First and foremost, the initial statement
from the customer’s response to ours is incorrectContractors are NOT required
to give a breakdownOur practice for years has been “bid basis”, not hourly
+ materialWe show up at no charge, evaluate the job to be done, and put
together a price to do the job that encompasses the entire job, regardless if
it takes us an hour, or days (And once again this is in our acknowledgement
signature box that the customer signed!If the job was misread with time, and
complications arise, the price stays the sameThe majority of contractors nationwide
are structured this wayVERY few contractors bid their job based on time and
material, and most are union basedAs said before, the customer needs to
compare companies accurately, of similar size and structureWe supplied the
customer with some recommendations to look into for proper comparisonIt is
very easy to find someone to write an estimate/statement after the fact and
find a "cheaper price"We came out and offered a FREE onsite
estimate with no obligation to use our servicesI would question where this
other company came fromThe job site is in Rancho CucamongaThis
company is out of Torrance(More than an hour drive away)Did this company come
evaluate the job onsite or just draw up this document after a phone
conversation? Did this company include in the “Water Heater Estimate Package”
not only the purchase of the water heater tank itself, but the necessary drain
pan, gas flex, drip legs, expansion tank, ball valve, earthquake straps, flex
lines, and MANDATORY city permit? All Pro offers a complete package, including
a one year protection plan maintenance visit on this water heater at no
additional chargeSeparately we charge another $for this outside of our
installationsWe also came BACK out to the property and adjusted the water
heater for the customer so aesthetically it was more appealingOur service is
first rateOur warranties are some of the best in the industryWe have been
around for years and will continue to be around 24/to our customersThis
is all part of our pricing in a full install packageHowever, in this
complaint, none of these items are brought upWe stand behind our statements
and our pricing and we know we put out a quality product and service that very
few competitors can challengeWe are empathetic to a customer’s concerns, but
not sympathetic to buyer’s remorse In
the customers original statement it was mentioned she went with us due to the “pressing
situation that caused water damage to her house”The water damage is separate from
our job here as the plumbing contractorIf at any point price seemed
concerning, other bids should have been gatheredWe present options, and go
forward with work our customers authorize us to doWe have a star reputation
almost everywhere you look for a reasonPlease give us the credit we deserve
for following our core processes, and doing the job we were asked to do

We called All Pro Plumbing, Heating, and Air on Sunday eveningThey showed up on Monday morning at the time slot specifiedDan C*** (Service Tech) arrived and was courteous and very detailed in explaining as what he was going to doHe then provided a detailed estimate and again explained what he was going to do, as well as what could be expectedDan is a true professional! Not many people shake hands and present themselves in this manner now a daysThe job was done correctly and in a timely mannerMy family an I are very happy with the serviceWe will call All Pro Plumbing, Heating, and Air in the future if service is needed

I am rejecting this response because: Plumbing companies and all contractors are REQUIRED to give a breakdown of the parts and labor. Al Pro has REFUSED. Parts should have cost in the ballpark of $ It looks like their hourly labor is $an hourThat to me is " Price gouging to 100%" I have sent the two invoices making a comparison from Residence Mutual home owners Insurance with Drain King and the All Pro Invoice to my assigned agent with Revdex.com

All Pro Plumbing and Jeff did a great job for meJeff was completely professional and customer service orientedHe came to my house quickly and diagnosed the problem right awayHe was able to resolve the issue in a very timely manner and with a high level of professionalism

Don M I found to be very professional He arrived promptly explained the issue with my leaking water service line He really knows his business He gave me a price up front and a estimated time for completing the work which was met Everything is working as promised and he provided a year warranty on work completed I will use this company for future issues that come up Best of the best!

Our technician arrived on 4/23/15, with the customer reporting angle stops and a fill valve to a toilet were leakingUpon arrival, our tech was advised from the customer that he attempted to do the work himself, and was not able to,
thus causing the leak we were called out to fixOur technician provided itemized prices to complete ALL the work that needed to be done to solve the customers problem in it's entiretyOn our invoice you can clearly see the options were listed, and a discounted price was applied to each itemThe technician provided the price(s) BEFORE doing any work, as our invoices allow for a signature to be collected authorizing a job to begin, and also one after completion, acknowledging the job was satisfactoryCustomer called in and spoke to our Service Manager on 4/29/regarding disatisfaction with the work performedOur Service Manager listened to the customer, researched all the job information, contacted our technician, and notified the customer that our pricing was in line and fair to industry standardsHe suggested the customer compare a true "apples to apples" pricing structure for the same job to another company of similar size and scope(not a small operation working out of their home)He did however, agree the one area our technician should have documented was a "senior discount"The senior discount was refelected in our standard rate and value rate columns on the invoice(Customer received value rate), but we train our technicians to document the senior and military discounts as a separate line item so the customer can clearly seeBecause of this our Service Manager offered to refund an additional $50, and offered a $off any future work gift certificateThe customer declined on that call, and said he would check competitors pricing, as well as speak to his wifeThis was the last we heard from the customer until this complaint
Our GPS system shows our technician arrived at the residence at 5:54PM on 4/23/15, and left at 8:13PMEVEN though our pricing is upfront and on a "bid basis", the argument can't really be made for time and material because our tech spent an adequate amount of time completing the job, and charged a fair rate for the scope of work involvedIt is unfair to have everything put in front of the customer with no obligation, AND in the customer's time of need, and then try to re-negotiate and ask for a refund after the factWe may not be the right fit for this customer if he is only looking for the cheapest rate, but we stand behind our workWe even left a year warranty on parts and worksmanship

Don M*** installed a Halo water filtration system for us August 10, Since the Halo needed to be installed in front of the house, Don worked to make it as inconspicuous as possible by hiding it behind bushes and digging to drop the Halo below ground level so that the top is not visible above the bushes Don was very clear and precise about what needed to be done and how he would do each step of the installation, piping, and wiring At all times Don was patient, precise, and professional When there is something plumbing-related that needs to be checked/repaired, I trust Don to give me honest accounting of the problem and solution

All Pro Plumbing came out quickly, assigned a tem right away and took care of my issueVery professional and I would recommend them highly

Michael C and All Pro Plumbing, Heating & Air provided excellent service from start to finishThey responded to my plumbing emergency within the time promised, did the work as promised and finished ahead of schedule

The Gas Cohad just red tagged the water heater earlier Monday morning Gary was very professional, courteous and knew what he was doingAfter the go-ahead from my dad, Gary purchased parts and came back and got to work that same day! My dad was very pleased with Gary's attitude and quality of work We give Estella and Gary both for customer service We will recommend All Pro Plumbers!

We came out to customer’s residence on 9/4/for a
no-obligation/no-charge estimate on her water heater, which was leaking from
the top/bottom of the tankOur technician wroall that would be involved
in the removal/replacement of her Gallon gas water heater: Complete
drainage, removal
and disposal of existing unit and componentsInstallation of
new Bradford White Gallon gas water heater, installed up to code; verified
by pulling permit with city of Rancho Cucamonga and inspected by their building
and safety department to ensure proper installation
Installation included: Water Heater, thermal expansion tank,
sediment trap, earthquake straps, ball-valve water shut off, gas flex line and
shut off, water lines(hot and cold) to tank, smitty pan, temperature and
pressure relief valve and line, all tees and elbows to install properly to
copper lineAll of this was inspected by the city and passed
We believe the issue that caused concern was customer’s
insurance adjuster, who advised the customer that she “COULD/SHOULD” have only
paid $1,300, and not the $2,our company charged (which is a consistent cost
we charge all the time for this type of COMPLETE water heater installation)
We advised the customer to do her due-diligence in comparing
“Apples to Apples” with companies of similar size and scope to us, so she would
know we did not “gouge” her as she says we didWe advised her she can always
find someone to do a job cheaper, but that doesn’t always means it is installed
correctly or up to code with included city permitWe gave customer a six year
manufacturer warranty, as well as a one year warranty from our company for
labor/workmanship and partsWe also included a one year complimentary water
heater maintenance from our company, to make sure the unit can be inspected
within months, free of charge
We advised customer our company does not give breakdowns to
customersWe will occasionally give one to an insurance company when requested
if it means the difference between them getting covered for work rendered under
their planThis has been our practice for yearsWe offer free, no
obligation estimates for this reasonWe do not have pressure tactics or push a
customer to go with our companyThis is also why we have separate signature
fields indicating they would like to proceed with the estimate given, and then
another at the completion of the job that they were happy with the price and
work performedIf this customer was un-happy at any point during the work she
had opportunity to let us knowWe unfortunately cannot help buyer remorse if
someone else tells our customer they would have done the same job for less

I will be expecting a check from All Pro Plumbing for the full amount of the yearly maintenance as per their agreement in response to my complaint to the Revdex.com

Service pro Clifton Warrived promptly at the time statedHe tested our heating and air system thoroughlyHe was very cordial and gave us his recommendations

We have no idea what this customer is referencing and why we are still going back and forth about this. Here are the facts. Customer calls us out to possibly replace 2 toilet fill valves. We quoted for both, but customer asks us only to install one due to price. At this point the customer should have sent us on our way as we gave a FREE estimate with no obligation to purchase. If she could not afford the pricing she should have gone with another plumber. In her original complaint she says it was "way too much as per other plumbers". if other plumbers quoted this and it was less why not go with them (very confusing)? We have NO idea what this is she keeps saying about caulking. You don't and shouldn't have caulking inside a toilet. We had nothing to do with any caulking nor did we advise caulking was ok. I can only assume all of this has to do with the second toilet that she did NOT want us to service. Everything in these 2 complaints and the pictures that were just attached show a toilet we did not work on. The toilet we worked on did not have any leaks nor did it have caulking inside it. We are very sorry to hear she is upset but at what point as a company do we draw the line and hold our ground on a job that we were asked to do, a job that was signed for not once, but twice, and a job the customer had every opportunity to tell us no, or to stop, or not to sign if she was not satisfied. This customer also has no phone. She has to call from her neighbors phone, which is why we are finding out we cannot get in touch with her to try to explain or fix anything. We are being forced to communicate with her through the Revdex.com. This is not what the Revdex.com is intended for. If we did something wrong we would fix it. If there were any facts that show the workmanship we performed on the one toilet was bad, we would fix it at no additional charge. We will not be held ransom for what can only be a whole different toilet based off the complaints, AND be asked to refund everything at the same time. We had to pay for fuel in our truck to get to the house. We had to pay for our technician's labor as technicians get paid by our company no matter what. Unless we did something against our standards or reputation we cannot refund just because a customer has buyers remorse after the fact. One final note, we take care of our customers and care for them very much. Had this customer contacted us with honesty and integrity with the situation, and actually had an issue with work that we did, we would have immediately rectified the situation. We have a 5 star reputation for a reason. Our customers love us. We do realize however we cannot make EVERYONE happy with the volume of customers we service each day, each week, each month etc. Some customers are just not a great fit long term for us and we are ok with that. All we ask is to not be used for free work. We have to stay in business to continue to serve the great southern California customer base, both residential and commercial.

All Pro Plumbing is a local contractor that I would be pleased to recommend. I was in need of emergency work at my home, called the company I had been dealing with for several years, and they were unable to send a plumber out.

All Pro was able to send George R[redacted] to my home within a matter of hours after my call. He assessed the situation, explained what needed to be done to correct the problem, gave me an estimate of cost and completed the work efficiently to my complete satisfaction.

Excellent, same-day service. Profession, friendly technicians. Quality work at a reasonable price. No padding the bill by recommending a host of other services. I highly recommend All Pro. J Z
