excellent job ,there work professional and very clean I will recommend them to any one who need this cain of jobs ( pluming ) these the second time we used there service and we are very satisfied with the job.

I am rejecting this response because:
they can help me by giving me my refund  I had to sign did not know that I was going have problem I said to trch that toilet valve needed cauking he said no that I will be alright so now I have another issue leaking.  iam a disability senior on a lower poverty fix income

A service call was placed from customer advising us there were issues with wiring with her HVAC system. Our call center quoted the customer our standard diagnoses/dispatch fee of $89 to send a tech out to inspect the issue and offer options for repair or replacement. This is normal practice for our...

Heating and Air division as there is much more work involved with HVAC than just a visual inspection. Our technician came out and found it was a zoning issue and sent several pictures to our field supervisor before beginning any formal diagnostics. Photos showed a lot of extra control wiring, some of which were not connected. The system was in need of clean up. After a period of troubleshooting an appointment was set for our field supervisor to visit the job site. After speaking with the customer options for continued diagnostics and repair, and options for replacement were presented. Our field supervisor and the customer agreed the customer should get a second opinion from another contractor if that would help ease concern what we were presenting was accurate and needed. The customer did just this and went ahead and hired another contractor to "band aid" the system. This contractor, as the customer is stating in her complaint assumed many things from their inspection, including blaming us for connecting many things in the attic to improper locations. Let us be clear we did not move wiring around. What is being claimed were all part of the initial problems the customer had prior to us even coming out. It is very easy for one contractor to blame another or assume the other contractor caused an issue after the fact.We ONLY charged our initial dispatch and diagnosis fee to the customer. Options were presented but no further work was accepted. We did not charge for additional time spent, even though time spent went past the initial $89 we would normally charge. Our HVAC service manager did speak with the customer more than once, and offered to credit the initial $89 toward a more permanent repair or replacement solution. The bottom line is the customer chose to believe another contractor's opinion over ours, and this is fine, but it is not fair to ask for a refund of our dispatch/diagnosis fee because the customer chose to use someone else. It is standard practice in the industry for HVAC contractor to protect their time, as it is all too easy to call a company out to spend the time to diagnose the problem, and then either fix it them self or have someone they know fix it once they know what the source of the problem is.

Called very early on a Monday morning with water leaking in my garage was not sure if it was my hot water heater or AC.
I had called several places with their emergency number and left messages I called All Pro and a human voice answered the

On his way. Mike showed up not long after that and was so professional but easy going and made a stressful situation better. Mike identified the problem quickly and then took the steps to fix it and to save me money. Mike had such a positive attitude in a not so positive situation and also had great things to say about the company he works for. All Pro such be greatful to have such a dedicated employee. I would recommend All Pro and Mike to everyone.

Good service. Arrived when they said they would. Jesus replaced my faucet quickly and was very nice.

We have been and are currently in communication with the customer. There was some miscommunication originally, and upon further investigation we found that the initial inspector for the city of Rancho Cucamonga passed the inspection, but...

"missed" inspection on the venting of the unit. The city has taken responsibility for this, but the original inspector is no longer with the city. A new Inspector came out, and confirmed venting on the tankless water heater needs to be fixed, so it is at least 1" away from the wood (a potential fire hazard). We are awaiting the report from the city, and have agreed with the customer to come fix the venting problem. The customer has advised us this is the only issue he would like our company to fix. We spoke most recently on 9/1/2015, and customer advised us he would rescind the complaint so it may be closed.

I am still waiting to be contacted by All Pro. It has been over a week with no response. I also found an additional issue that needs to be addressed. The recirculating pump was installed incorrectly. Rather than being tied into the cold water, it is recirculating hot water back into hot water. This also needs to be addressed.

This is the best plumbing service I have ever used. They explain what the problem is and how to prevent it in the future. They are very courteous. Their prices are reasonable. It does not get any better than this.

When it comes to Customer Service this company "Gets It". It is all about the customer.
From the initial evening phone call to report the problem and set the appointment for the next morning (with Shirley) to the timely arrive of Ben to replace a seriously leaking water heater, every thing progressed exceptionally well. All questions were answered, all options were fully explained and all of the work was professionally handled. No doubt in my mind that this was the right choice of many to choose from. Pricing was fair and I certainly got the quality of the value offered beyond just a water heater.

In reference to this complaint, we did in fact perform a full-house repipe, including all materials, labor, dry-wall patch, electrical repairs and city permit through the city of Rancho Cucamonga's building and safety dept. Refernece...

number PMT XXXX-XXXXX was given to us on the permit (If the customer claims they have not received a copy allthey had to do was call and ask). The customer received 2 other quotes for just a re-route of the pipes. A re-pipe replaces all pipes to the accompanying fixtures in the whole house(excluding the main water service that feeds water from the street to te house). The job in fact took 3 days to complete in total, after which the customer wrote a "glowing" positive review on our company and the lead technician on the job. We even further discounted the job for the customer $500.00 in total, including getting the job financed (as the customer admitted in their review that they chose us partially because we partnered with finance companies and their other bids did not offer this service). At no time did the customer express ANY negative feedback to our company or any agent of the company. There positive review was logged on 1/28/15(3 days after job completion on a reputable public venue). We have documentation of the city permit, which the customer implied they were unsure we pulled. We also provided all necessary and applicable contracts which offered customer all legal rights available to them, including our 2 separate signature boxes authorizing the job to be started, and acknowledging satisfactory completion when the job was complete. We are truly blindsided by this complaint, as all indications from the customer suggested that they were totally satisfied and appreciative of our service from start to finish. All pro has processes put in place to allow customers an avenue to discuss ANY questions, comments or concerns, and we stand by our promise to always attempt to satisfy customers to the best of our abilities.

All Pro to the rescue again.
We have used the company many times and have always been satisfied with the service and workmanship. Jesus M., who was here on 10-12, found a way to fix an odd problem which was a piece of plastic with a cup attached without having to remove the bathtub. The installer of the tub seems to have broken a piece then taped it together and installed it anyway! Many thanks to Jesus and All Pro. Jesus took couple of hours to find a way to get the piece out and save us lots of money and a lot of trouble.

All Pro Plumbing , and Heating did some work at my House on 10/4/2016 , ant the Technician was very informed with the work that I needed to have done, and the work He di was so great, that my wife and I felt so much better after the work was finished that my wife Jumped for joy, to see our Kitchen sink looked so much Better, and so happy, I have to keep these things right or she is not happy, now she is, she knows that all her Friends when they come over the Kitchen is the first place they go,

I am impressed by All Pro, they came when they said they would and Jeff, the service technician, was professional. He gave me the options, I selected and he went to work. I would recommend All Pro and Jeff.

I have used All Pro Plumbing Corp, to repair my home air conditioner unit over the past couple of years. Most recently was this morning. I cannot emphasize enough how honest this company was with me. They pointed out my options to fix my air conditioner. There was no pressure and they explained everything they did. Mike (manager) and Saeng (Service Pro) were outstanding. They both were courteous, professional, and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I was pleased with the service in every way. Gary B[redacted] was the plumber working on my kitchen. He was highly professional and did an excellent job on my problem. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Very good we needed help fast because of a medical problem and they came at 7 A.M and took care of the AC. had to call back because of the loud noise and they came right over (same day) and took care of that. the girl in the office Andrea was great on getting everything taken care of.

The initial contact with the receptionist was excellent. She check a time close to when I called. A time was give and then she had to call back to say they were reunning late. I really apperciated that as I had other things to do. When Jesus M. arrived he was very professional. We went over the options I had to clear the clogged drain I had. When the process and price were established he went to work from not only the inside of the house but cleaned from the outside as well. When he left I did notice two small nicks on my kitchen faucet but other than that he was great and knew his job. I would definantely as for him again.

Pleasent, helpful, and very prompt. Great advice. Neat, clean and well mannered. Would use him again
