I am rejecting this response because:I paid all my son's moving and storage a deposit of $250.00. the over all cost of the whole job was$688.12. That price included the the total cost of service. What I want to know is what/ why is the purpose of the$250.00 deposit. I'm not asking all my son's for a 75% refund. It was told to me that that $250.00 deposit, when asked, was supposed to be taken from the total cost of the job being $688.12 making me think that it was coming off or minus from the total cost of the move/$688.12. not added to the total cost or ending price for the job. To me, that's like me paying them $250.00 to take the job. Do All My sons usually charge $938 for a 4 hour job...but I must add....they are very polite when you talk to them on the phone..

I am rejecting this response because: The missing items alone have a value far above the offer.   The list of known missing items includes,  but is not limited to:  Ninja Blender Top, rubber mallet, hammer, kitchen items, canned goods, hydrocodone tablets (this will be reported to the local police due to the narcotic content)  NIKE pants, furniture hardware and a number of other small items.We have furniture left in cellophane, items left disassembled , and boxes left in standing water.  We had a picture left destroyed by chemicals,  since the chemicals were packed upside down on top of the picture and leaked all over the inside of the box.damaged items include a ripped leather sofa, a badly abraded china hutch and bent drawer hardware.   there is also damage to the floor in the new home.Items were left in the old home,  we made a number of trips to retrieve them -  the distance is 7 miles.,  my car alone used an entire tank of gas.  these items that were left had been packaged for moving and just left sitting in random areas. As mentioned,  services promised were not delivered,  the amount paid exceeded the bid and the customer service is sub par at best.

photographic evidence of the damage as well as written quotes to repair the damage from professional contractors.  Offering 720 dollars for 5000 dollars worth of damage, most of which was not to the property being moved but to the house itself is unacceptable.  Additionally trying to gag order us as part of the settlement agreement without even an attempt and fair compensation is laughable.

The customer did not purchase full value protection or insurance from a third party to fully cover their items, the customer selected the free valuation at $0.60 per pound per article. We have offered $500.00 for the property damage plus the valuation at $0.60 per pound per article. For a total settlement of $704.00

I have definitely lost faith in your organization. There was no miscommunication because you even called and verified everything the day before. If you seriously pride yourself in being "best in class", then you may want to revisit the idea of running a business with integrity instead of on lies and deception. I like how you chose not to address the illegal drugs that your employees brought into my home and around my child. Plus, I can't believe that you actually let people drive your customers furnishings under the influence. I bet your insurance provider would have a few things to say about that. Your company is a complete joke and should not even be allowed to have a business license. After my experience, I have heard from four of my friends that said that they used your company and had the EXACT same thing happened to them. NO SHOW and DRUGS!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY MOVE NO MATTER HOW BIG OR HOW SMALL .
