Customer service response was prompt. Quality of Work was acceptable. Cost for $15.00 of parts and 1.5 hours of labor $525.00. Spoke with service manager about cost and was told the price includes overhead, fuel cost ($5) and free estimate. I will not be using this service in the future and will not recommend this company to anyone in my network base. Extremely disappointed in cost and justification of cost by All Pro Management.

I had a very good experience with this company. Joseph A[redacted] was the service rep that came to my house. He was very polite and professional. He completed his job quickly and was very thorough. I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing assistance.

Great service by Andrea and Dan C. Arrived early with an advance call and corrected a stopped drain quickly and efficiently. I have used All Pro in the past and they always do an excellent job. Highly recommended.

Daniel C[redacted] gave us a very thorough explanation on what needs to be done in the repair of our slab leak. He did the leak location in a very efficient manner. He gave us what options are available. He explained everything in a not so hurried manner and calmed us down. The repair involved only a small area of damage that in the end was not very stressful. The job was done in a short amount of time and left the workplace neat and clean.
We are very thankful for a job well done and would definitely recommend All Pro Plumbing, Heating & Air. Kudos and special commendation to Daniel C[redacted]!

I was very pleased with Dan C[redacted]. He was here promptly and did excellent job. Do need another project completed and will call All Pro and Dan C. to have it worked on.

The man sent to repair leak studied the situation and able to come up with a quick and easy repair. One I would have never thought of.

The office staff was very clear on when the service pro could get to our house. Jeff S. was prompt and ready to work. He examined the situation, had us sign necessary forms and went to work!!! He had the right tools, the right work ethic and got the job done in a very timely manner. But I think his demeanor was the main thing we liked about him. We will keep his business card and if any other plumbing issues arise, we will call All Pro and ask for Jeff S.

Very positive experience. Michael explained everything, and allowed me to view the camera to make a better informed decision. He did what he said he would do and charged the price that he originally quoted. Recommend highly from this first experience.

Clifton W[redacted] did a fine job performing annual maintenance on my water heater

Don was extremely professional , explaining what method he was gong to use and what he was going to accomplish by using that method. He is very helpful in pointing out potential problems and recommending future fixes. All Pro always responds to my service requests in a timely manner.

Andrea was very professional and knowledgeable. She clearly communicated my plumbing issue to Pedro who already had an understanding of the problem when he arrived at my home. Pedro was professional in appearance and demeanor and didn't pressure any up sale. He fixed the problem in a timely manner and left the work area clean. I have used All-pro Plumbing in the past and I will not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

The service technician showed up on time for a water heater and forced air unit service call. He showed me exactly what needed to be done and explained, in detail, what was involved and thoroughly explained the cost and the various options I had. He was extremely professional and completed the work meticulously and cleaned up the job site. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was completed and I would highly recommend All Pro. I definitely plan on using this company in the future.

I have used All pro plumbing for many years and have been very satisfied with their service. They are very professional on the phone and very prompt with addressing the purpose of the call. Jonathon M[redacted] has been our technician and we have been very impressed with his work ethics, professionalism and cleanliness. He explains the problem thoroughly and how to fix it. He leaves the work area clean and is very courteous.
