All County CFL Property Management

I have been using All County CFL Property management to manage my properties for the past five years. I have been very happy with their service. Due to promotions to higher positions I have had three different property managers over this time. Each has done a great job in selecting candidates as tenants and managing contractors. My current PM Nish S[redacted] has done an excellent job of making himself available to talk about any of my issues or concerns. I can usually reach him on the phone. If I miss him and leave a message he is prompt in getting back to me. Nish also promptly responds to my emails. Due to these experiences I would highly recommend All County for a property owner that is looking for a Property Management company to manage their properties.

As an electrical contractor and vendor to All County Property Mgmt, I wish to share my positive experience with them. The system for work request and the all important decision process has always gone very well. This along with a history of timely payment has made it easy for me to deliver a good service to their clients. I consider Victoria R[redacted] to be a skilled professional.

This review is for Bliss J[redacted] and his representation of my family and me when we were with All County. We had received a renewal notice requesting our intentions of staying or leaving but later was advised the owner of the house didn't want to renew because he wanted to sell it - needless to say this part of the experience was very unpleasant and stressful. Long story short we had been reassigned to Bliss and he not only kept in contact with us during this time but made efforts to find a house as quickly as possible since we had our last month in the house to find something - this also meant changing schools for our children and my youngest needs special services, which take time to coordinate. Bliss went found houses that would meet our needs and focused his efforts on the school districts. He's amazing and I would recommend him to anyone when you need someone that's going to find you something to make you happy. It has been a delightful surprise to see and work with an ACTUAL property management company and property manager! As a tenant, any and ALL issues are promptly and professionally addressed, and service vendors that are dispatched are first rate, courteous, 'get-r-done' technicians. The "Tennant Portal" site that All County has created is an awesome, reliable, and expeditious communication/documentation tool like I've never seen before.
