented a wonderful condo in Reunion Fl that was represented by Nish S*** of All County reality .I have not rented a home since I was very young so I was aprehensive about the prospects of once again becoming a renter rather then a home ownerThis all being said from my first contact with MrS*** to the final signing of the lease my experience with Nish , his staff and with the matanance providers who took care of a few items upon my moving in was effortless on my part
The best thing about working with Nish and ACR is they always return emails promptly and follow though with what they say they are going to do without delay

I have been working with All County for over yearsOver the years their job was to find good renters for properties and keep the tenants happyI have to say they do a great job advertising and screening potential tenantsAny issues have always been dealt with very professionally The tenants know that once they report an issue, it is promptly responded to with an ETA on completionI have nothing but positive experiences

From start to end it was nothing more than chaos. Upon move in there was no carpet cleaning, there was literal poop on the wall(s), and boogers, there was a leak in the wall that went unfixed for a year and a half, lawn was up to my knees, mold growing in frig and on floor around it, mold growing on back porch from standing water, coffee stains on walls, floors, railings and soooo many other issues. None of which they wanted to fix. Why??? Because they did not want to inform the owners of the house that they were not maintaining their property. 2 weeks without ac and I was told to live downstairs since we had 2 units while they "waited" for parts. A vendor who fixes clogged sinks with a wire hanger ð??? this list could go on as well. Then upon move out I end up getting charged for all of these items that were there before I moved in because Nish lost our move in verification form, that shows how unorganized he and the company is. I had to end up sending them emails with proof and documentions to be able to recieve what they want to call a fair settlement on our deposit. I would have expected my whole refund back after having to clean poop, boogers, empty trash cans, clean mold and move furniture for a year and half so my belongings did not get wet when it rained. I do not feel as if I should be charged for carpet cleaning when I leave when I had to do it when I arrived, and I also do not see a reason why I should be charged to mow the lawn when I had to mow it in order to be able to move in. As per an email where Nish stated that anything in our move in verification report would not be charged to us when we moved out. I was able to get more of my security deposit back from them after having to basically do their job for them but still feel as if I deserved more. If your a tenant beware you will never be able to get in touch with them via phone, email or portal. And they are closed on weekends making those friday messages even more important. You will have to fight tooth and nail to get any of your deposit back, if your lucky you saved all that paperwork yourself because it will mysteriously go missing for their finak walk through. You will move into filth even when they promise it will be handled before you move in. Home owners please be aware they lied to the owner stating the leak was fixed now they the owners have a big problem on their hands with mold in carpet, walls and on blinds. They also will tell you the house is in great shape when in reality it has poop on the walls and mold growing in places, this is what they told the owners when we moved in. You may want to hire your own conpany to do a yearly walk through to make sure your investment is up to par. They will claim they took the deposit from previous tenants and used it to clean carpets, professionally clean the home and mow the lawn but I can assure you that was not the case before I moveed in. That $ went somewhere though? Nish was our PM and he is rude to tenants, never in the office and takes his time at resolving issues. He does not read lease agreements before answering and responding. He does not relay messages to owners and gets ticked off when tenants finally just call the owners themselves. Why, is there something to hide. I thank my lucky stars I will never have to do business with them again. Because frankly it has been a rough 2 years. I do not recommend them to manage a property or for someone to lease a home through them. And just so everyone is aware they pressure everyone to fill out these reviews immediately, when you sign a lease or when you hire them.... they will send you reminders like crazy until you do so but thankfully I never do reviews until I am finished with their services. They do this so you still have the warm fuzzies, because they are on their game until they got you whwre they want you. To bad no one comes back and changes their reviews as they should.

I have not had any experience with All County CFL Property Management, but I have had the pleasure of working with Arielle M[redacted] who currently works there. We worked together for over a year at a different management company. She was one of my favourite coworkers. She always was cheerful and helpful to both co-workers and homeowners. She knows how to ease a tense situation and go above and beyond to make people happy. I'm sad I don't have her as a co-worker anymore, but know that she will succeed in anything she does. She works hard and will go out of her way to help where she can and put smiles on faces. Very rare to find these days.

I have dealt with Pranish S[redacted] multiple times and he has been very quick to respond and has dealt an in extremely professional manner. Even going above and beyond to assist the tenants I have referred. I enjoy leasing properties All County CFL makes available.

I work for All County CFL Property Management as a vendor doing general repairs and maintenance work. I primarily work for Pranish S[redacted] taking care of tenant turns. Pranish is always very fair but exacting in his expectations --- he demands the highest level of professionalism and quality of workmanship from us, his vendor, in delivering a clean, safe home in good repair. On occasions when tenants do have maintenance requests, Pranish's concerns are that his clients' needs are met promptly and with courtesy and empathy.

I have marked that I recommend this business with a "10" based on how I have been treated as one of Pranish's and All County CFL's vendors. I have always felt that if my client treats me fairly as "the hired help", they are also likely to treat their paying customers even better. For this reason and without reservations, I highly recommend All County CFL Property Management as a wise choice for both owners of income properties and for those seeking to rent a home.

All County is wonderful to work with. The application process is easy and fast. Pranish "Nish" S[redacted] Is great to work with. I would recommend renting from them. Always ask for Pranish "Nish" S[redacted]

I worked with Arielle M[redacted] a few years ago, and she was excellent in every regard. I found her to have a genuine desire to help, and she also had a great understanding of what I needed. I have worked with others in the property business before and after Arielle, but she has been the best by far. Arielle was focused, honest and ensured that whatever was needed to be done, was done so in a timely manner. (She also has natural common sense, which based on my experience, is a rare trait!).

I relied on her heavily when I was not living in the US at the time, so a lot of my contact was done remotely. As always, she was reliable and customer focused despite the distance.

All is all, working with Arielle was great, and If I ever get the chance to work with her again, I will certainly do so.
