Tell us why here...
Our delivery time frame ranges from 14-21 business days. Ms. [redacted] was informed on 8/22 that she should be receiving her goods in no later than 1 week which was our estimated time of arrival. In order to maintain customer satisfaction, we are willing to compensate Ms. [redacted] $75.
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
I understand what the contract says but that is not really what my complaint it about. If you want to address the issues of false promises or running up the bill I am more than happy to discuss it. Your drivers in fact were not profesional, neither your customer service. You have also failed to address the inappropriate actions of your owner who cursed out my partner and was at best rude and at worst abusive on the phone.
Regards,
[redacted]
We do not understand where the confusion stems from, we have a first available date fir delivery of 10/20/2015. There is no reason for our company to ship items unless the customer advises there are available as this only creates more work on our company's end with locating a storage facility and taking care of the fees until the client contacts us. Our company repeatedly tried to reach the client with no success; upon getting in touch with the client's daughter we were advised to put the items in storage as she was not dealing with the relocation. Months and months went by with our company being charged for storage with no answer back from the customer. Again, there is no reason for our company to ship items without a date provided to us by the client. -Oren A.All In One Moving & Storage
In response to Mr. [redacted], we apologize he has issues with his shipment and price, however he had informed our salesman Joseph that the woman present was to let us in and would be handling the move. Following the landlord's instructions we packed up the items she instructed us to. Mr....
[redacted] was aware that paperwork had to be signed and gave his former landlord the authority to sign the papers, otherwise the move would have never taken place. In regards to the items of his desk being cleared out, it is stated in our order for service that was emailed to Mr. [redacted] that all drawers must empty in order to be moved, which is why the contents were emptied as we were instructed to take the desk. Also in our contract it is noted that payment must be collected prior to unloading of any furniture. It is unfortunate that Mr. [redacted] is now stating he never gave authority for paperwork to be signed as that is not the case, had the paperwork not been signed, there would have be no move. We cannot issue any reimbursement as all charges are warranted and were assessed based on services performed and additional volume that his landlord instructed us to take. Again, Mr. [redacted] communicated very clearly to Joseph that the former landlord would be there to grant access and be in charge of the move.

I am rejecting this response because:
This company continues to twist the truth. I did not magically add any items to my move. The reality is their on-scene estimator (who is no longer with the company) came in and viewed everything I had to move and gave me a BINDING estimate based on that. In reality I had less things on the day of the move because we had donated lots to charity. This is clearly a case of bait and switch. They bait you with a low quote and then double your move price after they put your things on a truck. All I want is to make sure no one else uses this company and falls for this scam.

Hello, In response to the complaints of Ms. [redacted], the items shipped had taken up more volume than what was quoted accounting for the additional 274 cubic feet, totaling an additional $1356.30 added to her bill. With the volume being increased, her fuel surcharge also went up from...
277.10 to 399.16 based on the 9% fuel surcharge agreed to by Ms. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] also needed items to be packed which added another $137.90 for packing materials. The charges all stem from additional volume and services rendered by Ms. [redacted] and are warranted. In regards to the damages sustained, Ms. [redacted] had purchased additional coverage with [redacted] and is handling her claim with them currently. As she is already processing a claim, she will receive compensation from the insurance company based on the coverage she chose. As the charges are warranted and Ms. [redacted] has purchased insurance and is handling her claim through that company, we can only offer her a $100 good faith price adjustment.
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
As stated by the company in their previous reply, the contract informs the customer that their delivery frame ranges from 14-21 business days. Considering my personal belongings were in their possession between July 29 and August 31 (i.e. 24 business days), they have clearly not upheld their end of the contract. Furthermore, the company agrees that I was told I would receive my personal possessions within a week of being informed on 8/22, which also did not happen. Quite simply, I appreciate the offer of $75 made by All-In-One, but to me it only signifies admission that they are in the wrong in this situation. This small amount of money simply does not compensate me for the challenges I endured as a direct result of their deceitfulness, nor does it compensate me for the myriad expenses I incurred due to their negligence. Thus, this is NOT a matter of “maintaining customer satisfaction” because I have been thoroughly dissatisfied with every aspect of the business I have conducted with All-In-One moving, which is thoroughly explained in my previous response to the company. I also feel that it is important to note that All-In-One never took my complaints seriously and treated me as a nuisance until I made the difficult decision to contact the Revdex.com. Suddenly, the employees (specifically Pam) seemed to be actively taking steps to fix their mistakes in order prevent me from taking any further action. Unfortunately for them, this is not the case because they are continuing to be untruthful regarding this situation. Furthermore, I am thoroughly convinced that if my hand had not been forced to make the decision to contact the Revdex.com, my personal belongings would still be in their possession. In light of these facts, it is evident that All-In-One has not upheld their end of the contract. As a result, I feel that I truly DESERVE to be reimbursed for the full amount paid for their incredibly unreliable service (including the one-hundred dollars used to tip the drivers who picked up my possessions). Despite this, I will accept a minimum of $500 as compensation ( 25% of what I paid) for the hardships I had to endure.

We are aware that Mr. [redacted] is missing a few boxes as he mentioned. He was told the boxes were searched for and unfortunately have not been located. He was sent a claims form to file a claim for these missing boxes .
The customers first available delivery date was 8/12. Our delivery time frame ranges from 14-21 business days in which the customer signed agreeing to . As of today it has been 9 business days. The customers belongings are currently on route and customer was left a voicemail on 8/22 informing...
her so. Delivery will be in no later than 7 days .
In regards to Mr. [redacted]s response, we apologize that he feels this way. We make every attempt to allocate any lost/missing items, if they cannot be located, the customer must complete the claims form in order to receive any type of compensation. There are numerous clients who have completed this packet in the event of any damages/lost items, and received compensation based on the liability provided. We have no issue providing Mr. [redacted] with compensation based on the liability provided with his move, however he must complete the claims packet as per our company's policy.
Tell us why here...When Ms. [redacted] called our office to ask for the status of her delivery, she was informed that our delivery time frame ranges from 7-14 business days. Ms. [redacted] did not like that response and demanded we deliver her items by a certain date , we explained we do not gurantee delivery...
dates for out of state moves. Due to mechanical issues, the trailer that had Ms. [redacted] belongings was in the shop for several days, in which of course caused a delay. For this very reason is why we do not gurantee delivery dates as we do not know of any unexpected delays that may occur over the road. Ms. [redacted] called the driver for the next several days in which she got the same response from him which was that the trailer had been in the shop, it was in the shop for a total of 3 days. In conclusion this complaint is due to Ms. [redacted] refusing to understand our delivery time frame plus the unforeseen delay with the mechanical issues.
All went well with All in one moving & storage. They were so caring!!! They carefully took down the chandeliers and protected it nicely. My big TV was also a big issue for me. They took good care of that too. Pricing seemed reasonable because they worked so hard. They did not take any breaks. They worked 5 hours straight. On delivery, everything was fine. No hidden fees and no other surprises.
All in one moving & storage is the most honest, efficient and organized moving company that I have ever seen. They sent over four movers who were all very capable. The crew efficiently packed all our belongings before loading them onto the van. The whole thing was done very efficiently. Even the delivery was made on time and nothing was damaged. These guys were amazingly helpful every step of the way. I will surely hire them for every future move of mine.
This company has made a claim so impossible that no one could ever come up with the needed back up. If they were a company in good standings and cared about their customers they would have made an attempt to find out items. They do nothing about looking into lost items. it was apparent when I informed them I had someone else's box There reply was open it and keep it . Never would send a call tag. I had to take care of their mistake. The company is very quick to send out the claim form as they know the customers can't provide all the info. This way they can void the claim. It's a company that the consumers should be made aware of to stay away. They were in violation by never properly tagging our goods. Even the box that was not mine was not tagged properly. They do everything in there power not to talk with customers with issues. The company should be given the worse Revdex.com rating possible.Because they are allowed to get away with not honoring claims like mine they continue to screw the public.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They will be here tomorrow on my desired date

In response to Mr. [redacted] rejection, he agreed to a protection liability of .60 cents per pound per item. The figure of $10,000 coverage is unfounded, while our company prides itself on exceeding the expectations of our customers, damages do arise. However our settlement was in full compliance of the insurance chosen and signed for by Mr. [redacted] on move day. Be that as it may, we will be once again further reviewing Mr. [redacted] claim submitted and assessing whether there can be any other compensation granted out of good faith to settle his dissatisfaction with the relocation. Again we extend our apologies to Mr. [redacted] and will be in touch with him directly soon to do our best to resolve this issue.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory providing they offer a good faith settlement (toward the 10,000 we were under the impression we were insured for) is reasonable.I appreciate where they are "coming from"; however, negligent or purposeful damage (as shown in documentation of some of the damages) can never be acceptable. I look forward to hearing from them.

I am rejecting this response because:
Your business practices are piss poor but you are already well aware of that. You stronghold your customers into making them change dates, overcharge when you can and you take advantage of people who just want to work with an honest company that will move all their worldly possession from one place to another. Your customer service is so poor that my original contact passed the buck off to others in the office instead of dealing with me directly. What does it matter to you anyway, you have my money but you certainly don't have my respect.
Unkindest Regards,
[redacted]
The guy in the office was very professional, answered all the questions we had. The moving truck arrived on time as promised, the guys put down floor coverings right away and they proceeded to load up our furniture. Team was very polite. They were especially careful with our antiques and paintings. The movers were fabulous and very careful with all my belongings. I did not have one broken item. I could not say enough good things about this company; they are honest, helpful and careful. 5 stars
I wanted to add that I have two children in the household ages 2 and 9 so it font-size: 12.8px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">is critical that we get our bed and belongings on the 23rd .Thanks
