A service call was placed from customer advising us there were issues with wiring with her HVAC systemOur call center quoted the customer our standard diagnoses/dispatch fee of $to send a tech out to inspect the issue and offer options for repair or replacementThis is practice for our Heating and Air division as there is much more work involved with HVAC than just a visual inspectionOur technician came out and found it was a zoning issue and sent several pictures to our field supervisor before beginning any formal diagnosticsPhotos showed a lot of extra control wiring, some of which were not connectedThe system was in need of clean upAfter a period of troubleshooting an appointment was set for our field supervisor to visit the job siteAfter speaking with the customer options for continued diagnostics and repair, and options for replacement were presentedOur field supervisor and the customer agreed the customer should get a second opinion from another contractor if that would help ease concern what we were presenting was accurate and neededThe customer did just this and went ahead and hired another contractor to "band aid" the systemThis contractor, as the customer is stating in her complaint assumed many things from their inspection, including blaming us for connecting many things in the attic to improper locationsLet us be clear we did not move wiring aroundWhat is being claimed were all part of the initial problems the customer had prior to us even coming outIt is very easy for one contractor to blame another or assume the other contractor caused an issue after the fact.We ONLY charged our initial dispatch and diagnosis fee to the customerOptions were presented but no further work was acceptedWe did not charge for additional time spent, even though time spent went past the initial $we would normally chargeOur HVAC service manager did speak with the customer more than once, and offered to credit the initial $toward a more permanent repair or replacement solutionThe bottom line is the customer chose to believe another contractor's opinion over ours, and this is fine, but it is not fair to ask for a refund of our dispatch/diagnosis fee because the customer chose to use someone elseIt is standard practice in the industry for HVAC contractor to protect their time, as it is all too easy to call a company out to spend the time to diagnose the problem, and then either fix it them self or have someone they know fix it once they know what the source of the problem is

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/03/04) */ In reference to this complaint, we did in fact perform a full-house repipe, including all materials, labor, dry-wall patch, electrical repairs and city permit through the city of Rancho Cucamonga's building and safety deptRefernece number PMT XXXX-XXXXX was given to us on the permit (If the customer claims they have not received a copy allthey had to do was call and ask)The customer received other quotes for just a re-route of the pipesA re-pipe replaces all pipes to the accompanying fixtures in the whole house(excluding the main water service that feeds water from the street to te house)The job in fact took days to complete in total, after which the customer wrote a "glowing" positive review on our company and the lead technician on the jobWe even further discounted the job for the customer $in total, including getting the job financed (as the customer admitted in their review that they chose us partially because we partnered with finance companies and their other bids did not offer this service)At no time did the customer express ANY negative feedback to our company or any agent of the companyThere positive review was logged on 1/28/15(days after job completion on a reputable public venue)We have documentation of the city permit, which the customer implied they were unsure we pulledWe also provided all necessary and applicable contracts which offered customer all legal rights available to them, including our separate signature boxes authorizing the job to be started, and acknowledging satisfactory completion when the job was completeWe are truly blindsided by this complaint, as all indications from the customer suggested that they were totally satisfied and appreciative of our service from start to finishAll pro has processes put in place to allow customers an avenue to discuss ANY questions, comments or concerns, and we stand by our promise to always attempt to satisfy customers to the best of our abilities

I want to thank the dispatcher who took my call on July 14th She was friendly, cheerful and was able to tell me when Dan was going to arrive
Dan was very professional, helpful with information regarding what was needed to unclog our kitchen drain, approxhow long it would take as well as the quote for the service
The cost was more than I expected, but he gave me a senior discount which was greatly appreciated
I have had service for much less in the past but was left with a mess on our floors and under the sink Dan was neat about himself and respected our home

All Pro Plumbing is the bestAdam was courteous and answered all of my questionsHe also was able to do work under my home buyer protection plan by speaking with that company to let them know that he could do the work needed so that my house could have heat that nightI will call All Pro in the future

I had an emergency plumbing situation All Pro came right away (It was very early in the morning) to alleviate the situation Jesus M*** was an exceptional service technician He made sure we understood what had happen, told us how he was going to fix the situation ( along with the cost) and also made follow up suggestions on procedures to augment any further incidents I would definitely recommend All Pro Plumbing for plumbing problems

other companies charge (of which our price is very competitive for the same
job), or buyer’s remorseWe were
asked to fix the one toiletIf there was a leak with our work the customer
should have contacted usOur service manager has reached out to the customer
by phone, but got no responseWe are not sure how else to help this customer

Jon *** M*** was very helpful, on time, clean and the over-all pricing for the job was very good He came back to make a minor adjustment no extra charge and arrved exactly on time Thank you Jon M*** for the great customer service and fixing our problem! We will call on this company again

Technician did a good job

I had a slab leak in my home and contacted All Pro Plumbing to have it assessed and repaired They came out within the hour during the evening Paul and Joseph were the service technicians They were both very courteous and professional and explained what needed to be done to localize the problem as well as what my options were for repair I really appreciate them and they work they did I was able to ask any question and get a reasonable answer and all of my concerns were addressed At the end of the job, Paul and Joseph made sure that I was satisfied and that no concerns or loose ends were left unaddressed I am very happy with the work they did as well as the customer service I received Would recommend them in a heartbeat

I had a blocked sewer line with multiple issues, root intrusion being the most immediateAll Pro sent Dan C*** out and he addressed the problem quickly and professionally, got our line open, did a camera inspection, and gave solid, honest advice on keeping the line well maintained in the futureDan went above and beyond to provide top notch service
