I am rejecting this response because:I am going to prove to you who is the liar.I never told you to shipYou were paid all the storage fees and based on that you allowed my daughter to check the belongings. Not only I am to litigate against the company but against the one who wrote this letter accusing me of lying.See you in court

Thank you for taking the time to communicate with us why Ms*** expectations in our services were not metOur company takes great pride itself on making sure that each customer is satisfied upon completion of our servicesOn The day of the move, Our foreman had explained to Ms*** that
there was an increase in volume which does increase the priceShe signed the revised estimate agreeing to the new totalShe then called the office to ask for a discountOur company gave her a total discount of $ In conclusion, all charges were accounted for and additional volume was presented on move day

I was moving across the country but I don't have the means to but brand new furniture for my nee houseSo I had to take the old ones with meThat’s where All in one moving & storage came inThey gave me a really good quoteThey showed up right on time which I wasn't expecting at allWe weren't even prepared for them because I have never even heard of movers who show up on timeThey waited for us for a whileI was very grateful for this gesture of goodwillMy huge pieces of furniture got stuck at my front doorBut the crew kept trying in different ways and they finally got them outThey delivered all my belongings undamaged to my new placeThis has got to be a record! I'm glad I chose these guys

Ms*** received her belongings todayShe had previously called us to inform that she had a $charge made to her credit card coming from our state and townThe owner was immediately informed of this and he gave her a call right away to resolve the matter, the customer then proceeded
to say over the phone to the owner “Yes you dumb ***, you guys charged an additional $to my card” The owner then hung up on her We looked at our transactions site which confirmed that our company never charged an additional $to the customers card which we can provide proof of thisThe customer was informed by The Office Manager to dispute the charge to see whom the charge traces back to

Mr***, At first I would like to indicate that All in one moving was Hired by *** *** in California to perform this move for Mr*** All in one moving was not involved with the booking process and/or delivery time frames discussed After review of paperwork
signed on site by Mr*** (see attached), the full valuation insurance was waived and instead Mr*** opted for a lower valuation, at cents per pound per item The paperwork is signed and dated by Mr*** which confirms his acceptance of this valuation for any damages/lost items Noted in paperwork also signed by Mr*** is listed our delivery policy Our Interstate Bill of Lading Contract indicates up to business days for all deliveries, based on the first available date for delivery which was August 2nd, as per Mr*** The delivery happening in several trips is a result of Mr*** having a very large shipment, exceeding the capacity of our 53' trailer, in addition to having a second pick up at a storage facility which was coordinated for a week after the original pickup Damages are not celebrated and All in One Moving does everything we can to make sure any and al claims are handled promptly, however the $10,valuation claimed by Mr*** is not what he signed and agreed to The claim settlement provided to Mr*** was in full compliance of the cent per round per item valuation chosen by Mr*** upon pickup. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meBut, their company has to do a better job regarding the explanation of the delivery dateThat explanation should come from the sales departmentTheir sales person Jay assured my wife that we would get our things by July She asked Jay the date that our things should be picked up in order for the delivery date to fall on July He said June would be a good dateIt's true we received our things July 19, days after the promised date! If customer service is paramount to this company they should clean up their act and be more honestWe probably would have still chosen them to deliver our things if they told us honestly that our things would take a month to be delivered It would have given us the chance to prepare for month of not having any furnitureInstead, Jay lied about the delivery date to get us to commit to themI understand that it's a very competitive business but to lie in order to get a customer to commit and then say that customer service is important is arrogant and irresponsible

This is the true,All in one moving was hired by this person on june 30th and on that day we called customer to advise that we might have a small delay in arriving to the move siteon time,We were yelled cursed and that was even prior to us arriving to the job site.right then we decided to return
the deposit money to the customer and save the trouble of moving a very aggravated person that was disrespectful to whom ever he spoke to in our office. We preferred in this case to lose business and save the aggravation from both sides

In response to Mrs*** complaint, she was made aware by our driver that the trailer had been brought to a nearby Repair shop due to mechanical issuesThis is one of the circumstances that we cannot avoid and of course does cause delay when
delivering customers goodsThe customer did receive delivery last weekWe would like to offer our apologies for the inconvenience

For our deliveries, our time frame can range from 14-buisness days depending on the distance to be traveledOur company does not guarantee delivery datesBefore goods are dispatched out for delivery, we make sure to ask about any time restrictions and trailer accessWe have professional
drivers who drive our tractor trailers and if they cannot access the wheeler into a certain area, they will be charged accordingly for shuttle service if neededAll This information is on the contract in which the customer signed agreeing to our terms

The movers were very professional, warm and friendlyThey provided the service I needed from A-ZThey happened to make me feel very secure with everythingThey showed a lot of respect to all of my belongings and took great responsibilityThis moving company is definitely recommended! They packed and moved all of my furniture including some heavy furniture very fast, nothing took time at allNothing got broken throughout the move eitherEverything was in good position and now I know that I will be able to trust this moving company again for all my future moves

I am rejecting this response because:The business's response just says "Faxed Information." That is not a resolution of any kindI don't even know what they meanDo they want the Revdex.com to fax them info? Are they saying
they faxed the Revdex.com info? Not sure, but one thing is clear they haven't contacted me at all to resolve this

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
My personal belongings were picked up on the morning of Friday July and I was told (by Alan when I scheduled the pick up) that my items would arrive in *** within 2-weeks of the original pickup date, which is dramatically different from what the representative of the company is suggestingFurthermore, in their response to my complaint, the representative for All-In-One stated they left me a voicemail on 8/and that they guaranteed delivery would take seven days "at the most." My personal belongings just arrived yesterday (Wednesday 8/31), which is two days later than what the company "guaranteed" in the response and the voice mail, which was actually left with my boyfriend who is still living in ***I have told the company several times to stop calling him because he merely made the quoteNone of his items were included in the shipment nor did he pay for any of the moving expensesThis week I have spent approximately one hour on the phone with All-In-One (specifically, Pam)On Monday, Pam said that I should expect a phone call the following day (Tuesday 8/30) so the truck driver could scheduled a drop-off time for my shipmentOnce again, this didn't happenI called Pam back on Tuesday around 2:MST and I was once again GUARANTEED I would receive a phone call from the truck driver within one hourThis may be a huge surprise to you, but this promise also never came to fruitionAs a result, I called All-In-One for a third time Wednesday morning and was told by Pam that they were unable to get in touch with the truck driverShe once guaranteed that both she AND the truck driver would be calling me back with more information, but I never heard from her again
This situation has caused me immense distress as I have just started a Ph.Dprogram in Geology and I ended up having to purchase items to replace a lot of things contained within my shipment (e.g., notebooks, office supplies, camping gear, necessities for my three cats)Not only did I pay for these services in full, but I even tipped the two gentlemen who picked up my shipment $each! In response to my prompt payment of the entire balance owed to All-In-One, they lied to me and held my personal possessions much longer than they originally told meI feel like I have been taken advantage of and that I deserve monetary compensation/a refund for the unnecessary financial, emotional, and physical distress that this company has caused me over the past monthNo customer should EVER be blatantly lied to, nor should they be strung along for weeks on end with no idea where their most precious possessions are

Hi,
"">It appears the very mention of your organization is enough to get businesses moving. I received the chairs this afternoon. This resolves my complaint and there is nothing further needed from them. IF you need anything further from me, just let me know. Thank you

In response to complaint #***, We were contracted to pick up items/pieces for Mr*** move from NJ-FL. The customer had called our office after the pickup was completed to state that he was charged additional volume that he did not haveOn the day of the move , Mr
*** added additional items to his inventory, thus increasing his volume and in return, increasing his priceOur crew left with a total of items/Pieces on move dayMr*** signed the revised estimate provided to him on move day agreeing to the new totalTo maintain customer satisfaction, we gave him a discount of $The method used to measure the final volume was accurate and in accordance with DOT regulations. In conclusion, all charges were accounted for and additional volume was presented on move day

Tell us why here...In response to Mrs*** complaint, she was informed once her shipment was on route and Unfortunately, the truck did break down while on route which caused a delay in delivering her goods in which she was informed as well, she was also given the drivers phone number for
updatesMrs*** did call our office to inform that she had damage to a piano in which she was directed to file a claim with our claims departmentWe want to offer an apology for the damage

We will contact Mr*** today in attempt to resolve the matter

align="center" "margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: center;">800-773- September From: Owner, All In One Moving and Storage To: Revdex.com Subj: Customer Complaint dated 09/1/(Mrs[redacted], Reference # [redacted]) To whom it may concern, Thank you for taking the time to communicate with us why Mrs[redacted]' expectations in our services were not met. Our company prides itself on making sure that each and every customer is fully satisfied upon completion of our services First and foremost, we would like to apologize for the behavior of the employee who admitted to taking the phone. We expect nothing less than professionalism from all our employees and this type of behavior is unacceptable and not tolerated. Due to his lack of professionalism while interacting with Mrs[redacted], we have ended his employment with our organization. I can assure you that this type of behavior will never be displayed again by any All In One employees As far as the damage to the phone is concerned, Mrs[redacted] has provided no evidence as to the condition of the phone prior to the incident Mrs[redacted] has already been reimbursed $for her move and we believe that no further compensation is warranted

HORRIBLE COMPANY...DO NOT USE THEM. THEIR QUOTE IS NOT ACCURATE. THE MEN THEY USE ARE INTIMIDATING AND CHARGE EXTRA FOR EVERYTHING. THEY BRING IN ROLLS OF THEIR OWN TAPE AND RETAPE EVERYTHING AND CHARGE YOU $5.00 PER ROLL. THEY MOVE FAST SO YOU CAN'T KEEP UP. DON'T MARK ANYTHING FRAGILE,,,THEY WILL THROW IT. ON THE RECEIVING END IF YOU USE THEM...KEEP THE ITEMS CHECK LIST AND DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU THEY WILL CHARGE EXTRA FOR OVER AN HOUR IN UNLOAD TIME YOU HAVE TO CHECK THE LIST. THEY ALSO TRY TO PARK A DISTANCE FROM UNLOAD SITE SO YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA. DO NOT PAY IN CASH...YOU HAVE NOT A LEG TO STAND ON..YOU NEED YOUR CHARGE COMPANY TO NEGIOTATE FOR YOU AS THEY OVERCHARGE.

They carefully packed all my furniture, especially our antique clock which has been passed down from generations stayed in perfect condition. They took a great care of all my belongings. The guys were very friendly, kind, courteous and efficient. When I phoned the company, I talked to a very nice guy who answered all my questions. He also gave me the great quote which I paid at the end of my move. There were no hidden fees. GREAT JOB guys!

In response to Mr. [redacted]s concerns about items lost, if items are lost or damaged, the correct actions must be taken.  Our claims process is very detailed, as there are specifics that need to be addressed to provide any compensation for items lost or damaged.  If Mr. [redacted] would like...

to put it in a claim he would have to complete the claims packet.  We cannot honor his request of $1,000.00 as he has not completed the claims process.  If Mr. [redacted] would like to complete the process of filing a claim, we will be more than happy to provide the compensation owed to him based on the liability that was provided.
