Tell us why here...We have made several attempts to contact *** to get the name of the place that the charges were made from in order to further investigate into the matterIn regards to the missing television, we have an inventory list that was written on the day of the move which shows that we never picked up a television, In fact the only electronic item we picked up from the customer was a computer monitor which she received and along with the rest of her belongingsShe signed the inventory list on delivery agreeing that she received all items on her list

The company is very unprofessional and my stuff was received after the to days and everyday I called I was told tomorrowI called Monday I was told Tuesday the truck will leave and yes they gave me the drivers # and he continued to say tomorrowMy items came after their time frameAnd they only had ppl here to move it my son had to help I have a picture to prove it.

I am rejecting this response because:This company continues to twist the truthI did not magically add any items to my moveThe reality is their on-scene estimator (who is no longer with the company) came in and viewed everything I had to move and gave me a BINDING estimate based on thatIn reality I had less things on the day of the move because we had donated lots to charityThis is clearly a case of bait and switchThey bait you with a low quote and then double your move price after they put your things on a truckAll I want is to make sure no one else uses this company and falls for this scam

This company has made a claim so impossible that no one could ever come up with the needed back upIf they were a company in good standings and cared about their customers they would have made an attempt to find out itemsThey do nothing about looking into lost items it was apparent when I informed them I had someone else's box There reply was open it and keep it Never would send a call tagI had to take care of their mistake The company is very quick to send out the claim form as they know the customers can't provide all the infoThis way they can void the claim It's a company that the consumers should be made aware of to stay away They were in violation by never properly tagging our goodsEven the box that was not mine was not tagged properlyThey do everything in there power not to talk with customers with issues.
The company should be given the worse Revdex.com rating possibleBecause they are allowed to get away with not honoring claims like mine they continue to screw the public

Tell us why here...In response to Mrs*** complaint, she was informed once her shipment was on route and Unfortunately, the truck did break down while on route which caused a delay in delivering her goods in which she was informed as well, she was also given the drivers phone number
for updatesMrs*** did call our office to inform that she had damage to a piano in which she was directed to file a claim with our claims departmentWe want to offer an apology for the damage

All of our binding transportation quotes provided are by our relocation representatives based on the information given by the customerUpon receiving this information, a binding & guaranteed transportation cost is provided to the customer specifying and detailing services to be rendered, with
customer approval to Order of Service via Electronic Signature confirming the information provided is true and accurate Our record clearly shows that due to additional services requested by the customer and rendered by ALL IN ONE MOVING & STORAGE on the day of the pickup, consisting of additional volume to be shipped and Packing Supplies to be used, additional charges were made to their accountThe total Transportation cost for the relocation was reconfigured according to their requirements at the time of pickup dateIn regards to any disagreement about the price increase the client never mentioned or had any issue with this during or after the shipment was picked upIf anything was mentioned at that time we always give our clients the opportunity to decide whether they wanted to leave some items behind in order to stick to the original list of items given prior to the move In regards to any packing supplies used on move day the client was informed throughout the move and prior to the move about any packing materials that may be used, necessity for the usage of materials due liability issuesIn addition to that the client did receive all information about the packing supplies prior to pick up and approved on the Order of Service via Electronic Signature on 06/18/confirming they did read and agree to terms and conditions All Estimated time of arrivals are subject to change depending on many industries factors such as traffic, weather conditions, unforeseen mechanical problems or unexpected services to be rendered with orders scheduled before you .All Long Distance deliveries are made on a flexible basis with an estimated arrival time up to business days per customer’s first available delivery date (Ready Date)Unless noted on this Estimate Cost for Service, customer must be able and available to receive the goods starting the day after the goods were picked up. I am rejecting this response because: Our 37in HDTV that was packed/moved/delivered by All in One arrived cracked and not functional. That was the cause for the $reimbursement - damage they caused. That money bares no effect on the separate issue of them (admitting to) stealing my property. They STOLE my iphone. They admitted they STOLE my phone. It arrived back in my hands damaged, by them. They should be held accountable for their dishonest actions. That's what a respectable business would do.AIO has no proof that my property was in poor condition prior to their theft. It's their (lying, stealing) wordagainst mine. And I assure you my phone was in perfect condition prior to AIO stealing it.Who should absorb the cost for the damaged property - the company who admitted to having stolen it and damaged itor the innocent consumer who was robbed and left with damaged goods.Shame on you AIO. You practice poor business.*** ***

In response to the complaints of Ms***, the items shipped had taken up more volume than what was quoted accounting for the additional cubic feet, totaling an additional $added to her bill With
the volume being increased, her fuel surcharge also went up from to based on the 9% fuel surcharge agreed to by Ms*** Ms*** also needed items to be packed which added another $for packing materials The charges all stem from additional volume and services rendered by Ms*** and are warranted In regards to the damages sustained, Ms*** had purchased additional coverage with *** and is handling her claim with them currently As she is already processing a claim, she will receive compensation from the insurance company based on the coverage she chose As the charges are warranted and Ms*** has purchased insurance and is handling her claim through that company, we can only offer her a $good faith price adjustment

Their response is prove to the Revdex.com that we had a contract with them, that they packed and picked up items from my address in NJ and that we paid them $2,I will be more than happy to provide copies of everything All In One Moving & Storage provided to meContract No*** is too much trouble for them to look up on their end prior to responding to the issues? Seriously? They took a $deposit on my credit card$1,cash on 12/4/and $1,in postal money orders in Arizona at the time of deliveryThey have no record of these transactions or our contract? We have spoken to Ms*** and agreed to deliver on the date she desires which is the 23rd

All In One Moving has investigated into the matter about the video Ms*** provided us On move day, Our crew showed up to pick up items/pieces, we left with additional Pieces , On top of that she had a decent amount of bulky furniture which led to increase of volume including the
additonal items pickes up leading to increase in priceThe video was provided to the owner whom upon viewing and discussing with both drivers from the pickup and delivery , we did confirm that there was a miscalculation in the cubic footage charged (c.f)on the day of the moveWe have acknowledged and have offered our apologies for this mistakeWe also informed her that we are willing to do whats fair and refund her the difference in the overage charged of c.fleading to a refund of $ Ms*** disagrees with the amount were willing to refund and is asking for $which is way too extreme

I had not moved in over five years...so it was not easy picking out a moving company but I'm very happy I trusted AIO
Alan my moving advisor gave me a very good quote and accurate information
And though the moving guys arrived later than expected, they kept in touch til they arrivedThey took good care of my furniture and boxes and did it all efficiently and quickly, though it was their 2nd move of the day!
Great guys to meet, friendly and respectfulMy moving advisor called more than once to check up on how things were going and to make sure it was going well
I could not be more pleased Inspite of the late moving time
